The utility model provides a wall paper machine of peeling off, can produce steam rapidly in this application description, reduce the waste of heat, the complete machine has higher security performance when using simultaneously.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the wallpaper peeling machine provided in the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail. The wallpaper stripper may comprise: the water supply device comprises a machine shell 2, a water supply mechanism provided with a booster pump 5, a heater 3, a steam outlet switching mechanism 9 and some necessary connecting pieces, such as a water pipe 6 connected with a water source 200, an electric wire connected with a power supply and the like.
In this embodiment, the main body 100 of the wallpaper peeling machine may include at least a casing 2, a heater 3 and a steam outlet switching mechanism 9 disposed in the casing 2. The housing 2 and the components (i.e., the host 100) disposed in the housing 2 constitute a mobile terminal. When the wallpaper peeling machine is used, the main machine 100 is moved to spray steam on wallpaper at different positions, so that the wallpaper peeling function of the wallpaper peeling machine is realized.
In this embodiment, the casing 2 may be a relatively closed casing, which may include a bottom plate 21 attached to the wallpaper and a top cover 22 away from the wallpaper. The bottom plate 21 is provided with the steam injection holes 212, and when the wallpaper heating box is used, the bottom plate 21 is in contact with wallpaper and can form a steam heating cavity with the wallpaper.
In the present embodiment, the water supply mechanism is used to pump water from the water source 200 into the heater 3, i.e., to provide a driving force for the water flow. The water supply mechanism has opposing inlets and outlets. The inlet of the water supply mechanism is connected with a water pipe 6 for communicating with a water source 200, and the outlet of the booster pump 5 is connected with the heater 3. Specifically, the water supply mechanism may include a booster pump 5. The booster pump 5 may be in the form of an electronic pump which may be powered by the power cord 1. The electronic pump can provide a water pressure value of 3bar-5bar and a low-power pump with rated power of less than 18W.
In the present embodiment, the heater 3 is used to instantaneously heat the water flowing into the interior thereof. The specific heating form, parameter performance and the like of the heater 3 can be selected according to actual needs. The heater 3 has opposite inlet and outlet ends, wherein the inlet end is in communication with the outlet of the booster pump 5. When in use, the heater 3 supplies water pumped by the booster pump 5 to the heating element 32 therein to form hot steam. The amount and rate of the generated hot vapor depend on the flow rate of the booster pump 5 and the power of the heat generating body 32 in the heater 3.
Referring to fig. 6 to 7 in combination, the heater 3 may include: a shell 30, a conductor 31, a heating element 32, a water inlet joint 33, a water outlet joint 34 and a sealing element.
Wherein the sealing member is disposed at the coupling position of the outer shell 30 and the conductor 31, and a liquid flow channel is formed between the outer shell 30 and the conductor 31. One side of the liquid flow channel is connected with the water inlet joint 33, and the other side is connected with the water outlet joint 34.
The water inlet connection 33 and the water outlet connection 34 may be in the form of copper connections. The water inlet joint 33 may be fixed to the housing 30 by a screw connection, and the water outlet joint 34 may be fixed to the conductor 31 by a screw connection.
During the use process, the heating element 32 converts water into steam, which increases the internal pressure of the heater 3 to form the working pressure of the heater 3. Specifically, the operating pressure of the heater 3 depends mainly on the volume and power of the heat generating body 32. Specifically, the heating element 32 may be a spiral heating wire, the heating element 32 is threaded through the conductor 31, and a fluid flow channel formed between the conductor 31 and the housing 30 is a spiral flow channel 39.
The conductor 31 may be made of a material with better conductivity, such as an aluminum alloy material. The heating element 32 may be inserted into the conductor 31 by casting. A spiral groove 211 is formed at the periphery of the conductor 31, and the spiral groove 211 is engaged with the inner wall of the housing 30 to form the spiral flow passage 39.
When the heat exchanger is used, water enters the inlet flow guide section formed between the conductor 31 and the shell 30 from the water inlet connector 33, then enters the spiral flow channel 39, and flows out from the water outlet connector 34 through the outlet flow guide section on the conductor 31 after sufficient heat exchange. Since the heating body 32 is in the form of a spiral heating wire, it can rapidly and uniformly transfer heat to the conductive body 31. Furthermore, the liquid flow channel formed by the conductor 31 and the shell 30 is a spiral flow channel 39, and water flowing through the spiral flow channel 39 can greatly extend the flow path, so that the normal temperature water entering from the water inlet joint 33 can be reliably and efficiently converted into hot steam after flowing through the spiral flow channel 39.
Further, the conductor 31 includes a main body portion extending into the housing 30 and an extension portion located outside the housing 30, and the main body portion and the housing 30 form the flow channel by the sealing member. In particular, the seal may include a first seal 35 and a second seal 36.
Wherein the first sealing member 35 may be disposed at a mating position of the body portion adjacent to the water inlet joint 33 and the housing 30. Specifically, the first sealing member 35 may be a hollow swivel type as a whole, and a side thereof facing the main body portion may be provided with an annular groove 211. The body portion may be provided with an annular projection that mates with the annular recess 211. When the first seal member 35 and the main body portion are fitted in the form of a projection through the groove 211, reliability and sealability of the fitting position can be secured. On the other side of the annular recess 211, against the housing 30. In particular, the inner surface of the casing 30 may be provided with an annular projection cooperating with the first seal 35. When both sides of the first seal 35 abut against the annular protrusions of the conductor 31 and the housing 30, the engaging positions of the two can be reliably sealed.
The second seal 36 may be disposed proximate the mating location of the extension of the outlet fitting 34 with the housing 30. Specifically, the second sealing member 36 may be a hollow rotary body, and a side facing the housing 30 may be provided with an annular protrusion. The housing 30 may be provided with an annular groove 211 that mates with the annular protrusion. When the second sealing member 36 is engaged with the housing 30 in the form of a protrusion via the recess 211, reliability and sealing performance of the engagement position can be ensured. The other side of the second seal 36 may abut the extension. The inner side of the second seal 36 may be arranged at the transition of the extension and the body portion. To facilitate reliable positioning of the second seal 36, a limit step may be formed at the transition location. In addition, the second sealing member 36 may fixedly connect the conductor 31 and the housing 30 by a connector, for example, the conductor 31 and the housing 30 may be fixedly connected by a bolt.
Further, the wallpaper stripping machine may further include a controller electrically connected to the heating element 32, and a temperature detecting element 37 electrically connected to the controller. The temperature detecting part 37 is used for detecting the working temperature of the heater 3, and the controller disconnects the connection relation between the heater 3 and the power supply when the temperature detected by the temperature detecting part 37 exceeds a preset temperature range.
In the present embodiment, the temperature detector 37 is provided to obtain the operating temperature of the heater 3. The operating temperature of the heater 3 may be the temperature of the heating element 32, the temperature of the conductor 31, or a temperature directly related to the temperature of the heating element 32 to express the magnitude of the temperature of the heating element 32, and the specific application is not limited thereto. Generally, the heating element 32 has a predetermined temperature range, which may be, for example, 120 degrees celsius to 170 degrees celsius, when the heater 3 is normally operated. The predetermined temperature range may be pre-stored in the controller. When the temperature detected by the temperature detecting member 37 exceeds a preset temperature range, the controller may cut off the communication between the heater 3 and the power supply to stop the operation of the heater 3, thereby ensuring that the heater 3 does not operate at an excessive temperature. Specifically, the temperature sensing member 37 may be fixed to an extension portion of the housing 30, thereby facilitating repair and replacement.
Further, the wallpaper stripping machine may further include a controller electrically connected to the heating element 32, and a current detecting element 38 electrically connected to the controller. The current detector 38 is used for detecting the current of the heating element 32, and the controller cuts off the connection between the heater 3 and the power supply when the current detected by the current detector 38 exceeds a preset current range.
In the present embodiment, the current detector 38 is provided to obtain the operating current of the heating element 32. In general, the heating element 32 has a predetermined current range when the heater 3 normally operates, and specifically, the predetermined current range may be different according to the power, voltage, and the like of the heater 3, and the present application is not limited thereto. The preset current range may be pre-stored in the controller. When the current detected by the current detector 38 exceeds the predetermined current range, the controller may cut off the communication between the heater 3 and the power supply to stop the operation of the heater 3, thereby protecting the heater 3 from safe operation. The current sensing member 38 is fixed to an extension of the housing 30 to facilitate maintenance and replacement.
In one embodiment, the booster pump 5 is disposed in the casing 2, and one end of the water pipe 6 is connected to the inlet and the other end extends out of the casing 2.
In the present embodiment, the booster pump 5 may be provided in the casing 2. Specifically, the booster pump 5 may be a small power, small volume electronic pump rated at 10W. When the electronic pump is arranged in the casing 2, the electronic pump is beneficial to ensuring that the size of the casing 2 is not too large, and the weight of the whole machine can be controlled, so that the burden of a user during operation is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the form of the water source 200 is not particularly required. For example, the water source 200 may be a bucket of water; or a tap water supply end, namely, one end of the water pipe 6 is directly connected with a tap water outlet end; alternatively, the present application may be in other forms and should not be limited specifically herein.
In one embodiment, the booster pump 5 and the heater 3 are hermetically connected by a connection pipe 4. The connecting pipe 4 is further connected with a pressure relief mechanism 7, one end of the pressure relief mechanism 7 is connected with the connecting pipe 4, and the other end of the pressure relief mechanism 7 is communicated with the outside through the casing 2.
In the present embodiment, the pressure relief mechanism 7 is mainly used to control the pressure in the heater 3 and the pipeline communicated with the heater 3 so as not to be too large. During the heating of the heater 3, a fluctuating pressure may be generated, which may affect the normal operation of the heater 3 itself, as well as the core components such as the booster pump 5 communicating with the heater 3. Particularly, when the internal pressure of the heater 3 is excessively high, the excessively high pressure may back-charge the booster pump 5, so that the booster pump 5 may not operate normally.
When the pressure relief mechanism 7 is disposed on the connecting pipe 4 between the pressure relief mechanism 7 and the booster pump 5, and when the pressure in the connecting pipe 4 connected to the heater 3 fluctuates greatly, for example, the pressure rises to the opening pressure of the pressure relief mechanism 7, the rising excess pressure can be discharged through the pressure relief mechanism 7, so as to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the core components such as the heater 3 and the booster pump 5. Specifically, the pressure relief structure may be in the form of a pressure relief valve, and the opening pressure of the pressure relief valve may be selected according to the actual operation conditions of the heater 3 and the like, which is not specifically limited herein.
In one embodiment, the wallpaper stripper may further comprise a filter 82. The filter 82 is disposed upstream of the heater 3. For example, the filter 82 may be provided in the water pipe 6 or an extended flow passage communicating with the water pipe 6.
In the present embodiment, a filter 82 may be provided upstream of the heater 3 in order to extend the service life of the heater 3 and prevent the occurrence of a fouling phenomenon inside the heater. The specific function of the filter 82 can be adaptively set according to the actual water quality requirement. For example, the filter 82 may be used to block particulate impurities in the water and calcium-magnesium hard ions, etc., which are likely to cause scale in the water, from entering the heater 3.
Specifically, the inlet of the booster pump 5 may be provided with a water inlet adapter mechanism 8, and the water inlet adapter mechanism 8 is used for connecting the water pipe 6 with the inlet of the booster pump 5.
As shown in fig. 5, the water inlet adapter 8 may include: a first adapter body 80, and a filter 82 provided in said first adapter body 80 by means of a detachable connection. Because the filter 82 is detachably connected to the water inlet adapter 8, the filter 82 can be easily replaced after a period of use. The first adapter body 80 may comprise two removable portions and the filter 82 may be positioned where the two portions are mated. A portion of the first adapter body 80 may be a connector, the end remote from the filter 82 for connecting to the water pipe 6; and the other part is connected with the booster pump 5 at the end far away from the filter 82. At the position where the first adaptor body 80 is connected to the booster pump 5, the detachable two parts may be provided with a first sealing structure 81 at the coupling position.
Specifically, the first sealing structure 81 may be in the form of a sealing ring, and the specific number, shape, size, and the like of the sealing ring may be set according to the assembly requirement, which is not specifically limited herein. High-temperature-resistant silica gel sealing rings, sealing sleeves, silica gel tubes and the like can be selected, and the pressure value of the joint can be guaranteed to be 6.5Bar without leakage.
In addition, the wallpaper stripping machine can further comprise a container for containing water. The filter 82 may be disposed in the container or in the water pipe 6. Of course, the filter 82 may not be provided when the water source 200 has a particularly good quality or is pure filtered water.
The wallpaper stripping machine is provided with a steam outlet switching mechanism 9, one end of the steam outlet switching mechanism 9 is communicated with the outlet end, and the other end of the steam outlet switching mechanism 9 is communicated to the steam jet hole 212 and is used for guiding steam generated by the heater 3 to the steam jet hole of the bottom plate 21.
As shown in fig. 5, in particular, the steam outlet switching mechanism 9 may include: a hollow second adapter body 90, and a heat insulating sleeve 92 for fixing the second adapter body 90 to the heater 3. Wherein the second adapter body 90 may include a first portion and a second portion that mate via a detachable connection. The second part fixes the steam outlet switching mechanism 9 on the heater 3 through the heat insulation sleeve 92. Further, the two detachable parts may be provided with a second sealing structure 91 at the mating position.
Specifically, the second sealing structure 91 may be in the form of a sealing ring, and the specific number, shape, size, and the like of the sealing ring may be set according to the assembly requirement, which is not specifically limited herein. In order to ensure the reliability of the sealing of the connection position, the second sealing structure 91 can adopt the forms of a high-temperature-resistant silica gel sealing ring, a sealing sleeve, a silica gel tube and the like, and the connection position can ensure that the pressure value reaches 6.5Bar and does not leak.
In the embodiment, the heater 3 arranged in the heating water tank for generating steam is changed into the heater 3 arranged in the machine shell 2, the heater 3 is started, water flowing into the heater 3 can be instantly heated according to use requirements, and after the instantly heated water is rapidly converted into steam, the steam flows into the heating water chamber in a short stroke by using the steam outlet switching mechanism 9, and the wallpaper is peeled.
