Abstract
The invention discloses a multifunctional polarization anti-skid film, which consists of an upper surface layer, a core layer and a lower surface layer, wherein the upper surface layer consists of propylene-butadiene copolymer, high-density polyethylene and linear low-density polyethylene; the core layer is homopolymerized polypropylene; the lower surface layer consists of copolymerized polypropylene and an anti-sticking agent; the antiskid coefficient of the film is more than 0.6. The anti-skid property of the film is improved by utilizing the coarsening mechanism of the flatting agent on the upper surface of the film, and the upper surface of the film generates a coarsening effect after the propylene-butadiene copolymer is mixed due to high crystallinity and poor compatibility of the high-density polyethylene and the propylene-butadiene copolymer, so that the produced film has high friction coefficient and can be stable for a long time; moreover, because the fluidity of the mixed raw material of the high-density polyethylene and the propylene-butadiene is low, in order to meet the requirement of high-speed production, a certain amount of linear low-density polyethylene is added to optimize the fluidity, thereby improving the production efficiency.

(1) Weighing raw materials according to a mass ratio, respectively and independently mixing the raw materials of the upper surface layer, the base layer and the lower surface layer, and when the raw materials of the upper surface layer are mixed, firstly, blending the propylene-butadiene copolymer and the high-density polyethylene to prepare the flatting agent, and then, adding the linear low-density polyethylene into the flatting agent;

(3) Respectively sending the molten melts into three layers of die heads, and forming molten sheets through a flat die head opening after the melts are converged in the die heads;
(4) Attaching the sheet to a chill roll by using an air knife, quenching to form an unshaped sheet, cooling in water bath, and shaping the sheet to form a cast sheet;
(5) Stretching the cast sheet to form a film;
(6) The film detects the thickness through infrared rays, feeds back the corresponding thickness deviation to the die head, and corrects the thickness deviation of the film through the micro-motion of the heating power of the bolt at the corresponding position;
(7) Polarizing the upper surface layer by arc spark;
(8) And cooling and rolling the product after corona treatment.

the core layer is homopolymerized polypropylene;
the lower surface layer consists of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 97% of co-polypropylene and 3% of anti-sticking agent;
the production method of the film comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing raw materials according to a mass ratio, respectively and independently mixing the raw materials of the upper surface layer, the base layer and the lower surface layer, and when the raw materials of the upper surface layer are mixed, firstly, blending the propylene-butadiene copolymer and the high-density polyethylene to prepare the flatting agent, and then, adding the linear low-density polyethylene into the flatting agent;

(7) Polarizing the upper surface layer by arc spark;
(8) Cooling and rolling the product after corona treatment;
