A repeatedly-adhered medical foam dressing preparation device is characterized by comprising a workbench, two frame bodies, a preparation box, a box cover, an observation window, a carbon dioxide inflator, a dressing mold, a pressure gauge, a first cylinder, a first piston rod, a first connecting plate, a plurality of first cutting knives, a dressing cutting plate, a second cylinder, a second piston rod, a second connecting plate, a plurality of second cutting knives, a rubber cutting plate, a rubber layer and a protective paper layer, wherein the two frame bodies are fixedly connected with the workbench respectively, the preparation box is fixedly connected with the workbench and is positioned at one side close to the frame bodies, the box cover is rotatably connected with the preparation box and is positioned at one side far away from the workbench, the observation window is fixedly connected with the box cover and penetrates through the box cover, the preparation box is provided with an inflation hole, and the inflation hole is positioned at one side far away from the frame bodies, the carbon dioxide inflator is fixedly connected with the workbench and positioned at one side close to the inflation hole, the output end of the carbon dioxide inflator is fixedly connected with the preparation box and positioned at the inflation hole, the preparation box is also provided with two sliding grooves which are positioned inside the preparation box, the dressing mold is slidably connected with the preparation box and positioned on the sliding grooves, the pressure gauge is fixedly connected with the preparation box and positioned inside the preparation box, the first air cylinder is fixedly connected with one frame body, the first piston rod is fixedly connected with the output end of the first air cylinder, the first connecting plate is fixedly connected with the other side of the first piston rod, a plurality of first cutting knives are respectively fixedly connected with the other side of the first connecting plate, and the dressing cutting plate is fixedly connected with the workbench, the second cylinder is fixedly connected with the other support body and is positioned at one side of the preparation box, the first cylinder is far away from one side of the preparation box, the second piston rod is fixedly connected with the output end of the second cylinder, the second connecting plate is fixedly connected with the other side of the second piston rod, a plurality of second cutting knives are respectively fixedly connected with the other side of the second connecting plate, the rubber cutting plate is fixedly connected with the workbench and is positioned at one side of the preparation box, which is far away from the dressing cutting plate, the rubber layer is detachably connected with the rubber cutting plate, and the protective paper layer is detachably connected with the rubber layer.
