Abstract
The invention relates to the field of cutting machines, in particular to a dustless cutting machine and a working method thereof, wherein the dustless cutting machine comprises a cutting bottom plate (1), a lifting platform (2), a fan (3), a tool rest (4) and a fixed upright post (5); the machine position of the lifting platform (2) can be changed; the blade holder (4) is replaceable; the invention discloses a dustless cutting machine which can move a workpiece to be cut in multiple angles; taking different circular cutters for workpieces with different materials and hardness; a fan (3) is arranged below the knife rest (4); the fan (3) absorbs and cuts to generate raised dust and scraps; can be collected by the receiving opening (32); the cutting machine is simple and practical, has good absorption effect on chips generated by cutting, and is suitable for indoor cutting.

The invention relates to the field of cutting machines, in particular to a dustless cutting machine and a working method thereof.
Technical Field
With the development of the modern machining industry, the requirements on the cutting quality and precision are continuously improved, and the requirements on improving the production efficiency, reducing the production cost and improving the intelligent cutting function are also improved; the conventional cutting machine cuts a workpiece by the aid of high-speed operation of the blade, positioning is inaccurate, generated chips are easy to splash, cleaning is difficult, a machining environment is severe, and health of an operator is threatened.

a dustless cutting machine is characterized by comprising a cutting bottom plate, a lifting platform, a fan, a knife rest and a fixed upright post; the cutting bottom plate is positioned at the bottom end of the cutting machine; the lifting platform is lifted through a shaft lever; the fan is positioned below the tool rest; the tool rest is fixed through four fixing stand columns.
Further, the bottom surface of the cutting bottom plate is subjected to anti-skid treatment; the cutting bottom plate is fixed with the lower plate of the lifting table and the fixed upright post through pins; as a preferable aspect of the present invention, the cutting machine is prevented from being relatively displaced during cutting.
Further, the lifting platform comprises a shaft rod, a lifting platform upper plate and a lifting platform lower plate; the lifting platform is lifted through the axial rotation of the shaft lever; the plate on the lifting platform is fixedly connected with the fan; the cutting machine is preferably used, so that the chips can be effectively prevented from splashing in the cutting process, and the lifting of the object is more convenient.

Further, the tool rest is fixedly connected with the fixed upright post; a knife edge is arranged below the knife rest and used for fixing a circular knife or a sawtooth circular knife through a bearing; as a preference of the invention, articles of different hardness can be cut.
Further, a cooling device is arranged in the tool rest; as a preferable mode of the present invention, the cutter operation can be prevented from being affected by overheating of the blade after a long time of machining.
Further, the working method of the dustless cutting machine comprises the following steps:
I. placing a workpiece to be cut on a lifting table; adjusting the lifting platform to enable the position to be cut to be matched with the knife edge;
II, selecting a circular knife or a sawtooth circular knife to be arranged on a knife rest; starting a fan;
the position of a workpiece to be cut can be manually changed to change the direction of the tool mark;
and IV, after the cutting is finished, cleaning the inside of the fan by the containing port.
The scheme shows that the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: according to the dustless cutting machine and the working method thereof disclosed by the invention, the chips generated by cutting can be timely collected through the fan below the circular knife and purified in layers, the generated fine waste chips are not overflowed after being treated, and the damage of dust and wood chips to the health of a woodworker can be effectively reduced.

The working method of the dustless cutting machine comprises the following steps:
I. placing a workpiece to be cut on the lifting table 2; adjusting the lifting platform 2 to enable the position to be cut to be matched with the knife edge 41;
II, selecting a circular knife or a sawtooth circular knife to be arranged on the knife rest 4; starting the fan 3;
the position of a workpiece to be cut can be manually changed to change the direction of the tool mark;
after the cutting is completed, the inside of the blower 3 is cleaned by the storage opening 32.
Example 2
A dustless cutting machine as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, which is characterized by comprising a cutting bottom plate 1, a lifting platform 2, a fan 3, a knife rest 4 and a fixed upright post 5; the cutting bottom plate 1 is positioned at the bottom end of the cutting machine; the lifting platform 2 is lifted through a shaft rod 21; the fan 3 is positioned below the tool rest 4; the tool holder 4 is fixed by four fixed posts 5.
Preferably, the bottom surface of the cutting bottom plate 1 is subjected to anti-skid treatment; the cutting bottom plate 1 is fixed with a lower plate 23 and a fixed upright post 5 of the lifting platform through pins.
Preferably, the lifting table 2 comprises a shaft rod 21, a lifting table upper plate 22 and a lifting table lower plate 23; the lifting platform 2 is lifted through the axial rotation of the shaft lever 21; the plate 22 on the lifting platform is fixedly connected with the fan 3.
Preferably, the fan 3 is further provided with an air inlet 31 and a receiving opening 32; the fan 3 can adjust the air volume; the air inlet 31 is arranged above the fan 31; the receiving opening 32 is located on a side surface of the fan 31.
Preferably, a first cavity 331, a second cavity 332 and a third cavity 333 are sequentially arranged in the fan 3; the first cavity 331 is directly connected with the air inlet 31; the third cavity 333 is connected with the receiving port 32; the first cavity 331, the second cavity 332 and the third cavity 333 are separated by a partition 34; the partition board 34 is provided with a hollow groove therein to communicate the cavities.
Preferably, there is a large volume filter device in the first cavity 331; a foam cleaning device is arranged in the second cavity 332; a drying device is arranged in the third cavity 333.

II, selecting a circular knife or a sawtooth circular knife to be arranged on the knife rest 4; starting the fan 3;
the position of a workpiece to be cut can be manually changed to change the direction of the tool mark;
after the cutting is completed, the inside of the blower 3 is cleaned by the storage opening 32.

2. A dustless cutting machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom surface of the cutting mat (1) is treated to be non-slip; the cutting bottom plate (1) is fixed with the lower plate (23) of the lifting platform and the fixed upright post (5) through pins.

A cleanable cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein the lifting table (2) comprises a shaft (21), a lifting table upper plate (22) and a lifting table lower plate (23); the lifting platform (2) is lifted through the axial rotation of the shaft lever (21); the plate (22) on the lifting platform is fixedly connected with the fan (3).
4. The dustless cutting machine of claim 1, wherein the fan (3) is further provided with an air inlet (31) and a receiving opening (32); the fan (3) can adjust the air volume; the air inlet (31) is arranged above the fan (31); the containing opening (32) is located on the side face of the fan (31).

A dustless cutting machine according to claim 4, characterized in that a first cavity (331), a second cavity (332) and a third cavity (333) are arranged in the fan (3) in sequence; the first cavity (331) is directly connected with the air inlet (31); the third cavity (333) is connected with the containing port (32); the first cavity (331), the second cavity (332) and the third cavity (333) are separated by a partition (34); the partition plate (34) is provided with a hollow groove for communicating the cavities.
6. A dusting cutter according to claim 4, characterized in that said first cavity (331) has a voluminous filtering means therein; a foam cleaning device is arranged in the second cavity (332); and a drying device is arranged in the third cavity (333).
7. A machine for cutting dustless material according to claim 1, characterized in that said blade holder (4) is fixedly connected to a fixed upright (5); a knife edge (41) is arranged below the knife rest (4) and used for fixing a circular knife (42) or a sawtooth circular knife through a bearing.
8. A dusting cutter according to claim 7, characterized in that said tool holder (4) is provided with a cooling device (42).
9. Method of operating a cleanable cutting machine according to any of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
I. placing a workpiece to be cut on the lifting table (2); adjusting the lifting platform (2) to enable the position needing to be cut to be matched with the knife edge (41);
II, selecting a circular knife or a sawtooth circular knife to be arranged on the knife rest (4); starting the fan (3);
the position of a workpiece to be cut can be manually changed to change the direction of the tool mark;
and IV, after the cutting is finished, cleaning the inside of the fan (3) by the containing opening (32).
