A traditional Chinese medicine tablet processing and cutting device for internal medicine is characterized by comprising: the cutting machine comprises a cutting machine body (1), a soft drying assembly (2), a transmission assembly (3), a cutting assembly (4), a drying assembly (5) and a collecting assembly (6), wherein the soft drying assembly (2) is positioned in the middle of the cutting machine body (1), the transmission assembly (3) is positioned above the soft drying assembly (2), the cutting assembly (4) is positioned above the transmission assembly (3), the drying assembly (5) is positioned on two sides of the transmission assembly (3), and the collecting assembly (6) is positioned on one side of the transmission assembly (3);
it includes first water tank (202) to dry by the fire soft subassembly (2), heater strip (201) have been installed to week side of first water tank (202), inlet tube (203) have been installed to the upside of first water tank (202), cutting assembly (4) include first fixed block (401), second water tank (403) have been installed to one side of first fixed block (401), one side fixedly connected with water pump (402) of second water tank (403), two fixed pipes (404) of one side fixedly connected with of water pump (402), the built-in sponge (405) that is equipped with of fixed pipe, the built-in humidity transducer (406) that is equipped with of sponge (405).

The traditional Chinese medicine tablet processing and cutting device for internal medicine of claim 1, wherein a groove (101) is formed in the middle of the cutter body (1), the soft drying device (2) is installed in the groove (101), and the soft drying device (2) is located on the lower side of the transmission assembly (3).

The traditional Chinese medicine tablet processing and cutting device for internal medicine of claim 1, wherein the transmission assembly (3) comprises a conveyor belt (301), a plurality of air holes are formed in the middle of the conveyor belt (301), the conveyor belt (301) is located in the middle of the cutting machine body (1), a first fixed block (401) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the cutting machine body (1), two adjusting valves (304) are mounted on the upper side of the first fixed block (401), a screw (303) is fixedly connected to the lower side of each adjusting valve (304), a clamping plate (305) is matched with the lower side of the screw (303) in a threaded manner, an adjusting block (302) is fixedly connected to one side of the clamping plate (305), and the adjusting block (302) is an elastic deformation portion.

10. A processing method of a tablet processing and cutting device for the traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the soft drying component (2) is started firstly, water is added into the first water tank (202) through the water inlet pipe (203), the heating wires (201) on the peripheral side of the first water tank (202) heat the water to generate steam, and the steam dries and softens the medicinal materials through the ventilation holes formed in the middle of the conveyor belt (301);
step two: then starting a transmission component (3), firstly spreading the medicinal materials on a conveyor belt (301) in a flat manner for drying and softening, extruding and collecting the medicinal materials when passing through an adjusting block (302), and enabling a clamping plate (305) to clamp the medicinal materials so as to be convenient for cutting in the next step;
step three: then, the cutting assembly (4) is started, the telescopic rod (406) drives the plate body (407) and the fastener (408) to move, the fastener (408) drives the blade (404) to cut the medicinal material clamped by the clamping plate (305), and the humidity sensor (406) starts the water pump (402) to humidify the sponge (405) when the sponge (405) is dry, so that the sponge (405) repeatedly wipes the blade (404);
step four: then starting a drying component (5), opening a dryer (502), blowing hot air generated by the dryer (502) out of an air outlet (503), and drying the cut medicine pieces on the conveyor belt (301);
step five: and finally, starting the collecting assembly (6), rotating the rotating rod (605) firstly, enabling the transmission plate (601) to rotate along the peripheral side of the rod body (613) by the rotating rod (605), enabling the transmission plate (601) to be adjusted to a proper inclined plane as required, and transmitting and collecting the dried medicinal material pieces into a storage box.
