The charging and boosting circuit 37 adopts a boost management chip, a CS end of the boost management chip is connected with a +5V power interface through a resistor RS1, a VIN end is directly connected with the +5V power interface, a VCC end is connected with the +5V power interface through two capacitors C1 and C2 connected in series and two capacitors C1 and C2 are grounded, a FB end is connected with a +8.4V output voltage end through a resistor R3, a GND end is directly grounded, and a DR end is connected with the +8.4V output voltage end through a switching tube Q1. The voltage stabilizing circuit 38 adopts an ht7550 voltage stabilizing chip, an input end IN of the ht7550 voltage stabilizing chip is connected with a +8.4V output voltage end of the charging and boosting circuit 37, and an output end OUT is connected with a power supply end VDD of the control circuit 39. The voltage stabilizing chip can stabilize +8.4V to the operating voltage of the control circuit 39, thereby providing a stable operating environment for the control circuit 39.
The control circuit 39 adopts an L6386 control chip, the VDD end of the L6386 control chip is connected with the output end OUT of the voltage stabilizing circuit 38, the VSS end is connected with the VDD end through a capacitor C7, the RA0-RA3 ends are connected with the indicator lamp circuit, the hair trimmer can be shown to be in different working states through four indicator lamps, the RA4 end is connected with the battery voltage detection end VF-BAT, so that the electric quantity of the battery can be monitored, the purpose of displaying the residual battery electric quantity can be realized, when the battery electric quantity is insufficient, the indicator lamps can be triggered to emit light with different colors to remind a user of charging, the RB3 end is connected with the drive circuit 40, and the rotation stop and start of the motor can be controlled through the RB3 end output PWM waves.
The driving circuit 40 is composed of a switch tube Q4, the control end of the switch tube Q4 is connected with the RB3 end of the control circuit 39, the output end of the switch tube Q3 is connected with the negative electrode end of the motor, the positive electrode end of the motor is connected with the +8.4V output voltage end of the charging booster circuit 37, the switch tube is controlled to be turned on or turned off through PWM waves, and therefore the motor is controlled.
Therefore, the invention boosts the voltage by a direct current boosting mode, eliminates the original alternating current power adapter, realizes the requirement of charging through a USB interface and is convenient to use.
The second embodiment of the present invention also relates to a voltage boosting circuit for a hair trimmer, as shown in fig. 15, which is different from the first embodiment in that the driving circuit 40 is provided with a two-stage voltage boosting circuit, the two-stage voltage boosting circuit adopts a CS7401 voltage boosting management chip, a VDD terminal of the CS7401 voltage boosting management chip is connected to a +8.4V voltage output terminal of the charging voltage boosting circuit 37, an EN terminal and an RO terminal are connected to the +8.4V voltage output terminal of the charging voltage boosting circuit 37 through a capacitor C5, a GND terminal is directly grounded, a DRV terminal is connected to a switching tube Q3, an output terminal of the switching tube Q3 is connected to two ends of the motor in parallel, and a control terminal of the motor is connected to an RB3 terminal of the control circuit 39. In the present embodiment, the +8.4V voltage obtained by the charging voltage-boosting circuit 37 is boosted again by the two-stage voltage-boosting circuit to obtain a +12V voltage, so that a larger power can be supplied to the motor.
The circuit board 20 is provided with a voltage reduction circuit module, the voltage reduction circuit module comprises a rectification filter circuit 41, a voltage reduction circuit 42 and a driving circuit 40 which are connected in sequence, and the input end of the rectification filter circuit 41 is connected with an alternating current power supply and is used for converting alternating current into direct current; the voltage reduction circuit 42 is used for converting the voltage of the direct current converted by the rectifying and filtering circuit 41 into a voltage suitable for the driving circuit 40; the drive circuit 40 is for the motor 16.
The rectifying and filtering circuit 41 includes a rectifying bridge sub-circuit and an EMI suppression circuit, wherein an input end of the rectifying bridge sub-circuit is connected to an ac power supply, an output end of the rectifying bridge sub-circuit is connected to an input end of the EMI suppression circuit, and an output end of the EMI suppression circuit is connected to an input end of the voltage reduction circuit 42. The rectifier bridge sub-circuit is composed of 4 diodes, and the EMI suppression circuit is composed of a capacitor C1, a resistor RL1, an inductor L1 and a capacitor C3. Ordinary household alternating current passes through an L/N line, is subjected to bridge rectification of a rectifier bridge sub-circuit, is filtered through the inductance filter circuit, and outputs smooth and stable direct current to be supplied to a lower-level circuit for use.
The voltage reducing circuit 42 includes a first RCD absorption sub-circuit and a transformer, an input terminal of the first RCD absorption sub-circuit is connected to an output terminal of the rectifying circuit, an output terminal of the first RCD absorption sub-circuit is connected to a primary coil of a transformer T1A, and a secondary coil of the transformer T1A is connected to the driving circuit 40. In this embodiment, a voltage regulator circuit 38 is also provided between the primary winding of the transformer and the output terminal of the rectifying and smoothing circuit 41.
The first RCD absorption sub-circuit consists of a resistor R7, a resistor R8, a capacitor C4, a resistor R9 and a diode D6; the voltage stabilizing circuit 38 is implemented by a voltage stabilizing chip. The first RCD absorption sub-circuit is used for performing follow current protection on the voltage stabilizing chip, and the power supply of the voltage stabilizing chip is provided by a circuit consisting of a resistor R5, a resistor R6, a resistor R2, a diode D5, a coil T1B and a capacitor C2. The CS end of the voltage stabilizing chip is also connected with a resistor R3 and a resistor R4, and the resistor R3 and the resistor R4 can protect the whole voltage stabilizing chip.
The driving circuit 40 comprises a second RCD absorption sub-circuit and a driving chip; the input end of the second RCD absorption sub-circuit is connected with the secondary coil of the voltage reduction circuit 42, and the output end of the second RCD absorption sub-circuit is respectively connected with the driving chip and the positive electrode of the direct current motor; the driving chip is used for generating PWM waves to control the rotating speed and the starting of the direct current motor. The second RCD absorption sub-circuit is composed of a diode D7, a resistor R11, a capacitor C5, a capacitor C6, a capacitor C8 and a resistor R14, the output end of the second RCD absorption sub-circuit is connected with the anode of the direct current motor, the output end of the second RCD absorption sub-circuit provides energy for the driving chip through the resistor R17 and the diode D2, a PWM wave output by a 5 th pin of the driving chip is connected with a control end of the direct current motor, and the control of the rotating speed and the starting of the direct current motor is achieved through the output of the PWM wave.
As can be easily found, the household alternating current is converted into the direct current through the rectifying and filtering circuit 41, safe voltage reduction is realized, and the transformer is used for coupling voltage reduction to obtain the safe use direct current voltage, so that the safety of users and the uninterrupted output of energy are ensured, and the endurance time is prolonged. In addition, the invention also stabilizes the voltage of the primary coil of the transformer and ensures the stability of the voltage.
