The invention provides an angle-adjustable laser beam expanding and focusing device, wherein a collimating lens, a beam expanding lens and a focusing lens are sequentially fixed on a lens barrel body, the barrel body is fixed on a focusing seat, the collimating lens and the beam expanding lens are fixed through a switching ring to form a beam expanding assembly, one end of the beam expanding assembly is fixed at the upper end part of the barrel body through the switching ring, the other end of the beam expanding assembly is movably fixed on the barrel body through the beam expanding lens, and the beam expanding assembly can adjust the angle through the matching of the switching ring, the wall of the barrel body, a pressing ring and an elastic element.

Background
Time-of-flight mass spectrometers are a very common type of mass spectrometer. The principle of the mass spectrometer is that ion clouds generated by bombarding a sample by laser pulses enter a field-free drift tube after being accelerated, and are finally received by an ion detector to generate detection signals, and the number and the mass of the ion clouds bombarded by the laser pulses are related to indexes such as signal accuracy, signal-to-noise ratio and the like. At present, domestic similar products are few, most of the similar products do not have an angle adjusting function, and the light beam angle is slightly changed and the light beam irradiation position is shaken due to fit clearance and tolerance when the focal length is adjusted. In addition, most products with the focal length and angle adjusting functions use a reflection type angle adjusting mechanism, the adjusting range is too large, the adjusting sensitivity is too high, and the adjustment is very inconvenient.
