The working method of the bending machine for processing the plate comprises the following steps:

step two, according to the size of the plate, the position of the clamping block 55 is adjusted, the plate is fixed, the plate is placed in the first placing groove 51, a bending press table (the bending press table comprises a first bending press table 475, a second bending press table 476, a third bending press table 477 and a fourth bending press table 478) which are matched with each other is selected according to a selected forming table, a second motor 472 is started to drive a second rotating shaft 479 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 479 drives a second rotating seat 474 to rotate, the second rotating seat 474 drives the selected bending press table to rotate, the selected bending press table is rotated to the lowest position, then two second air cylinders 42 are started to push the second moving plate 44 to move downwards, and the second moving plate 44 drives the selected bending press table to move downwards until the head plane of the selected bending press table is abutted against the upper surface of the plate, and the plate is bent;
step three, after the plate is bent, the bent plate is taken out and put into the collecting mechanism 2, when the collecting mechanism 2 is full, the electric push rod 22 is started to drive the push plate 23 to move, and the push plate 23 pushes the bent plate out of the collecting box 21 for collecting by workers.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
selecting a proper forming table (the forming table comprises a first forming table 364, a second forming table 365, a third forming table 366 and a fourth forming table 367) according to the bending shape requirement of the plate, starting a first motor 362 to drive a first rotating shaft 369 to rotate, driving a first rotating seat 363 to rotate by the first rotating shaft 369, driving the selected forming table to rotate by the first rotating seat 363, rotating the selected forming table to the uppermost part, starting two first air cylinders 32 to push a first movable plate 37 to move upwards, and driving the selected forming table to move upwards by the first movable plate 37 until the top of the selected forming table is flush with the bottom of a first placing groove 51, so that subsequent extrusion is facilitated; then, according to the size of the plate, the position of the clamping block 55 is adjusted, the plate is fixed, the plate is placed in the first placing groove 51, a bending press table (the bending press table comprises a first bending press table 475, a second bending press table 476, a third bending press table 477 and a fourth bending press table 478) which are matched with each other is selected according to the selected forming table, a second motor 472 is started to drive a second rotating shaft 479 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 479 drives a second rotating seat 474 to rotate, the second rotating seat 474 drives the selected bending press table to rotate, the selected bending press table is rotated to the lowest position, then, two second air cylinders 42 are started to push the second moving plate 44 to move downwards, the second moving plate 44 drives the selected bending press table to move downwards until the plane of the head of the selected bending press table is abutted against the upper surface of the plate, and a certain time is kept, and the plate bending is completed; after the plate is bent, the bent plate is taken out and put into the collecting mechanism 2, when the collecting mechanism 2 is fully collected, the electric push rod 22 is started to drive the push plate 23 to move, the push plate 23 pushes the bent plate out of the collecting box 21, and the bent plate is collected by workers, so that the plate is convenient to collect quickly.

step three, after the bending of the plate is completed, the bent plate is taken out and put into a collecting mechanism (2), when the collecting mechanism (2) is full, an electric push rod (22) is started to drive a push plate (23) to move, and the push plate (23) pushes the bent plate out of a collecting box (21) for collecting by staff;
the bending machine comprises a supporting mechanism (1), a collecting mechanism (2), a forming mechanism (3), a bending mechanism (4) and an operating platform (5), wherein three operating platforms (5) are arranged at the top of the supporting mechanism (1) along the horizontal direction, the three operating platforms (5) are distributed at equal intervals in a linear mode, the forming mechanism (3) is arranged below the operating platforms (5), the forming mechanism (3) is connected inside the supporting mechanism (1), the bending mechanism (4) is arranged at the top of the operating platform (5), the position of the bending mechanism (4) corresponds to the position of the forming mechanism (3), and the collecting mechanism (2) is arranged at one side of the operating platform (5) and at the top of the supporting mechanism (1).
The collecting mechanism (2) comprises collecting boxes (21), wherein the bottoms of the collecting boxes (21) are fixedly connected to the top of a supporting frame (11), the collecting boxes (21) are distributed at equal intervals in a linear mode, a third mounting groove is formed in one side of each collecting box (21), an electric push rod (22) is fixedly mounted in each third mounting groove, a push plate (23) is fixedly connected to a push rod penetrating through the side wall of each collecting box (21), the push plate (23) is located inside each collecting box (21), and an operating table (5) is fixedly connected to one side of each collecting box (21) and the top of the supporting frame (11);
the bending forming device comprises an operation table (5), a first placing groove (51) is formed in the middle of the top of the operation table (5), first mounting grooves (52) are formed in the middle of the bottom of the first placing groove (51), the first mounting grooves (52) penetrate through the top surface and the bottom surface of the operation table (5), a plurality of second mounting grooves (53) are symmetrically formed in two sides of one end of the bottom of the first placing groove (51), the plurality of second mounting grooves (53) are distributed at equal intervals in a linear mode, a plurality of first clamping grooves (54) are formed in the top surface of the operation table (5), the plurality of first clamping grooves (54) are symmetrically distributed with respect to the first placing groove (51), the positions of the plurality of first clamping grooves (54) are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the plurality of second mounting grooves (53), two clamping blocks (55) are mounted at one end of the top of the operation table (5), clamping blocks (55) are symmetrically distributed with respect to the first mounting grooves (52), clamping blocks (551) are arranged at one end of the two clamping blocks (55), the two clamping blocks (55) are clamped in the first clamping grooves (54) through the clamping tables (551), and the two clamping blocks (5) are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the operation table (4), and the operation table (3) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the operation table (4);
