Because the position of the lower roller is unchanged, when the upper roller is pressed down, the middle 3 straightening rollers are three rollers, and in the four-time reverse bending process, the middle rollers of the three rollers are pressed down to act on the middle part of the web plate and act on the point with the maximum bending degree. In order to achieve the improvement effect, the diameter of the middle roller is designed to be 0.1-0.5mm larger than the diameters of the rollers at two sides according to the specification characteristics. In order to ensure the straightening accuracy, the assembly accuracy of the straightening roller group is less than or equal to 0.3 mm.
The bending degree of the web plate of the H-shaped steel is generally downward bending, so that the bending is obviously improved, and for the specification of partially generating upward bending, the steel can be turned by a steel turning machine, so that the web plate is bent downward before a rolled piece enters a straightening machine, and a better improvement effect is achieved.
The method is characterized in that the large-size H-shaped steel with the bending degree meeting the requirement can be stably produced by modifying the combination mode of the straightening roller set of the straightening machine and adjusting the corresponding pressing rule, the bent steel in the straightening process is reduced, the purposes of improving the product quality and the product yield are achieved, and the method has very high social and economic benefits.
