The invention discloses an automatic steel plate tracking and spray printing system which comprises a steel plate number identification module, a position tracking module, a spray printing module and a main control module, wherein the steel plate number identification module is used for identifying a corresponding steel plate number on a steel plate and transmitting the identified steel plate number to the main control module; the position tracking module is used for tracking the position information of the steel plate and transmitting the position information of the steel plate to the main control module; the main control module is used for receiving information transmitted by the steel plate identification module and the position tracking module, calling corresponding jet printing data and sending the jet printing data to the jet printing module; the spray printing module is used for spray printing on the steel plate. The invention also discloses a tracking jet printing method of the automatic steel plate tracking jet printing system. The invention greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves the automation degree and further greatly improves the production efficiency.

Technical Field

Background

The embodiment provides a steel plate automatic tracking jet printing system which comprises a steel plate conveying roller way, a steel plate identification module, a position tracking module, a jet printing module and a main control module. The steel plate conveying roller way, the steel plate identification module, the position tracking module and the spray printing module are all electrically connected with the main control module.
Wherein, the steel sheet rollgang is used for carrying the steel sheet. The steel plate identification module is used for identifying the corresponding steel plate number on the steel plate. The steel plate identification module comprises a high-definition identification camera arranged above the feeding end of the steel plate conveying roller way. After the steel plate enters the identification module of the steel plate identification module, the identification camera can automatically identify the steel plate number on the steel plate and send the identified steel plate number to the main control module.
The position tracking module comprises three groups of cold metal detectors which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the steel plate conveying roller way and are respectively cold detection 1, cold detection 2 and cold detection 3 in the figure 1. The three groups of cold metal detectors are all positioned behind the steel plate identification module. Each group of cold metal detectors comprises a signal transmitting end and a signal receiving end, and the signal transmitting end and the signal receiving end are respectively positioned on two sides of the steel plate conveying roller way. When the steel plate passes through any one group of cold metal detectors, the head of the steel plate firstly enters between the signal transmitting end and the signal receiving end, the signal transmitted by the signal transmitting end is blocked by the baffle plate at the moment, the signal receiving end cannot receive the signal, and then the cold metal detectors transmit the signal to the main control module, so that the main control module acquires the position information of the steel plate.
The jet printing module comprises a jet printing machine which is arranged on the steel plate conveying roller way and is positioned behind the position tracking module, and the jet printing machine can receive jet printing data sent by the main control module and jet print the steel plate.
The main control module is internally pre-stored with a steel plate number and spray printing data corresponding to the steel plate number. The main control module is used for receiving the steel plate number sent by the steel plate identification module and the steel plate position information sent by the position tracking module, calling corresponding spray printing data according to the received data, sending the spray printing data to the spray printing module and controlling the spray printing module to work. The main control module can also control the operation of the steel plate conveying roller way. It should be noted that the main control module includes a PLC controller.
The embodiment also provides a tracking jet printing method of the automatic tracking jet printing system for the steel plate, which comprises the following steps:
s1: pre-inputting a steel plate number and spray printing data corresponding to the steel plate number in a main control module;
s2: when a first steel plate enters the identification area of the steel plate identification module, the steel plate identification module identifies the number of the steel plate on the steel plate and sends the identified steel plate to the main control module, and meanwhile, the position tracking module tracks the position of the steel plate in real time and sends the position information of the steel plate to the main control module;

s4: looping the steps S2 and S3 until the jet printing data queue in the main control module contains three jet printing data;
s4: when a first steel plate enters a spray printing area of the spray printing module, the main control module controls a steel plate conveying roller way to pause, first spray printing data in a spray printing data queue is sent to the spray printing module, and then spray printing equipment is controlled to perform spray printing operation;
s5: and after the jet printing module finishes jet printing operation, sending a signal to the main control module to indicate that the jet printing operation is finished, controlling the steel plate conveying roller way to continue to operate after the main control module receives the signal, eliminating first jet printing data in a jet printing data queue by the main control module, transferring second data into first data, transferring third data into second data, and waiting for receiving new data at a third data position.
