The invention provides a pipeline cleaning vehicle which is used for cleaning a pipeline and comprises a vehicle body, a vehicle head connected with the vehicle body, a storage stirring tank arranged on the vehicle body, an ice maker connected with the storage stirring tank, and an ice slurry injection pump connected with the pipeline and the storage stirring tank, wherein the ice maker and the storage stirring tank are respectively connected through a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe. The pipeline cleaning vehicle can finish the cleaning work of the interior of the pipeline by using less water and time on the basis of not damaging the pipeline and not needing excavation, and has stronger cleaning capability and more excellent cleaning effect compared with other equipment.

The ice making compartment 6 is provided with a generator 61, and the side wall is provided with a ventilation window 62 and an electric rolling door 63.
In this embodiment, the generator 61 may supply power to the ice maker 4. Of course, the ice maker 4 may be connected to the commercial power. The two power supply modes can be freely switched. The generator 61 is electrically connected with the electric cabinet 81.
The electric shutter 63 is used to open the ice making compartment 6. In this embodiment, the electric rolling shutter 63 is also electrically connected to the electric cabinet 81, so as to achieve an automatic opening and closing effect, and when the ice maker 4 or the generator 61 works, the electric rolling shutter 63 can be opened or the ventilation window 62 can be used for heat dissipation, thereby ensuring a long-term stable working condition.
The stirring device 7 comprises a stirring motor 71 arranged outside the storage stirring tank 3 and a streamline paddle 72 connected with the stirring motor 71, wherein the streamline paddle 72 is arranged in the storage stirring tank 3. In this embodiment, the streamline blades 72 are four-blade streamline blades 72, and an included angle between each blade and the horizontal plane is 30-45 °. The use method of the pipe cleaning vehicle 100 of the present invention is as follows: the user climbs the working platform 31 and injects water and additives into the storage and stirring tank 3; the commercial power or the generator 61 is used for driving the ice maker 4 to work, the solution in the storage stirring tank 3 is pumped into the ice maker 4 through the water inlet pipe 41 for refrigeration, and then the solution is discharged into the storage stirring tank 3 through the water outlet pipe 72 until the concentration of ice slurry in the storage stirring tank 3 reaches 40% -55%; starting the stirring device 7 to uniformly mix the ice slurry and the solution in the storage stirring tank 3; connecting a pipeline to be cleaned with an ice slurry injection pump 5; the bottom of the storage stirring barrel is connected with the ice slurry injection pump 5 through a pipeline, the ice slurry injection pump 5 is started while stirring is carried out, ice slurry is injected into the pipeline to be cleaned, and then the pipeline cleaning work is completed.
The pipeline cleaning vehicle 100 of the invention can realize the ice slurry making in the moving process by arranging the ice maker 4; by arranging the generator 61, the power supply can work on the basis of no need of connecting with commercial power, so that the power supply can adapt to the environment without power supply around. The pipeline cleaning vehicle 100 of the invention can complete the cleaning work of the interior of the pipeline by using less water and time on the basis of not damaging the pipeline and not excavating, and has stronger cleaning capability and more excellent cleaning effect compared with other equipment.
