The invention discloses a cleaning device for a glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline, which comprises: the inner surface of the arc-shaped shell (1) is magnetic; the flexible ropes (2) are uniformly distributed on the inner side surface of the arc-shaped shell, the flexible ropes penetrate through the axial side wall of the arc-shaped shell, two ends of each flexible rope penetrate through two ends of the arc-shaped shell respectively, and the length of each flexible rope outside the arc-shaped shell is twice that of the corresponding glass steel pipeline; the magnetic arc cleaning parts (3) are respectively connected with two ends of the corresponding flexible ropes. The invention has the advantages that the magnetic arc cleaning component is restrained on the inner surface of the glass steel pipeline by the flexible rope, the magnetic force of the arc shell is utilized to adsorb the magnetic arc cleaning component on the inner surface of the glass steel pipeline to move synchronously along with the arc shell, the inner surface and the outer surface of the glass steel pipeline can be cleaned only by pushing the arc shell outside the glass steel pipeline, the operation is convenient, and the cleaning force is uniform and adjustable.

The flexible cord of the present invention is preferably an elastic cord, which can give an additional coupling force to the arc-shaped housing and the magnetic arc-shaped cleaning member, which are integrally formed by the elastic cord. The elastic rope can keep certain tension, avoids the elastic rope to contact with the inner wall of the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline, and the magnetic arc-shaped cleaning component has certain thickness which can ensure that a gap is reserved between the elastic rope and the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline.
The length of the flexible rope can be determined according to the length of the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline, the length of the flexible rope outside the arc-shaped shell is generally required to be twice of the length of the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline, so that the flexible rope can be ensured to wind around the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline for a circle, and the magnetic arc-shaped cleaning component can freely slide along the traction direction of the flexible rope.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the number of the flexible ropes is three, the flexible ropes are uniformly distributed on the inner side surface of the arc-shaped shell, the number of the corresponding magnetic arc-shaped cleaning parts is three, and the magnetic arc-shaped cleaning parts can be magnetic blocks, so that the three magnetic arc-shaped cleaning parts are required to be arranged, and the arc-shaped shell is attracted to multiple points by utilizing the stability of a triangle to prevent the arc-shaped shell from sliding off the outer surface of the glass steel pipeline.
Two ends of the flexible rope are connected with the magnetic arc-shaped cleaning component through buckles. The hanging lugs 4 can be arranged at the two ends of the magnetic arc-shaped cleaning component, and the two ends of the flexible rope are connected with the hanging lugs.
In order to facilitate pushing the arc-shaped housing, a handle 5 may be provided on the surface thereof.
As an embodiment of the invention, a driving mechanism can be arranged in the arc-shaped shell and can automatically move at a certain speed.
