The fire engine water pump pressure stabilizing control system and the control method thereof have the working principle that: firstly, when the fire-fighting carriage 1 reaches a command fire-fighting point, the fire-fighting reel pipe 10 is moved along the vertical direction of the hook 11 until the fire-fighting reel pipe 10 is taken down, and the sliding panel 13 is sequentially pulled to slide upwards along the vertical direction of the fire-fighting carriage 1 until the fixed inner pipe 18 is completely leaked out; secondly, the fire fighting reel pipe 10 penetrates into the clamping piece 21 in sequence, the infrared sensor 17 (model: SY-1025) senses the fire fighting reel pipe 10 in real time, the PLC 12 analyzes and judges according to data values and sends an opening instruction to the fixed air cylinder 23, the clamping piece 21 pushes the fixed air cylinder 23 to move along the horizontal central line direction of the fixed inner pipe 18, the clamping expansion spring 20 synchronously expands and contracts towards the horizontal central line direction of the fixed inner pipe 18, and therefore the fire fighting reel pipe 10 is fixed, and the phenomenon that the fire fighting reel pipe 10 falls off when the pressure is high, the instantaneous water pressure is too high, and the water pipe bursts is avoided; secondly, the fire-fighting water tank 2 sequentially passes through a water outlet pipe 4, a pressure-stabilizing water pump 3 (model: XBD12.7/40), an extension pipe 6, a fixed inner pipe 18, a fire-fighting reelpipe 10, a flowmeter 15 and fire-fighting nozzles 16 to stably output water sources, then the PLC 12 detects the real-time flow of each group of fire-fighting nozzles 16 through the flowmeter 15 (model: DN65), when the flow value is small, a closing instruction is sent to the valve 5 to adjust the water pressure to increase the water pressure, the fire-fighting water tank is better suitable for the fire-fighting environment until the flow output reaches a stable value, when the flow value is large, an opening instruction is sent to the valve 5, and the water pressure is stabilized through the opening quantity of the valve 5; finally, the PLC 12 detects the real-time water level inside the fire water tank 2 through the water level sensor 7 (model: KGU9), judges whether an instruction needs to be sent to the alarm 14 (model: TBJ-100) to perform real-time early warning, and after the alarm 14 gives an alarm sound, a fireman searches for a water source to pull the external water pipe 9 to add water into the fire water tank 2, so that the water pressure is guaranteed to be stable.
