The ciliary muscle bi-directional exercise instrument comprises a plurality of auxiliary plates which are buckled with or separated from the main body 1; the auxiliary board is provided with a plurality of exercise patterns 3, and when the auxiliary board is buckled with the main body 1, each exercise pattern 3 is in one-to-one correspondence with each exercise lamp 2; the exercise patterns 3 of the auxiliary boards are arranged in an inconsistent manner; in this way, different exercise patterns 3 are selected according to the user's preference, reducing the user's resistance, facilitating the training of the ciliary muscle.

The ciliary muscle bidirectional exercise instrument is characterized by comprising a main body, a control board, a plurality of exercise lamps and a plurality of exercise patterns, wherein a control program is preset on the control board, the main body is respectively arranged on the control board and each exercise lamp, the control board is electrically connected with the exercise lamps, and each exercise lamp is arranged in one-to-one correspondence with each exercise pattern; each exercise lamp is arranged in an array along an exercise graph, each exercise lamp comprises a plurality of lamp bodies, and the luminous colors of the lamp bodies are arranged in an inconsistent manner;
the main body comprises a plurality of plate bodies, each plate body is provided with the exercise lamps respectively, each plate body is arranged in an array manner, and each exercise lamp is arranged in an array manner;
or the plate bodies are circumferentially arranged in a surrounding manner, and the exercise lamps are circumferentially arranged in a surrounding manner;
the ciliary muscle bidirectional exercise apparatus comprises a fixer, wherein the fixer is fixedly arranged, the fixer is correspondingly arranged with the main body, and the fixer is used for fixing the head;
the fixer comprises a fixer body and a fixing rod, wherein the fixing rod is longitudinally arranged, the upper part of the fixing rod is fixedly arranged, and the lower part of the fixing rod is connected with the fixer body; the device body is used for fixing the head; the fixing rod is in extension or contraction arrangement along the longitudinal direction;
