In an alternative implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the washing mechanism 6 further includes: an electric adjusting arm 602, a spout 603 and a water inlet 604; the rotating part at the lower end of the electric adjusting arm 602 is fixedly connected with the fixed part of the base 601; the rotating part at the top end of the electric adjusting arm 602 is provided with a nozzle 603; a water inlet 604 is arranged on the side end surface of the nozzle 603; the water inlet 604 is in communication with the water storage tank 106 via a connecting hose; the electric driving part arranged in the electric adjusting arm 602 drives the nozzle 603 to rotate, so that the spraying angle of the nozzle 603 can be adjusted, and the washing of the patient is facilitated.

A paralyzed patient care hospital bed comprising: bed body supporting mechanism (1), bed lid mechanism (2), tilting mechanism (3), headrest mechanism (4), stool and urine collection mechanism (5) and, bed body supporting mechanism (1) includes: the water storage device comprises a bracket (101), a bed plate (102), a water storage tank (106) and a water outlet (108); the lower end surface of the bed plate (102) is fixedly connected with the upper end surface of the bracket (101); the water storage tank (106) is fixedly arranged on the lower end surface of the bracket (101); a water outlet (108) is arranged on the water storage tank (106); the bed cover mechanism (2) comprises: a support (201), an arc-shaped cover (202) and a water inlet pipe (203); the support (201) is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the bed plate (102); the arc-shaped cover (202) is rotationally connected with the support (201); a water inlet pipe (203) is arranged on the arc cover (202); the water inlet pipe (203) is communicated with the water outlet (108); the bed cover mechanism (2) can realize the heat preservation of the patient when the patient is washed and lies on the bed board (102) without covering a quilt; the turning mechanism (3) comprises: a roll-over stand (305); the turnover frame (305) is rotatably connected with the outer side of the arc-shaped cover (202), and the arc-shaped cover (202) is automatically turned over through the rotation of the turnover frame (305); the headrest mechanism (4) includes: a headrest frame (401); the lower end surface of the headrest frame (401) is fixedly connected with the upper end surface of the bed plate (102); the headrest mechanism (4) is convenient for the patient to inhale oxygen; the feces and urine collection mechanism (5) comprises: a chassis (501); the underframe (501) is fixedly arranged on a baffle of the bracket (101); the washing mechanism (6) comprises: a base (601); the base (601) is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the headrest frame (401); the washing mechanism (6) is convenient for the patient to wash.

The paralytic care hospital bed according to claim 1, wherein the bed support mechanism (1) further comprises: the device comprises walking supporting wheels (103), a storage cabinet (104), a waste water tank (105), a waste water outlet (107), an electric arc-shaped cover (109), a water discharge groove (110), a heating strip (111) and a shoe groove (112);
the upper end surface of the walking supporting wheel (103) is fixedly connected with the lower end surface of the bracket (101); the storage cabinet (104) is fixedly arranged on the lower end surface of the bed plate (102); the waste water tank (105) is fixedly arranged on a baffle of the bracket (101); a connecting pipe at the upper end of the waste water tank (105) is communicated with the lower end surface of the bed plate (102); a waste water outlet (107) is arranged on the waste water tank (105); the upper end surface of the bed plate (102) is provided with an electric arc cover (109), a drainage groove (110) and a heating strip (111); the shoe groove (112) is fixedly arranged at the inner side of the bracket (101).
3. The paralytic care hospital bed according to claim 1, wherein the cover mechanism (2) further comprises: the device comprises a spray head (204), a sterilizing lamp (205) and an exhaust fan (206);
the top end surface of the inner side of the arc-shaped cover (202) is provided with a spray head (204), a sterilizing lamp (205) and an exhaust fan (206); the water inlet pipe (203) is communicated with the spray head (204).

The paralytic care hospital bed according to claim 1, wherein the headrest mechanism (4) further comprises: the oxygen supply device comprises a headrest plate (402), an arc-shaped sliding rail (403), an arc-shaped sliding block (404), an oxygen tank (405), an oxygen mask (406), a stepping motor (407), a gear (408) and an arc-shaped rack (409);
the headrest plate (402) is rotatably connected with the notch of the headrest frame (401); the arc-shaped sliding rail (403) is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the headrest frame (401); the arc-shaped sliding block (404) is connected with the arc-shaped sliding rail (403) in a sliding way; the oxygen tank (405) is fixedly arranged on the arc-shaped sliding block (404); the oxygen mask (406) is fixedly arranged on a connecting pipe of the oxygen tank (405); the stepping motor (407) is fixedly arranged on the arc-shaped sliding block (404), and a motor shaft of the stepping motor is fixedly connected with the gear (408); the arc-shaped rack (409) is fixedly arranged on the arc-shaped sliding rail (403); the gear (408) is meshed with the arc-shaped rack (409).

The paralytic care hospital bed according to claim 1, wherein the stool and urine collecting mechanism (5) further comprises: the device comprises a telescopic frame (502), a screw motor (503), a long screw (504), a urine and excrement collecting tank (505) and a urine and excrement collecting barrel (506);
the screw motor (503) is fixedly arranged on the upper end surface of the bottom frame (501), and a motor shaft of the screw motor is fixedly connected with the long screw (504); one side of the lower end of the telescopic frame (502) is rotatably connected with a support (201) on the bottom frame (501), the other side of the telescopic frame is slidably connected with a slide bar on the bottom frame (501), and the upper end of the telescopic frame (502) is rotatably connected with the support (201) at the lower end of the excrement and urine collecting tank (505); the long lead screw (504) is in threaded fit with a nut rod on the telescopic frame (502); the excrement and urine collecting barrel (506) is connected with the excrement and urine collecting tank (505) in a sliding way.
