Background
Spine surgery is classified into spinal injury, spinal infection, spinal tumor, spinal degenerative disease, and spinal deformity alignment, in which spinal injury, spinal degenerative disease, spinal deformity are hot spots. The spine is the second lifeline of the human body and occupies a central part in the human body, which affects the health of the human body. According to general survey results of primary schools of Beijing, 68% of children have spine abnormalities, the incidence rate of different degrees of scoliosis is up to 20%, and 80% of adults have headache, back pain, lumbago and numbness of hands and feet actually caused by spine abnormalities in teenagers.
The spine correction is a short-term spine correction technology, is a special technology for restoring an offset or semi-dislocated spine and adjusting spinal joints, is similar to the traditional Chinese medicine pulling method and the bone setting operation, has the guidance of the system theory and the specific force exerting skill, and is a scientific and efficient treatment technology. The spine correction technology is incorporated into an important auxiliary treatment means for treating other intractable diseases, has a very good treatment effect, and has an important auxiliary treatment effect on diabetes, rheumatoid diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the like.
The correction device is used for fixing the posture of a user under a specific correction posture and maintaining the correction posture for a certain time, and the effect of correcting the spine is achieved by the recovery effect of the physiological function of the user. The existing correction device can only simply fix the limbs of a user, cannot independently adjust and set in multiple dimensions and multiple positions, namely, the user cannot adjust the correction degree of adaptability at a specific spine position, so that the existing correction device is poor in correction effect, and the problem of insufficient correction or excessive correction occurs. Therefore, there is a need for a structurally optimized design of an orthotic device for spinal surgery to enhance the ability and effect of the correction.

Specifically, the contour shape of the front fixing splint 10-1 is matched with the contour shape of the front of the neck root of the user, the contour shape of the front lifting splint 10-3 is matched with the contour shape of the chin of the user, the contour shape of the rear fixing splint 10-8 is matched with the contour shape of the rear of the neck of the user, and the contour shape of the rear lifting splint 10-5 is matched with the contour shape of the lower part of the back brain of the user.
A support rod 10-9 is arranged at the middle position of the rear part of the rear fixing supporting plate 10-8, and the support rod 10-9 is positioned in a neck sleeve 9-3 of the neck assembly 9 and is locked by a locking piece. In this embodiment, the locking member may be a locking screw, a threaded hole penetrating in the radial direction is formed in the side wall of the neck sleeve 9-3, the locking screw is located in the threaded hole, and the inner end of the locking screw abuts against the side wall of the support rod 10-9.
The using method comprises the following steps:
the waist and hip component 3 is abutted against the waist and hip position of a user, the waist and hip component 3 is fixed at the waist and hip position of the user by adopting four waist and hip fixing bands 4 and fixing buckles 1 of a left group and a right group, and specifically, the waist and hip fixing bands 4 of the left group and the right group are respectively fixed at the roots of the left leg and the right leg of the user in an encircling manner;
adjusting the swing angle and the inclination angle of each joint component 7 from bottom to top to make the form of the skeleton structure consistent with the spinal correction posture of the user obtained by diagnosis; specifically, the lower joint component 7 can only perform inclination angle adjustment, namely only forward or backward angle adjustment, and the adjustment is realized by adjusting the joint inclination angle adjuster 7-1 of the lower joint component 7; each upper joint component 7 can simultaneously carry out swing angle adjustment, namely angle adjustment towards the left or right and inclination angle adjustment, namely angle adjustment towards the front or back, and the adjustment is realized by loosening/screwing the fixing screw 12 and adjusting the joint inclination angle adjuster 7-1;
then, joint fixing belts 8 are arranged between the left connecting plate 7-8 and the right connecting plate 7-3 of each joint component 7, and each joint component 7 and the joint fixing belt 8 thereof encircle the trunk of a user to fix the trunk;
inserting a support rod 10-9 of a neck fixing sleeve 10 into a neck sleeve 9-3 of a neck assembly 9 and locking the support rod by a locking piece, then installing a rear lifting support plate 10-5 on a rear fixing support plate 10-8, then installing a front lifting support plate 10-3 on a front fixing support plate 10-1, then connecting the rear fixing support plate 10-8 and the front fixing support plate 10-1 by a left connecting buckle 10-4 and a right connecting buckle 10-7, and then performing lifting adjustment on the front lifting support plate 10-3 and the rear lifting support plate 10-5 to enable the neck fixing sleeve 10 to support and expand the neck of a user;
the user wears the correcting device to keep a certain time in a sitting posture or a standing posture (without influencing walking), thereby achieving the aim of correcting the posture of the spine.
