1. The utility model provides a universal double offset ring spanner which characterized in that: comprises a handle (1), a connecting block (2), a clamping block (3) and an elastic piece;
handle (1): one end of the connecting block (2) is hinged on the handle (1);
connecting block (2): the two end surfaces are cylindrical surfaces, straight buses of the two end surfaces are perpendicular to each other, the side wall is a plane, and the side wall and the end surfaces are in smooth transition;
clamping block (3): one end of the connecting block is provided with a groove structure which is matched with the head of the screw, the other end of the connecting block is hinged with the connecting block (2), the rotation axis is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the extension rod (12), and the rotation axis of the clamping block (3) and the rotation axis of the handle (1) are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting block (2);
elastic piece: at least two elastic pieces are respectively arranged on the extension rod (12) and the clamping block (3), and one ends of the two elastic pieces are respectively abutted on different end surfaces of the connecting block (2);
the elastic piece comprises a wave bead screw (4), and the ball head part of the wave bead screw (4) is opposite to the connecting block (2); the outline of the outer wall of the connecting block (2) for the movement of the wave bead screw (4) is U-shaped.

The universal ring spanner according to claim 1, wherein: the handle (1) comprises an extension rod (12) and a mounting block (13) fixedly arranged at the end part of the extension rod (12), a first mounting cavity (14) is formed in the mounting block (13), the outline of the mounting block (13) is C-shaped, and one end of the connecting block (2) is hinged in the first mounting cavity (14).

The universal ring spanner according to claim 4, wherein: the groove structure comprises a plurality of arc grooves (35) formed in the side wall of the fixing head (33), the arc grooves (35) are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, the outer side wall of the fixing head (33) on two sides of the arc grooves (35) is a cylindrical surface, and the end face of the fixing head is in a hexagonal plum blossom shape.
