Abstract
The invention relates to an acetabulum cup cushion block prosthesis capable of being implanted with bones, which comprises an acetabulum cup and an acetabulum cup cushion block, wherein the acetabulum cup is in a hollow hemispherical shape and is provided with a solid column; the acetabulum cup cushion block comprises wing plates and a bone trabecula, wherein the bone trabecula is provided with a column-shaped groove matched with the solid column of the acetabulum cup. The prosthesis promotes the effect of bone ingrowth by implanting bone filling materials into the acetabulum cushion block, so that the acetabulum cushion block and the acetabulum are combined more tightly. The wing plate connected with the ilium is added to the prosthesis, and the prophase stability of the prosthesis is improved by connecting the screw and the ilium.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a joint prosthesis structure, in particular to an acetabulum cup cushion block prosthesis capable of being implanted with bones.
Background
The acetabulum cushion block is a surgical implant for replacing the acetabulum part of a human hip joint, is mainly used for the case of serious hip defect aiming at the acetabulum in the replacement operation of the hip joint, is processed by titanium alloy materials in the prior art, and has the advantages of convenient processing, low processing cost and the like.
Although the existing acetabular cushion block can replace a human acetabulum with bone defects, the acetabular cushion block and the acetabular cup are usually fixed by adopting adhesives, when the acetabular cushion block is actually used, the clinical loosening rate of the acetabular cushion block and the acetabular cup after the acetabular cushion block and the acetabular cup are installed on a human body is high, so that a revision operation needs to be carried out again, and great physical pain and economic loss are brought to a patient. Meanwhile, the acetabulum cushion block in the prior art is lack of wing plates and bone fixation, which is not favorable for the stability of the prosthesis in the early stage. The prior art has the problem of incomplete matching with actual defects of human sclerotin, so that the bone trabecula cushion block is not fully attached to the acetabulum sclerotin, and the bone ingrowth effect is influenced.

The invention aims to provide a bone-implantable acetabular cup cushion prosthesis which is high in connection stability, capable of promoting bone ingrowth and easy to repair.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an acetabular cup cushion block prosthesis capable of being implanted with bones, which comprises an acetabular cup and an acetabular cup cushion block, wherein the acetabular cup is in a hollow hemispherical shape and is provided with a solid column; the acetabular cup cushion block comprises a wing plate and a trabecula, wherein the trabecula is provided with a cylindrical groove matched with the acetabular cup solid column, and the trabecula and the wing plate are both provided with a plurality of screw holes; the bone trabecula is matched with the cup shape of the acetabulum, the bone trabecula is provided with a cylindrical groove, the cylindrical groove is matched with the solid column of the acetabulum cup, and the wing plate extends outwards from the edge of the bone trabecula.

Wherein, a bone filling material is arranged between the solid column of the acetabulum cup and the bottom surface of the cylindrical groove.
Wherein, the trabecula bone and the wing plate are integrally formed by the same material. The material is preferably a titanium alloy material, and the porosity of the trabecula and the wing plate after the preparation is 50-80 percent, and the aperture is 1.5-3 mm.
Wherein, the depth of the preferable cylindrical groove is 15-20mm, and the diameter is 10-20 mm;

Wherein, bone filling materials are arranged between the solid column of the acetabulum cup and the bottom surface of the cylindrical groove.
The 3D printing technology has great advantages in preparation of bone repair materials, so that the acetabular cup, the trabecula and the wing plate are all made by 3D printing and are all integrally formed by the same materials. Wherein the preferred material is titanium alloy material, and the porosity of the prepared trabecula and wing plate is 50-80%, and the aperture is 1.5-3 mm.
Further considering the requirements of different crowds, the depth of the preferred cylindrical groove is 15-20mm, and the diameter is 10-20 mm; the distance between the solid column of the acetabular cup and the bottom surface of the cylindrical groove is 2-4 mm.
Meanwhile, in order to fix the acetabular cup and the cushion block, five screw holes are formed, wherein three screw holes are formed in the trabecula, and two screw holes are formed in the wing plate.
The prosthesis promotes the effect of bone ingrowth by implanting bone filling materials into the acetabulum cushion block, so that the acetabulum cushion block and the acetabulum are combined more tightly. The wing plate connected with the ilium is added to the prosthesis, and the prophase stability of the prosthesis is improved by connecting the screw and the ilium. The column structure on the acetabulum cup is combined with the column cavity on the acetabulum cushion block, so that the acetabulum cup is combined with the acetabulum cushion block more tightly, displacement is not easy to occur, and the stable combination of the acetabulum cup and the prosthesis is facilitated.
