The connecting shaft 16 and the rotating shaft 10 are correspondingly provided with pin holes 100, the connecting shaft 16 is fixed on the rotating shaft 10 through a cylindrical pin 19, and the connecting shaft 16 is connected with a mobile phone so as to provide power for the miniature skull milling. A coupling collar 17 is further fitted over the coupling shaft 16, and a second spring 18 is further disposed between the coupling collar 17 and the retainer ring 120.
The housing assembly 2 comprises a housing 20, a screwing switch 23 and a screwing sleeve 24 which are sleeved on the housing 20, a thread sleeve 21 which is in threaded connection with the housing 20, a tail sleeve 22 which is arranged at the tail end of the housing 20, a first telescopic sleeve 25 and a second telescopic sleeve 26 which are sleeved on the thread sleeve 21, and a protection frame 27 which is connected with the thread sleeve 21, wherein the screwing switch 23 is arranged at the rear end of the housing 20, and the screwing sleeve 24 is arranged at the rear end of the housing 20. The housing 20 is provided with a second through hole, a fifth spring 30 is arranged in the second through hole, the fifth spring 30 is connected with a button 31, and the fifth spring 30 and the button 31 are both arranged in the screwing switch 23. A seal frame 29 is disposed in the threaded sleeve 21, and a fourth spring 28 is further provided between the first telescopic sleeve 25 and the second telescopic sleeve 26.

The fixing ring 121, the first spring 125, the second bearing 112, the steel ball limiting ring 123, the third bearing 113, the gasket 116, the fourth bearing 114 and the blocking ring 124 are sequentially sleeved on the rotating shaft 10.
