For convenience of description, the screened sports items are hereinafter referred to as target sports items.
The exercise habit information reflects the historical exercise condition of the user wearing the wearable device, and the current body health level reflects the current body condition of the user, so the embodiment of the invention combines the two indexes to be used as the screening basis of the target exercise item, and finally can screen out various exercise items which are more suitable for the current body condition of the user and accord with the habits of the user, and the user can quickly select the exercise items which are highly accord with the self requirements from recommended options, thereby not only saving the selection time of the user, but also being in accordance with the healthy exercise concept, and greatly improving the use experience of the user.
In order to further improve the use experience of the user, the obtained motion habit information of the target object may further include: the historical movement times and/or the historical movement duration of each historical movement item. Based on this, the motion recommendation display method of the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
and 103, calculating a priority recommendation value of each target motion item according to the historical motion times and/or the historical motion duration, and displaying each target motion item in a descending order according to the priority recommendation value.
Under the condition that the number of the target motion items obtained by screening is large, the embodiment can further calculate the favor degree of each target motion item by the user according to the historical motion times and the historical motion duration, the higher the favor degree is, the higher the priority recommendation value is, and then the target motion items are displayed in a descending order according to the priority recommendation value, so that the user can preferentially see the motion item options which are preferred by the user, and the rapid selection is convenient.
It should be noted that the historical movement times and the historical movement duration may be counted according to a preset period, for example, the last week or the last month. The specific calculation formula of the priority recommendation value can be freely set, and can be set according to the preset weight of the historical movement times and the preset weight of the historical movement duration, and the invention is not limited in particular.
Specifically, the method for acquiring the historical exercise intensity level includes: counting and recording the movement intensity information of the target object in a preset historical period, wherein the movement intensity information comprises at least one of step frequency, heart rate and movement distance; and judging the historical exercise intensity grade according to the exercise intensity information, the preset intensity grade type and the division standard.
It is understood that the historical exercise intensity level may also be obtained from an external device of the wearable device, such as an external terminal of a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc. of the wearable device.
The preset intensity level type includes at least two levels, and in an alternative embodiment, the preset intensity level type includes three levels, which are respectively: low strength grade, medium strength grade and high strength grade.
