Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the flushing structure of the present embodiment includes a rotating member 10, a spraying structure 20, and a driving member (not shown). The spraying structure 20 is disposed on the rotating member 10, and when the rotating member 10 rotates, the spraying structure 20 can be driven to move circumferentially around the rotation center of the rotating member 10. The driving member is engaged with the rotation member 10 and drives the rotation member 10 to rotate.
Utilize the technical scheme of this embodiment, on the one hand, when using the washing structure to wash the tableware, the driving piece can drive and rotate piece 10, and then makes to rotate piece 10 and drive spraying structure 20 and rotate. By rotating the rotary member 10 to a specific position, the shower structure 20 can be located under a certain local area, thereby realizing local intensive cleaning. On the other hand, the rotating member 10 can drive the spraying structure 20 to move in the circumferential direction, so that the movement range of the spraying structure 20 is enlarged, the size of the spraying structure 20 does not need to be too large, and the arrangement of spraying holes is reduced. Therefore, when the spraying structure 20 works, the water pressure is high, and the cleaning effect is good. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment overcomes the defects that the dishwasher in the prior art cannot realize local cleaning and has poor cleaning effect.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned "driving the spraying structure 20 to move circumferentially around the rotation center of the rotating member 10" means that the rotating member 10 drives the spraying structure 20 to perform a revolution motion, rather than a rotation motion. Further, the spray structure 20 may itself be rotatable or may be stationary. That is, the spraying structure 20 can perform revolution movement and rotation movement. Alternatively, the shower structure 20 makes only the revolution motion.
As shown in fig. 2, in the technical solution of this embodiment, a water inlet 30 is provided on the rotating member 10, a first accommodating cavity is provided in the rotating member 10, the water inlet 30 communicates with the first accommodating cavity, a second accommodating cavity is provided in the spraying structure 20, and the first accommodating cavity communicates with the second accommodating cavity. Specifically, the first accommodating cavity forms a water path, that is, in the present embodiment, water enters the first accommodating cavity of the rotating member 10 through the water inlet 30, and then the water enters the second accommodating cavity from the first accommodating cavity and is sprayed out from the spraying structure 20. Of course, the manner of water inflow of the shower structure 20 is not limited to the above, and in some embodiments, not shown, water may be directly supplied to the shower structure 20 without passing through the rotation member 10. In this case, the first receiving chamber structure need not be provided.
As shown in fig. 2, in the solution of the present embodiment, the rotating member 10 includes a fixed part 11 and a rotating part 12 connected to each other. The water inlet 30 sets up on fixed part 11, encloses between fixed part 11 and the rotating part 12 to enclose into first chamber that holds, and the spraying structure 20 is connected on rotating part 12, driving piece and rotating part 12 cooperation. Specifically, since the rotation member 10 needs to be engaged with the water inlet line, it is divided into two parts, a fixed part 11 and a rotation part 12. The fixing portion 11 is fixedly provided, and the water inlet 30 is provided on the fixing portion 11. The rotating part 12 is rotatably connected to the fixing part 11, and the spraying structure 20 is disposed on the rotating part 12, so that the rotating part 12 can drive the spraying structure 20 to rotate. The driving member can drive the rotating portion 12 to rotate relative to the fixed portion 11. Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment in which water does not pass through the rotating member 10, the rotating member 10 may not be separately provided, but may be an integral rotatable structure.
As shown in fig. 4, in the solution of the present embodiment, the fixing portion 11 includes an annular top wall 111 and a first side wall 112 disposed at an outer edge of the annular top wall 111, and the rotating portion 12 includes an annular bottom wall 121 and a second side wall 122 disposed at an inner edge of the annular bottom wall 121. The annular top wall 111 and the annular bottom wall 121 are oppositely arranged, the first side wall 112 abuts against the outer edge of the annular bottom wall 121, and the second side wall 122 abuts against the inner edge of the annular top wall 111. Wherein the water inlet 30 is arranged on the first side wall 112, and the spray structure 20 is connected to the annular bottom wall 121. Specifically, the annular top wall 111 and the annular bottom wall 121 described above form the top wall structure and the bottom wall structure of the rotation member 10, the first side wall 112 forms the outer side wall of the rotation member 10, and the second side wall 122 forms the inner side wall of the rotation member 10. Further, the annular top wall 111, the annular bottom wall 121, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 122 together enclose a first receiving cavity, i.e. a water path. The first accommodating cavity is an annular channel.
Of course, other arrangements of the above-mentioned fixed portion 11 and the rotating portion 12 are also possible, for example, the first side wall 112 is fixedly disposed at the outer edge of the annular bottom wall 121, and the second side wall 122 is disposed at the inner edge of the annular top wall 111, that is, the positions of the two are exchanged; for another example, the first sidewall 112 and the second sidewall 122 are respectively fixedly disposed at the outer and inner edges of the annular top wall 111; for another example, the first sidewall 112 and the second sidewall 122 are respectively fixedly disposed at the outer and inner edges of the annular bottom wall 121. Therefore, the position change of the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 122 can be realized by those skilled in the art without any creative effort as long as the first accommodating cavity can be enclosed by four.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in the present embodiment, a connecting structure is provided between the outer edge of the annular bottom wall 121 and the lower edge of the first side wall 112. Specifically, the above-described connection structure is provided in order to ensure that the rotating portion 12 does not come off when rotated relative to the fixed portion 11. Of course, the above-mentioned connecting structure is disposed between the inner edge of the annular top wall 111 and the upper edge of the second side wall 122, which is also a possible embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, in the solution of the present embodiment, the connection structure includes an annular flange 40 and an annular positioning groove 50, one of the annular flange 40 and the annular positioning groove 50 is disposed at the outer edge of the annular bottom wall 121, the other one is disposed at the lower edge of the first side wall 112, and the annular flange 40 is embedded into the annular positioning groove 50. Specifically, the annular flange 40 is disposed at the outer edge of the annular bottom wall 121, and the annular positioning groove 50 is disposed at the lower edge of the first side wall 112 and located inside. Of course, it is also possible to exchange the positions of the two. By fitting the annular rim 40 into the annular positioning groove 50, the rotating portion 12 is prevented from coming out downward with respect to the fixed portion 11 on the one hand, and the rotating portion 12 can also be rotated with respect to the fixed portion 11. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that a sealing structure, such as a packing, may be provided between the fixed portion 11 and the rotating portion 12 in order to prevent water from being exposed through a gap therebetween. The sealing process for the gap between the two components is a conventional technique and therefore will not be described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, in the solution of the present embodiment, a transmission structure 60 is disposed between the driving member and the annular bottom wall 121. Specifically, the transmission structure 60 can convert the driving force of the driving member into the rotational movement of the rotating portion 12.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, in the solution of the present embodiment, the driving member includes a driving motor, the transmission structure 60 includes a gear 61 and a tooth portion 62, the gear 61 is connected to a motor shaft of the driving motor, the tooth portion 62 is disposed around an outer edge of the annular bottom wall 121, and the gear 61 is engaged with the tooth portion 62. Specifically, when the driving motor is started, the motor shaft drives the gear 61 to rotate, and the gear 61 meshes with the tooth-shaped portion 62 to drive the annular bottom wall 121 and the second side wall 122 to rotate, that is, drive the rotating portion 12 to rotate. Further, the driving motor can be selected as a servo motor, so that the effect of accurately controlling the rotation angle of the rotating part 12 can be realized, and the spraying structure 20 is accurately stopped in a certain area, so that the effect of cleaning the local area in a key manner is realized.
It should be noted that the driving motor is a commonly used power mechanism, and the structure of the driving member is not shown in the drawings in the specification, which does not affect the understanding of the technical solutions of the present embodiment by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, a first connection hole 1211 is disposed on the annular bottom wall 121, a second connection hole 21 is disposed on the spraying structure 20, and the flushing structure further includes a connection sleeve 70 connected between the first connection hole 1211 and the second connection hole 21. Specifically, the connection sleeve 70 is used to connect the shower structure 20 to the rotation part 12. Further, the spraying structure 20 in the present embodiment can perform a rotation motion, that is, the spraying structure 20 can perform a rotation motion while the rotating part 12 drives the spraying structure 20 to revolve. As can be seen in connection with fig. 7, the adapter sleeve 70 includes an upper externally threaded ring, a lower snap tab, and a plurality of connecting posts connected between the externally threaded ring and the snap tab. Specifically, the external thread ring is screwed upwards into the first connection hole 1211, the hole wall of the second connection hole 21 is sleeved outside the connection post, and the card is clamped inside the second connection hole 21. The connection sleeve 70 can therefore also rotate the shower structure 20 relative to the rotating part 12, while enabling the shower structure 20 to be connected to the rotating part 12. Of course, the connection between the rotating part 12 and the shower structure 20 is not limited to the above-mentioned connection sleeve 70 structure, and for example, a bearing connection therebetween is also a possible embodiment.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, which are not shown, if the spraying structure 20 is not rotatable relative to the rotating part 12, the spraying structure and the rotating part may be fixedly connected together. For example, by fasteners (screws), or by other means such as integral molding, welding, etc.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the solution of the present embodiment, the spray structure 20 includes a spray arm 22, and the spray arm 22 is rotatably connected to the rotating member 10. The rotor 10 thus moves the spray arm 22 in the circumferential direction, while the spray arm 22 is able to rotate. The above-described structure enables a large spray range to be obtained by simultaneously performing the rotation movement and the revolution movement of the spray arm 22 in the case where the spray arm is short (see fig. 9). Therefore, under the condition that the cleaning area is large, the spraying structure 20 of the embodiment can still have the spraying arm 22 with a small size, so that the working pressure of the spraying arm 22 is large, and the cleaning effect is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the solution of the present embodiment, the spray structure 20 further includes a plurality of spray holes 23 disposed on the spray arm 22. As described above, since the spray arm 22 in this embodiment has a small structural size, a small number of spray holes 23 can be provided, so that the pressure of water flow ejected from a single spray hole 23 is large, and the cleaning effect is ensured. Further, the shower hole 23 communicates with the above-described second accommodation chamber.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the solution of the present embodiment, the spray structure 20 further includes a driving nozzle 24 disposed on the spray arm 22, and an axial direction of the driving nozzle 24 and an extending direction of the spray arm 22 have a predetermined angle on a rotation plane along the spray arm 22. Specifically, after the spray arm 22 is supplied with water, the driving nozzle 24 can spray water in the horizontal direction, thereby realizing self-driven rotation. The preset angle is preferably 90 degrees, but the preset angle may be other angles. In addition, the rotation of the spray arm 22 may be driven by other means, such as by a motor.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the solution of the present embodiment, the flushing structure further comprises a water inlet pipe 80 connected with the water inlet 30.
As shown in fig. 8, in the technical solution of this embodiment, a cleaning apparatus includes a flushing structure, and the flushing structure is the flushing structure described above.
Further, the washing device is a dishwasher comprising a housing 100, a basket 200 arranged within the housing 100, and a washing structure 300 arranged below the basket 200. In combination with the above-mentioned washing structure, the dishwasher of the present application has the following features:
the area of the rotation of the spray arm 22 is much smaller than that of the bowl basket 200, although the length of the spray arm 22 is reduced, the area of the swept area after the revolution of the spray arm 22 is equivalent to that of the swept area achieved by the long spray arm, and on the premise of the same pump structure, the short spray arm can realize large-water-pressure cleaning, so that a better cleaning effect is achieved. The rotatable member 10 of the present invention can ensure that the spray arm 22 stays at a fixed position to intensively wash dishes in a certain area of the basket 200, thereby realizing the zone washing of the dishwasher.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
