Fig. 1(a) is a front view of a mop structure 10 according to one embodiment of the present application, and fig. 1(b) is a cross-sectional view of the structure shown in fig. 1(a) taken along the direction a-a. The mop structure 10 is used for being mounted on a sweeping robot 40 and is matched with the sweeping robot 40 to mop the floor. As shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a bottom view of the sweeping robot 40 in an embodiment of the present application. The mop structure 10 is installed at the bottom of the sweeping robot 40, and when the sweeping robot 40 cleans the ground, the function of mopping the ground is synchronously realized through the mop structure 10. The mop structure 10 is detachably connected with the sweeping robot 40, and after a period of mopping, the mop structure 10 can be detached from the sweeping robot 40 and replaced with a new one.
In one embodiment, the mop structure 10 is integrated into a mop case 30, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a perspective view of the mop case 30 in one embodiment of the present application, and the mop case 30 is detachably connected to the robot cleaner 40, and since the mop structure 10 is integrated into a mop case 30, when the mop structure 10 needs to be replaced, the mop case 30 is integrally detached from the robot cleaner 40, and the new mop case 30 is replaced.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of the structure of the mop cassette 30 in one embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6(a), the mop structure 10 is stored in a roll in the mop case 30, two sets of mop rolls may be provided in the mop case 30, as shown in fig. 6(c), wherein one mop roll stores a new mop structure 10 and the other mop roll stores a dirty mop structure 10, and the portion of the mop structure 10 between the two mop rolls is a mopping portion, and when the mopping portion of the mop structure 10 becomes dirty, the mop roll rotates to roll the dirty portion and pull out the new portion and continue mopping. Only after the entire mop structure 10 in the mop magazine 30 has become dirty, the mop magazine 30 is removed from the sweeping robot 40 and replaced with a new mop magazine 30.
As shown in fig. 1(a) and (b), the mop structure 10 includes a mop body 100 and a mop head 110. Wherein the mop body 100 is a part for mopping the floor, the mop head 110 is a fixed part, and the mop structure 10 is fixedly installed in the mop case 30 through the mop head 110. Since the mop structure 10 needs to be rolled in a roll shape, the mop structure 10 is sheet-shaped, and particularly, the mop structure 10 is sheet-shaped, and the mop structure 10 is soft in texture, so that the mop structure 10 can be rolled in the mop case 30. In one embodiment, the mop body 100 may include an outer coating made of a water-absorbent material that surrounds an inner filling, and an inner filling, the outer coating being distinguished from the inner filling by having better toughness and integrity, the outer coating being more tough than the inner filling, but the outer coating may be less water-absorbent than the inner filling; the inner filling layer has a greater water absorption than the outer casing, but the inner filling layer may have a lower toughness than the outer casing. That is, the outer wrapping layer has an effect of protecting the inner filling layer, the outer wrapping layer makes the mop structure 10 not easy to break when mopping, and the inner filling layer has a better water absorption capacity. For example, the outer casing layer may be a nonwoven fabric and the inner filling layer may be a sponge. The mop body 100 in this application is a sheet-like arrangement, and the mop body 100 is rolled up along the length direction, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of the mop structure 10 in one embodiment of this application, which is rolled up and stored in the mop case 30, and new mop body 100 can be gradually pulled out from the mop roll when in use. As shown in fig. 2, the mop cloth 100 is wound along the longitudinal direction of the mop body 100 during winding, and two mop heads 110 are provided along the longitudinal direction of the mop body 100, and after winding, one mop head 110 is located inside the roll structure, and the other mop head 110 is located outside the roll structure.
The mop head 110 is provided with a positioning hole 111, and the positioning hole 111 is used for connecting the mop structure 10 to the positioning post of the mop scroll 20. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of the structure of the mop scroll 20 according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 3(a) is a perspective view of the mop scroll 20, and fig. 3(b) is a left side view of the mop scroll 20. The mop scroll 20 is used to secure the mop structure 10, and the mop structure 10 can be wound around the mop scroll 20 in a roll. The mop scroll 20 includes a scroll body 200 and a pressing plate 210. The scroll body 200 and the pressing plate 210 are detachably coupled, and the pressing plate 210 and the scroll body 200 are coupled and can clamp the mop head 110 of the mop structure 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3(a) and 3(B), the spool body 200 has a long bar shape, and the outer periphery of the spool body 200 is provided with a first card slot 200A and a second card slot 200B along the circumferential direction; the pressing sheet 210 includes a pressing part 211, and a first positioning post 212 and a second positioning post 213 respectively disposed at two ends of the pressing part 211, the first positioning post 212 is detachably engaged with the first engaging groove 200A, and the second positioning post 213 is detachably engaged with the second engaging groove 200B, that is, the pressing sheet 210 is engaged with the scroll body 200 through the first positioning post 212 and the second positioning post 213, so as to form a fixing groove 214 for accommodating and pressing the mop structure 10 between the pressing sheet 210 and the scroll body 200, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the fixing groove 214 accommodates and presses the mop head 110 of the mop structure 10.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the reel body 200 is provided with several grooves 215 in the circumferential direction, and these grooves 215 can reduce the weight of the reel body 200 itself.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3(B), the ends of the first positioning column 212 and the second positioning column 213 form a protrusion t, the protrusions t of the first positioning column 212 and the second positioning column 213 are far away from each other, and the first card slot 200A and the second card slot 200B can be used for clamping the corresponding protrusions t, so that the pressing sheet 210 is fixedly connected with the reel body 200. The first positioning post 212 and the second positioning post 213 have certain elasticity, so that the protrusions t corresponding to the first positioning post 212 and the second positioning post 213 are moved close to each other during disassembly, and thus the first positioning post 212 and the second positioning post 213 can be separated from the corresponding slots.
The mop swab shaft connection is formed when the mop swab 20 and the mop swab 10 are mounted together, fig. 4 is a schematic view of the mop swab shaft connection in one embodiment of the present application, fig. 4(a) is a perspective view of the mop swab shaft connection, and fig. 4(b) is a left side view of the mop swab shaft connection. Referring to fig. 2, the mop structure 10 is provided with a positioning hole 111, the positioning hole 111 can be sleeved with the first positioning post 212, and the positioning hole 111 can also be sleeved with the second positioning post 213. That is, in the mop scroll coupling structure, the aligning hole 111 of the mop scroll 20 is coupled to any one of the first and second aligning posts 212 and 213, and then the mop head 110 is inserted between the mop scroll 20 and the pressing plate 210. The mop head 110 is pressed by the mop scroll 20 and the pressing plate 210, so that the mop head 110 is firmly connected with the mop scroll 20, and further, the fixing strength between the mop scroll 20 and the mop structure 10 is enhanced by the matching of the positioning hole 111 and one of the positioning posts (the first positioning post 212 or the second positioning post 213).
Because the positioning hole 111 of the mop head 110 is matched with the positioning post, when the mop head 110 is pulled and stressed, the periphery of the positioning hole 111 is easily torn. In one embodiment, in order to improve the strength of the mop roll connection structure and prevent the mop structure 10 from being torn at the positioning hole 111, the mop head 110 may be provided with a tearing-prevention structure, such as a metal ring disposed at the positioning hole 111, and when the positioning post is connected with the positioning hole 111, the positioning post is actually inserted into the metal ring, thereby protecting the edge of the positioning hole 111 from being torn. When the mop head 110 is made of non-woven fabric, a dense circle of threads can be sewn at the edge of the positioning hole 111 by sewing to form a tearing-proof structure. In some embodiments, the mop head 110 itself may be made of metal or rubber, and the mop head 110 and mop body 100 may be flexibly connected because the mop structure 10 needs to be wound around the mop scroll 20.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the mop body 100 includes an outer wrapping layer and an inner filling layer, the outer wrapping layer can be made of non-woven fabric, and the mop head 110 can also be made of non-woven fabric. That is, the outer wrap layer may extend directly outward and form the mop head 110. As shown in fig. 1(b), since the mop body 100 includes an outer wrapping layer and an inner filling layer, and the mop head 110 may be formed by the outer wrapping layer extending outwardly, the thickness of the mop head 110 may be smaller than that of the mop body 100. The mop head 110 can be formed by an outer wrapping layer extending outwardly so that the mop head 110 and the mop body 100 can be integrally formed. Of course, in some embodiments, the mop head 110 may be made of non-woven fabric, the outer wrapping layer may be made of non-woven fabric, and the inner filling layer may be made of sponge, but the specific material is not limited to the above embodiments, and may be selected appropriately according to specific situations.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, each mop head 110 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 111, and the plurality of positioning holes 111 may be arranged along the width direction of the mop body 100. As shown in fig. 3, the pressing portion 211 of the mop scroll 20 has a long shape, and a plurality of first positioning posts 212 are provided at intervals along the extending direction (i.e., the longitudinal direction) of the pressing portion 211. Thus, each first positioning column 212 can be connected with one positioning hole 111 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. For another example, a plurality of second positioning pillars 213 are disposed at intervals along the extending direction of the pressing portion 211, so that each first positioning pillar 212 can be connected to one positioning hole 111 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. It should be noted that in the mop reeling connection structure, if one of the positioning holes 111 of one mop head 110 is connected to the first positioning column 212, all the positioning holes 111 of the mop head 110 should be connected to the first positioning column 212; similarly, if one of the positioning holes 111 of one mop head 110 is connected to the second positioning post 213, all the positioning holes 111 of the one mop head 110 should be connected to the second positioning post 213.
Referring back to fig. 3, a fixing groove 214 for receiving and pressing the mop head 110 is formed between the pressing plate 210 and the scroll body 200, and accordingly, as shown in fig. 1, the positioning hole 111 is provided on the mop head 110, and the positioning hole 111 is provided adjacent to the mop body 100. When the positioning hole 111 is engaged with the first positioning post 212 or the second positioning post 213, the mop head 110 has a larger portion that can be placed in the fixing groove 214 to be clamped and fixed by the pressing sheet 210 and the scroll body 200, thereby improving the connection strength of the mop structure 10 and the mop scroll 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the aligning hole 111 has a long bar shape, and in particular, the long bar-shaped aligning hole 111 extends in the width direction of the mop body 100. The corresponding first positioning column 212 and the second positioning column 213 are also elongated, for example, the first positioning column 212 and the second positioning column 213 are both elongated sheet-like structures. The shapes of the first and second positioning posts 212 and 213 are matched with the shape of the positioning hole 111, so that after the first and second positioning posts 212 and 213 are matched with the positioning hole 111, the mop structure 10 and the mop scroll 20 will not shake with each other, thereby improving the stability of connection.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the first positioning pillar 212 and the second positioning pillar 213 are bent from the pressing portion 211, that is, a certain bending angle is formed between the first positioning pillar 212 and the pressing portion 211, and a certain bending angle is also formed between the second positioning pillar 213 and the pressing portion 211. For example, the first positioning column 212 and the second positioning column 213 may be substantially parallel to the bent portion of the pressing portion 211, so as to facilitate the insertion of the first positioning column 212 into the first slot 200A and the insertion of the second positioning column 213 into the second slot 200B.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a mop swab container 30 includes a container body 300, and the lateral cross-section of the container body 300 has a substantially trapezoidal outer contour, a short upper side and a long lower side. A first cloth outlet 300A and a second cloth outlet 300B are respectively provided at the left and right waists of the trapezoid. One end of the mop structure 10 can extend out of the case 300 from the first cloth outlet 300A, then pass down around the bottom of the case 300, and return to the case 300 from the second cloth outlet 300B. The mop cassette 30 further includes a first rotating frame 310A and a second rotating frame 310B rotatably coupled to the cassette body 300, for example, in fig. 6(a) and 6(B), the first rotating frame 310A is located at the left half of the cassette body 300 and the second rotating frame 310B is located at the right half of the cassette body 300. The mop cassette 30 also includes two mop rollers 20, one mop roller 20 being removably attached to the first rotating frame 310A and the other mop roller 20 being removably attached to the second rotating frame 310B. Wherein the detachable connection is for enabling the mop scroll 20 to be detached from the corresponding turret for easy replacement.
Further, the mop case 30 further includes a mop structure 10, one end of the mop structure 10 is fixedly connected to one of the mop rollers 20, and the mop structure 10 is fixedly connected to the other mop roller 20 after passing around the bottom of the case 300. For example, the mop structure 10 is connected at one end to the mop scroll 20 on the first turret 310A and at the other end of the mop structure 10 to the mop scroll 20 on the second turret 310B. The mop structure 10 can be wound onto one of the mop spools 20 after the mop structure 10 is gradually paid out from the other mop spool 20. For example, as shown in fig. 6(a), the mop structure 10 wound on the mop scroll 20 on the first rotating rack 310A is unused (i.e. not mopped over and therefore clean), and the mop structure 10 is wound on the mop scroll 20 of the second rotating rack 310B after passing down the bottom of the case 300. When the mop structure 10 at the bottom of the case 300 gets dirty, it is wound around the mop scroll 20 of the second rotating frame 310B, and the clean mop structure 10 on the first rotating frame 310A moves to the bottom of the case 300, so that mopping can be continued. As shown in fig. 6(B), the first and second rotating frames 310A and 310B rotate relative to the case 300 to rotate the respective corresponding mop reels 20 out of the case 300 from the first and second outlets 300A and 300B, respectively, and since the mop reels 20 are detachably coupled to the rotating frames, the new mop structure 10 can be replaced after the rotating frames are rotated out of the outlets.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a driving gear 311 for connecting an external driving member is rotatably provided in the mop case 30, a driven gear 312 is fixedly connected to the mop roller 20, and the first rotating frame 310A and the second rotating frame 310B rotate relative to the case 300 and can engage or disengage the driving gear 311 with or from the driven gear 312. In the process of fig. 6(a) to 6(B), the first and second rotary frames 310A and 310B are opened to both sides with respect to the case 300, and after the opening, the driven gear 312 fixed to the mop scroll 20 of the first rotary frame 310A is disengaged from the driving gear 311 of the case 300, and the driven gear 312 fixed to the mop scroll 20 of the second rotary frame 310B is also disengaged from the driving gear 311 of the case 300; returning to fig. 6(a) from fig. 6(B), the driven gear 312 secured to the mop scroll 20 on the first turret 310A is reengaged with the drive gear 311 in the case 300, and the driven gear 312 secured to the mop scroll 20 on the second turret 310B is also reengaged with the drive gear 311 in the case 300. The external driving member may be a motor, and the driving gear 311 is driven by the motor to rotate, so that the mop case 30 automatically winds up the dirty mop structure 10 and moves the clean mop structure 10 to the bottom of the mop case 30. Referring to fig. 6(B) and 6(c), after the first and second turrets 310A and 310B are rotated out of the magazine 300, the mop structure 10 and mop scroll 20 of fig. 6(c) can be removed and replaced with a new mop scroll 20 or mop structure 10.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 6(a) and 6(B), the first rotating frame 310A and the second rotating frame 310B are both provided with a first locking hook 320, and the box 300 is provided with a second locking hook 321, and the second locking hook 321 is connected with a locking key 322 for driving the second locking hook 321 to move so as to lock or unlock the first locking hook 320 and the second locking hook 321. For example, in the state shown in fig. 6(a), the first locking hook 320 and the second locking hook 321 are locked, and thus neither the first rotating frame 310A nor the second rotating frame 310B can rotate relative to the case 300. At this time, the locking key 322 is operated to drive the second locking hook 321 to move, so that the second locking hook 321 is separated from the first locking hook 320, and the first rotating frame 310A and the second rotating frame 310B can rotate relative to the box 300. Similarly, after returning to fig. 6(a) from fig. 6(b), the locking by the first locking hook 320 and the second locking hook 321 is continued.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 6(a) and 6(B), first elastic members 323 are disposed between the first rotating frame 310A and the box body 300, and between the second rotating frame 310B and the box body 300, and after the locking key 322 drives the second locking hook 321 and the first locking hook 320 to unlock, the two first elastic members 323 can respectively drive the first rotating frame 310A and the second rotating frame 310B to rotate outward of the box body 300. For example, the first elastic member 323 is a torsion spring, one end of the torsion spring is connected to the box body 300, and the other end of the torsion spring is connected to the first rotating frame 310A or the second rotating frame 310B, and the elastic force provided by the torsion spring can drive the first rotating frame 310A to rotate out of the box body 300 or drive the second rotating frame 310B to rotate out of the box body 300.
Further, with continued reference to fig. 6(a) and 6(b), a second elastic member 324 is disposed between the box 300 and the locking key 322. When unlocking, an external force is applied to the key 322 and the second elastic member 324 is elastically deformed, and after the external force applied to the key 322 is removed, the second elastic member 324 drives the key 322 to return to the original state. For example, the initial state of the key 322 is the state shown in fig. 6(a) and 6(b), the left and right sides of the key 322 are respectively provided with the second elastic members 324, and the key 322 can slide leftwards or rightwards relative to the case 300. For example, the latch 322 slides leftwards relative to the box 300, the left second elastic member 324 compresses, the first latch hook 320 on the first rotating frame 310A is unlocked from the left second latch hook 321, and the left first elastic member 323 can eject the first rotating frame 310A out of the box 300; the latch 322 slides to the right with respect to the box 300, the right second elastic member 324 is compressed, the first latch hook 320 on the second rotating frame 310B is unlocked from the right second latch hook 321, and the right first elastic member 323 can eject the second rotating frame 310B out of the box 300. When the external force applied to the key 322 is removed, the left and right second elastic members 324 can restore the key 322 to the initial state in the middle.
As shown in fig. 7, a sweeping robot 40 includes a robot body 400 and a mop caddy 30 detachably coupled to the robot body 400. For example, the mop case 30 is detachably coupled to the robot body 400 by means of a snap-fit. For example, referring to fig. 5 and 6, a support shaft 325 is provided at an upper portion of the case 300 of the mop case 30, an end of the support shaft 325 protrudes from the case 300, and a catching structure capable of catching the support shaft 325 on the case 300 is provided on the robot body 400. For example, the mop caddy 30 may be the mop caddy 30 of any of the embodiments described above. In one embodiment, the sweeping robot 40 includes a drive member and a control unit, the control unit may include a CPU and a circuit structure, and the drive member may be a motor. The driving piece is electrically connected with the control unit, and the control unit can control the driving piece to rotate. For example, the control unit controls the drive member to rotate the mop rollers 20 within the mop caddy 30, thereby causing the mop structure 10 to be gradually paid out from one of the mop rollers 20 and wound onto the other mop roller 20. For example, a time threshold value can be set, after which the sweeping robot 40 is operated for the time threshold value, the above-described process of changing the mop structure 10 is automatically initiated.
