Technical Field
The present application relates to a tea making device, and more particularly, to a tea making machine having a tea making barrel.
Background
The foam black tea is quite popular in Taiwan and can not be aged for a long time, and the popular trend of the pearl milk tea is driven. Therefore, the foam black tea shop has become a very popular business creation and alliance state in recent years. Most of foam black tea shop owners adopt the working mode of making tea in batches for business, tea making in early stage is carried out by filling tea in a big barrel and making tea with hot water, if necessary, the concentration of the tea and the making time are adjusted by manual stirring, however, the manual stirring and making depend on personal experience and skills, the condition that the concentrations of the tea made in different batches are obviously inconsistent often occurs, in addition, because the tea is made in batches, the tea in the barrel needs to be poured into a large-capacity tea barrel (the tea making barrel and the tea barrel are not the same container) by manpower after the tea is made in batches, but the tea made in each batch is often up to dozens of liters, the tea is very laborious to be carried by manpower, and occupational injury is often caused.
On the other hand, a foam black tea shop usually uses a hot beverage machine to supply hot water for making tea, but these hot beverage machines are usually used to directly heat normal temperature water to a predetermined water temperature through an instantaneous heater, and such design has the disadvantage that a high-power heater must be loaded in order to have a large water output during the instantaneous temperature rise, but the high-power heater has a high selling price, the overall power consumption of the second-come hot beverage machine also increases, and the original power supply capacity of the working place of the general foam black tea shop cannot necessarily meet the instantaneous power consumption of the hot beverage machine. If a heater with smaller power is used, the amount of hot water discharged from the heater is small due to limited heating capacity, so that the efficiency of tea making operation is reduced. In addition, the hot beverage maker has a disadvantage in that the temperature of the air affects the heating time, because the temperature of the water at normal temperature in summer is different from that in winter, so that more time must be spent in winter to heat the water to the target temperature, and even insufficient heater power may occur to heat the water to the target temperature.
