b: after receiving a rice discharging command, a lifting linkage device sends a rice guide pipe (4) to the lower part of a rice placing groove (2), a first steering engine (3) is started to drive the rice placing groove (2) in the rice discharging device to start rotating, when a gap of the rice placing groove (2) connected with the first steering engine (3) rotates to an outlet at the bottom of a rice box (1), the first steering engine (3) stops rotating for 2 seconds, rice falls into the rice placing groove (2) along with gravity, the first steering engine (3) is started to drive the rice placing groove (2) to slowly rotate for 2 seconds after 2 seconds until an opening of the rice placing groove (2) faces downwards, at the moment, the first steering engine (3) stops for 1.5 seconds, the rice falls into the rice guide pipe (4) from the rice placing groove (2) in the time, then falls into an inner container of a rice cooking machine through a rice adding opening, and then the first steering engine (3) reversely rotates to an initial position within 0.5 seconds to wait for the next rice discharging command;
and C, when the water inlet and air inlet device works, the electromagnetic valve (6) is opened, water enters the water channel through the water inlet (5) and enters the inner container through the water inlet and air inlet pipe (10), when the flow meter (7) detects that the water adding amount reaches a set value, the electromagnetic valve (6) is closed, and meanwhile, the air pump (9) starts to work to guide air into the water in the inner container, so that the water in the inner container of the electric cooker fluctuates, and the rice washing effect is achieved.
D: after rice washing is finished, the water pumping device starts to work, the water pump (12) is started, water flow passing through the one-way valve b (14) only flows out of the water pumping pipe but cannot flow into the inner container from the water pumping pipe, and rice washing water in the inner container is pumped out of the water pumping pipe (13) and is discharged out of the electric rice cooker through the water outlet (11);
e: repeating the steps E-F to realize the rice washing actions of pumping water and changing water for many times;
f: after rice washing is completed, the water inlet air inlet pipe (10) and the water pumping pipe (13) are started by the second steering engine (15) at the highest point of the lifting linkage device, the second steering engine (15) is utilized to drive the storage support (16) to rotate, so that the water inlet air inlet pipe (10) and the water pumping pipe (13) move to the side position of the rice cooker, the lifting linkage device moves downwards to the initial position, and the electric rice cooker executes a rice cooking program until one time of rice cooking is completed.
