In the illustrated embodiment, the first fastening member is an internally threaded sleeve 112, the second fastening member is a screw 113, the threaded portion of the screw 113 and the internally threaded sleeve 112 are screwed together through a thread pair, and after the screw is screwed to the position, the head of the screw 113 abuts against the bearing plate 111, so as to apply downward abutting force to the bearing plate 111. The configuration has high connection reliability and convenient and quick installation. However, in practical implementation, the first fastening member and the second fastening member are not limited to this, and may be any structure capable of fixing the carrier plate 111 to the ground.
The internally threaded sleeve 112 is preferably a sleeve having a certain expansion capability, which can be deformed to a certain extent radially outward by the support of the threaded portion of the screw 113, so as to be more tightly coupled to the pre-embedded mounting hole.
It is preferable to let the head of the screw 113 sink completely into the corresponding through hole 1111, that is, to let the head of the screw 113 not be higher than the top surface of the loading plate 111. Thus, the installation of the furniture body 200 is not interfered.
As shown in fig. 4, the through hole 1111 of the bearing plate 111 is preferably provided with a tapered inner wall surface b, and correspondingly, the head of the screw 113 is provided with a tapered outer circumferential surface a, and the diameter of the tapered inner wall surface b and the diameter of the tapered outer circumferential surface a are gradually increased in a direction away from the ground (i.e., from bottom to top). In the assembled state, the tapered outer peripheral surface a is in close contact with the tapered inner wall surface b, and the pressing force from the screw 113 acts on the tapered inner wall surface b. With such a configuration, the positioning performance is good, and moreover, the stability of the carrier plate 111 can be further improved.
Specifically, the number and distribution of the through holes 1111 in the carrier plate 111, and the size and shape of the carrier plate 111 can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs. For example, in fig. 2, the carrier plate 111 has a hexagonal shape, and 12 through holes 1111 are formed in the carrier plate 111, and the through holes 1111 are sequentially spaced along an outer edge of the carrier plate 111. For another example, in fig. 5, the carrier plate 111 is rectangular, 10 through holes 1111 are disposed on the carrier plate 111, and the through holes 1111 are grouped in pairs, and each group is sequentially arranged at intervals along the plate length direction.
Specifically, the bearing plate 111 may be completely located above the ground, may be partially embedded below the ground, or may be completely embedded below the ground.
As shown in fig. 2-5, the present invention provides a furniture mounting base 100 further comprising a mating part 12. The plug portion 12 extends in a vertical direction (i.e., a direction substantially perpendicular to the ground), and the cross-sectional area of the plug portion 12 is smaller than that of the loading plate 111.
As shown in fig. 1, the furniture body 200 includes a socket portion 21, and the socket portion 21 is provided with an insertion hole 211. The socket part 21 is fitted around the outer circumference of the socket part 12, or the socket part 12 is inserted into the insertion hole 211 of the socket part 21. The plug part 12 is fitted with the insertion hole 211, that is, the outer circumference of the plug part 12 is substantially the same as the insertion hole 211, and when the plug part 12 is inserted into the insertion hole 211, the outer circumference of the plug part 12 can be just attached to and contacted with the hole wall of the insertion hole 211.
The furniture mounting base 100 is fixed on the ground, the furniture body 200 is connected with the furniture mounting base 100 in an inserting mode, the furniture is fixedly mounted through the configuration, the furniture can be effectively prevented from toppling over and avoiding the risk of safety accidents caused by toppling over of the furniture, and the problem that the furniture is damaged to cause high maintenance cost due to random movement of irrelevant personnel can be avoided.
In addition, with the configuration, the pressing force of the fastener can be prevented from directly acting on the furniture body 200 to cause pressing damage to the furniture body 200. Therefore, in the material selection process of the furniture body 200, whether the capability of bearing the pressing force of the fastening piece meets the requirement or not does not need to be considered, so that the material selection is limited to be small, and the personalized material selection requirement of a user can be met more easily.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the furniture body 200 may further include a shielding portion 22, the shielding portion 22 is disposed at a ground end (i.e., a lower end) of the sheathing portion 21, and an area of the shielding portion 22 is larger than an area of the bearing plate 111.
In the assembled state, the part of the inserting part 12 above the ground completely extends into the insertion hole 211 of the sleeve part 21, the shielding part 22 is supported on the bearing plate 111 and completely covers the bearing plate 111, and the shielding part 22 has both shielding and supporting functions. With such a configuration, in the assembled state, the furniture mounting base 100 is completely shielded by the furniture body 200, and the furniture mounting base 100 is completely invisible from the outside, so that an irrelevant person can be prevented from randomly disassembling the furniture mounting base 100, and the risk that the furniture is randomly moved can be further avoided; moreover, since the shielding portion 22 simultaneously plays a supporting role, the mounting stability of the furniture can be further improved.
In particular, the insertion part 12 and the carrier plate 111 are preferably fixed by welding, which is reliable and does not affect the contact between the shielding part 22 and the carrier plate 111. In order to facilitate welding and improve welding reliability, the connection holes 1112 may be formed on the carrier plate 111, and the lower end of the insertion part 12 may be inserted into the corresponding connection hole 1112, and then welded along the hole edge of the connection hole 1112.
Specifically, the inserting portion 12 may have a cylindrical structure, and correspondingly, the connecting hole 1112 and the inserting hole 211 are circular holes, so as to facilitate welding and assembling with the furniture body 200.
Specifically, the number and the arrangement position of the insertion parts 12 can be flexibly set according to actual needs. For example, fig. 2, only one plug-in part 12 is provided, the plug-in part 12 being arranged in the center of the carrier plate 111. A piece of furniture, comprising a furniture mounting base (100) and a furniture body (200); the furniture mounting base (100) comprises a fixing part (11) and an inserting part (12), the fixing part (11) is fixed on the ground, the inserting part (12) extends vertically, the transverse sectional area of the inserting part (12) is smaller than the contact area of the fixing part (11) and the ground, and the inserting part (12) is fixedly connected to the fixing part (11); the furniture body (200) comprises a sleeving part (21), wherein a jack (211) is arranged on the sleeving part (21), and the sleeving part (21) is sleeved on the inserting part (12) through the jack (211).
