In one embodiment of the rod making and shaping device of the present disclosure, the length of the tongue body 41 is less than the length of the channel member 42 in order to better adjust the overall center of gravity of the tongue 4 and avoid the tongue 4 from shifting.
Further, a part of the outer wall of the outlet side of the working groove 421 extends to the outside of the cigarette tongue main body 41. That is, there is no connection between part of the outer wall of the working tank 421 and the cigarette tongue main body 41 to control the force applied to the outlet side of the working tank 421.
In one embodiment of the rod making and forming device of the present disclosure, in order to more effectively balance the force applied to the tongue 4 by the tobacco in the tobacco compression channel, the ratio of the length of the first working segment 4211 to the length of the second working segment 4212 is (2-3): (1-2), and the ratio of the curvature of the inner wall of the first working segment 4211 to the curvature of the inner wall of the second working segment 4212 is (1-2): (3-4).
The matching surface 422 is a curved surface, and the curvature of the matching surface 422 is greater than that of the inner wall of the first working segment 4211. The curved matching surface 422 can better balance the acting force of the matching surface 422 from the inlet cone 1 of the tobacco pipe, thereby avoiding the deviation of the tobacco tongue 4 and achieving the purpose of improving the stress uniformity of the tobacco shreds.
Further, the curvature of the mating surfaces 422 on the end faces of the different sides of the channel member 42 are not the same.
In specific implementation, the ratio of the width of the mating surface 422 on the inlet side of the working groove 421 to the width of the mating surface 422 on the outlet side of the working groove 421 is 4: 1.
In one embodiment of the rod wrap forming device of the present disclosure, a line connecting the center of gravity of the body 41 of the cigarette tongue, the geometric center of the first working segment 4211 and the geometric center of the second working segment 4212 forms a triangle. This arrangement is advantageous in order to better distribute the forces to which the tongue 4 is subjected, and thus to avoid the tongue 4 from shifting.
Further, the triangle may be an isosceles triangle.

It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Claims (10)

1. A cigarette rod rolling and forming device is characterized by comprising a cigarette gun inlet cone, a wing plate mechanism, a tobacco pressing wheel, a cigarette tongue and a small pressing plate; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the smoke gun channel of the smoke gun inlet cone comprises an inlet section, a transition section and an outlet section, wherein the inlet section, the transition section and the outlet section are sequentially connected, the curvature of an inlet of the inlet section is greater than that of the rest part of the inlet section, the curvature of an outlet of the inlet section is smaller than that of the transition section, the curvature of the transition section is gradually increased along the direction from the inlet section to the outlet section, the outlet section comprises a first outlet section and a second outlet section, the first outlet section is positioned between the second outlet section and the transition section, the curvature of the first outlet section is gradually increased along the direction far away from the transition section, and the curvature of the second outlet section is kept unchanged;
the wing plate mechanism is provided with a passing area and a wire pressing area, and the wire pressing wheel is positioned in the wire pressing area;
the cigarette tongue comprises a cigarette tongue main body and a channel piece, wherein a working groove is arranged on the channel piece, and the working groove, part of the transition section and part of the separation section form a tobacco shred compression channel;
the working groove comprises a first working section and a second working section, the first working section is positioned at the inlet side of the working groove, the second working section is positioned at the outlet side of the working groove, and the curvature of the inner wall of the first working section is smaller than that of the inner wall of the second working section;
the end face of the channel piece is provided with a matching surface, the matching surface is arranged opposite to the surface of the cigarette gun inlet cone, and the width of the matching surface is gradually reduced along the direction from the inlet side to the outlet side of the working groove;
the small pressure plate comprises an inlet section and a contraction section, the inlet section is connected with the outlet section, and the curvature of the inner wall of the contraction section is gradually increased along the direction far away from the cigarette gun inlet cone.

A rod-making device according to claim 1, wherein the entry segment includes a first entry segment and a second entry segment, the second entry segment being located between the first entry segment and the transition segment, and the curvature of the first entry segment gradually decreases in a direction toward the second entry segment, and the curvature of the second entry segment gradually increases in a direction toward the transition segment.
3. A rod making and forming device as in claim 1, wherein the depth of said entry segment decreases and increases in a direction toward said transition segment, said transition segment decreasing in depth in a direction away from said entry segment.
4. A rod making device as in claim 1 wherein the ratio of the lengths of said entry section, said transition section and said exit section is (5-8): (2-4): (3-4).
5. A rod making device as recited in claim 1, wherein the wing mechanism includes a front wing, a rear wing, and a connection assembly; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the front wing plate comprises a front passing section and a front wire pressing section, the front wire pressing section is positioned at one end of the front wing plate, which is far away from the wire suction forming groove, the front wire pressing section corresponds to the wire pressing wheel, and the thickness of one side, which is close to the cigarette gun inlet cone, of the front wire pressing section is gradually reduced along the direction towards the cigarette gun inlet cone;
the rear wing plate comprises a rear passing section and a rear wire pressing section, the rear wire pressing section is positioned at one end of the rear wing plate, which is far away from the wire suction forming groove, the rear wire pressing section corresponds to the wire pressing wheel, and the thickness of one side, which is close to the tobacco gun inlet cone, of the rear wire pressing section is gradually reduced along the direction towards the tobacco gun inlet cone;
the front passing section and the rear passing section form the passing area, and the front wire pressing section and the rear wire pressing section form the wire pressing area;
the distance between the front wire pressing section and the rear wire pressing section is gradually reduced along the direction far away from the wire suction forming groove;
the connection assembly is located between the front wing plate and the rear wing plate, and the connection assembly is configured to connect the front pass-through section and the rear pass-through section.
6. A rod making and forming device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the ratio of the length of said front pass segment to the length of said front plug segment is 2 (1-1.5);
the ratio of the length of the rear passing section to the length of the rear wire pressing section is 2 (1.2-1.8).
7. A rod making and shaping device as recited in claim 5, wherein said connection assembly includes a stop, a first spacer, a pulley shaft, and a pulley; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
two ends of the first spacer bush are respectively connected with the front wing plate and the rear wing plate, and the stop block is arranged on the first spacer bush;
the two ends of the pulley shaft are respectively connected with the front wing plate and the rear wing plate, and the pulley is installed on the pulley shaft.
8. A rod making device according to claim 7, wherein said connecting assembly further comprises a front edge plate, a rear edge plate and a second spacer;
the front board is positioned between the stop block and the front wing board, and the rear board is positioned between the stop block and the rear wing board;
and two ends of the second spacer bush respectively penetrate through the front side plate and the rear side plate and are connected with the front wing plate and the rear wing plate.
9. A rod-making device as in claim 1 wherein the ratio of the length of the first working segment to the second working segment is (2-3): 1-2;
the ratio of the curvature of the inner wall of the first working section to the curvature of the inner wall of the second working section is (1-2) to (3-4);
the matching surface is a curved surface, and the curvature of the matching surface is greater than that of the inner wall of the first working section.
10. A rod making device according to claim 1, wherein a line drawn between the center of gravity of the body of the tongue, the geometric center of the first working segment and the geometric center of the second working segment forms a triangle.
