Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a bathroom dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment.
Embodiment mode 1
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an installation state of a bathroom dryer according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. The bathroom dryer 1 includes a panel 2 forming an outer appearance surface on an inner surface of a bathroom, and a main body 20 covered with a box-shaped metal case. The panel 2 includes a panel base 3 and a front panel 4. The panel 2 sucks air from three directions, i.e., upward, leftward, and rightward between the panel base 3 and the front panel 4. The front panel 4 can be opened by detaching the engaging portion between the front panel 4 and the panel base 3 by rotating the panel grip 5. Note that illustration of the engaging portion between the front panel 4 and the panel base 3 is omitted.
The air outlet 10 is formed in the front panel 4 as an air outlet for blowing warm air.
Fig. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing an internal structure of a main body of a bathroom dryer according to embodiment 1. The main body 20 includes an outer shell 21 forming an outer shell, a fan 22 for blowing air, a fan motor 11 for driving the fan 22, a resin main body 7 forming an air passage for an air flow generated by the fan 22, and a fan case 23 for blowing air. The fan motor 11 and the fan 22 constitute a blower 30. In fig. 2, the fan motor 11 is hidden behind the fan 22, and only the motor shaft 11c is shown in the figure. One side of the body 7 is open. The open face of the body 7 is covered with the panel 2. Further, the main body 20 accommodates: a heater 24 that heats the blown air; an outlet 10 that blows out the heated air; a damper 25 for switching operation modes of ventilation, heating and drying; a motor that drives the shutter 25; and an exhaust opening 21a for exhausting air to the outside.
The bathroom dryer 1 performs an exhaust operation of discharging air from the exhaust opening 21a to the outside, a heating operation of flowing heated air from the blow-out port 10 into the bathroom, or a drying operation of discharging a part of the air in the bathroom from the exhaust opening 21a to the outside, heating a part of the air, and returning the heated air to the bathroom by switching the air passage by driving the damper 25. During the ventilation operation, the baffle 25 is disposed at the ventilation position 25a. During the heating operation, the damper 25 is disposed at the heating position 25b. During the drying operation, the damper 25 is disposed at the drying position 25c.
The air sucked from between the panel base 3 and the front panel 4 passes through the filter 6 and then flows in the air passage.
Fig. 3 is a front view of the bathroom dryer of embodiment 1 in a state where the front panel is opened. By detaching the hook portion 4a provided in the lower portion of the front panel 4 with the panel grip 5 attached to the panel base 3 facing in the lateral direction, the front panel 4 can be rotated upward around the engaging portion between the upper portion of the front panel 4 and the panel base 3, and the front panel 4 can be opened. The filter 6 is mounted to the panel base 3. Even in the state where the front panel 4 is closed, the filter 6 can be detached from the panel base right side 3a by lifting the filter right handle 6a or detached from the panel base left side 3b by lifting the filter left handle 6 b. In addition, if the front panel 4 is opened, the filter 6 can be detached forward by lifting the filter front handle 6 c. In this way, the filter 6 can be removed from multiple directions. Therefore, even if there is a wall on either the left or right side of the main body 20 of the bathroom dryer 1, the filter 6 can be removed, thereby eliminating the installation restriction of the bathroom dryer 1 and improving the maintainability.
Fig. 4 is a front view of the bathroom dryer of embodiment 1 with the front panel opened and the filter removed. The front panel 4 and the filter 6 can be removed without using tools. A fan 22, not shown, for blowing air, a fan motor 11 for driving the fan 22, a motor fixing plate 12 for holding the fan motor 11, and a fan case 23 for forming an air passage of the fan 22 are provided in an opening portion where the filter 6 is removed. When the fan motor 11 rotates the fan 22, the blower 30 sucks air into the suction port 23d from the air suction portion 8a between the fan case 23 and the protruding portion 7a of the main body 7 accommodating the product drive circuit, not shown, and the air suction portion 8b between the fan case 23 and the fan motor 11. Further, the protruding portion 7a is provided on the left of the air intake portion 8 a.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the bathroom dryer of embodiment 1 with the panel, filter, and fan case removed. Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the bathroom dryer of embodiment 1 with the panel, filter, fan case, and fan removed. A motor fixing plate 12 is attached to the main body 7. The fan motor 11 is attached to the motor fixing plate 12. A fan 22 is attached to a motor shaft 11c of the fan motor 11. The fan 22 is attached to the motor shaft 11c of the fan motor 11 with its rotation shaft oriented in the lateral direction. The fan 22 is a double suction blade that sucks air from both the air suction portions 8a and 8 b.
A motor flange portion 11b is provided at the center of the metal motor housing 11 a. The motor flange portion 11b is fixed to the motor fixing plate 12. The fan 22 is fixed to the metal motor shaft 11c by a metal nut 13.
Fig. 7 is a perspective view of a fan housing of the bathroom dryer of embodiment 1. Fan case 23 is provided in main body 7, and forms an air passage connecting suction port 23d and discharge port 10 together with main body 7. The air flow generated by blower 30 flows from suction port 23d to discharge port 10 through an air passage formed by main body 7 and fan case 23. The fan case 23 is provided with a scroll portion 23a forming an air passage together with the main body 7, a screw hole portion 23b fixed to the main body 7, and a rib 23c protruding toward the air intake portion 8 a. The rib 23c protrudes from the fan case 23 toward the air intake portion 8a side. The plurality of ribs 23c are arranged in parallel with the flow of the wind, and thus the influence of a decrease in the wind volume and the like can be suppressed. If the rib 23c is provided in one piece, the rib 23c may enter the gap 8c between the rib 23c and the protruding portion 7a in the air intake portion 8a if the rib is arranged along the flow of the wind, and therefore the rib 23c needs to be raised in the direction perpendicular to the flow of the wind. Therefore, when there is one rib 23c, the influence of the reduction in the air volume or the like occurs, and therefore, a plurality of ribs 23c are preferable.
Since the front panel 4 and the filter 6 can be detached without using a tool, in the state shown in fig. 4, the fan motor 11 is a target that needs to be brought into proper contact with the charging unit in IEC60335-8.1 that is appropriately protected against carelessness in a state where the component that can be detached without using a tool is detached.
As shown in fig. 6, the fan motor 11 includes a motor housing 11a, a motor flange 11b, and a motor shaft 11c. Further, the metal nut 13 attached to the motor shaft 11c is also an object of the charging unit. The motor case 11a and the motor flange 11b can be appropriately protected by connecting a ground wire. However, since the motor shaft 11c and the nut 13 are rotating parts, it is difficult to connect the ground wire. Therefore, in the bathroom dryer 1, the ribs 23c are provided in the fan case 23 so as not to contact the motor shaft 11c, and thus the motor shaft 11c and the nut 13 cannot contact from the air intake portion 8 a. By making the gap 8c between the rib 23c and the protruding portion 7a in the air intake portion 8a smaller than 12mm, which is smaller than the diameter of the test finger used for the test for protecting from contact with the charging portion, it is possible to reliably prevent the hand from entering. When the clearance 8c is set to be smaller than 12mm, it corresponds to IEC standard, i.e., IEC60529 protection class 2. However, the gap 8c is not limited to less than 12mm. If the number of the ribs 23c is increased, the effect of protecting the motor shaft 11c and the nut 13 from coming into contact with each other from the air intake portion 8a can be improved.
When the gap 8c is set to be, for example, 4mm or less, the height of the rib 23c provided in the duct becomes high, and the duct resistance at the air inlet 8a becomes large, which leads to a reduction in the air volume and an increase in noise. Therefore, the gap 8c is preferably larger than 4mm.
As a method for preventing contact with the motor shaft 11c and the nut 13, a lattice-shaped member may be provided in the air intake portion 8a, or a resin cap may be provided in the nut 13. However, in these methods, the number of parts increases, which increases the manufacturing cost or increases the operating sound, and it is difficult to perform cleaning. The bathroom dryer 1 of embodiment 1 can form the fan case 23 and the ribs 23c from an integral member, and can suppress an increase in manufacturing cost and an increase in operating noise.
The fan housing 23 of the bathroom dryer 1 of embodiment 1 is provided with a rib 23c between the body 7 and one end side of the opening of the body 7. Therefore, it is possible to protect against inadvertent contact with the motor shaft 11c. Further, since the rib 23c does not cover the air intake portion 8a, the operating sound is not increased.
In particular, when the bathroom dryer is a wall-mounted type or a window-mounted type, the bathroom dryer is installed at a lower position than when it is installed on a ceiling, and therefore, the bathroom dryer is likely to come into contact with the motor shaft. Therefore, bathroom dryers mounted on walls or windows need to be reliably protected from inadvertent contact with the motor shaft. The bathroom dryer 1 of embodiment 1 can be reliably protected from inadvertent contact with the motor shaft 11c, and therefore can be provided at a position lower than the ceiling.
The configuration described in the above embodiment is an example of the contents of the present invention, and may be combined with other known techniques, or a part of the configuration may be omitted or modified within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention.
