Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of binding of a smart card and terminal equipment, in particular to a method for realizing machine-card binding by card end application.
Background
The requirements of large operators on machine-card binding always exist, and most of the existing machine-card binding schemes have the problems of complex flow, insufficient timeliness and poor compatibility. The current machine-card binding method mainly comprises a server-side machine-card binding control method and a card-side authentication instruction machine-card binding control method.
Taking a server-side control machine-card binding method as an example, the existing server-side control machine-card binding method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) (U) starting the SIM card to acquire the IMEI value of the mobile phone; (2) the IMEI value and other data agreed by the server are sent to the server together; (3) and the server detects whether the IMEI value is bound terminal equipment, the bound terminal equipment can access the network, and the unbound terminal equipment cannot access the network. The defects are mainly shown in that: 1. the card end and the server end are required to jointly process to complete machine-card binding, the process is complex, and the flexibility is poor; 2. network interaction exists, and timeliness is poor.
Taking a method for controlling machine-card binding by a card terminal authentication instruction as an example, the existing method for controlling machine-card binding by a card terminal authentication instruction mainly comprises the following steps: (1) (U) starting the SIM card to acquire the IMEI value of the mobile phone; (2) (U) the SIM card detects the IMEI value and judges whether the IMEI value is bound terminal equipment or not, and a network access identifier is set; (3) and (U) when the SIM card receives the authentication instruction, detecting the network access identification, completing the network access authentication if the network access is available, and reporting an error in the authentication instruction if the network access is unavailable. The defects are mainly shown in that: 1. the method is realized in the COS in the card, and has poor flexibility; 2. the sending time and the sending times of the authentication instruction depend on the settings of the terminal and the base station, and the compatibility problem exists.
The patent designs a method for realizing machine-card binding by adopting card-end application based on the technical defects of the existing server-end machine-card binding control method and the existing card-end authentication instruction machine-card binding control method.

a method for realizing machine-card binding by a card end application comprises the following steps:
s1, configuring a terminal equipment binding scheme before issuing cards, and binding the terminal equipment after the first smart card insertion;
s2, after personalization, the effective value of the IMSI file in the smart card is backed up when the smart card is started for the first time;
s3, when the terminal equipment is started up each time, the intelligent card obtains an IMEI value from the terminal equipment by using an active command provider local information;
s4, if the current configuration is to bind the terminal equipment which the smart card is inserted for the first time, the smart card detects whether the smart card is bound with the terminal equipment, if not, the smart card stores the IMEI value returned by the current terminal equipment for binding, and exits the subsequent machine-card binding application process, and the current terminal equipment is directly allowed to access the network;
if the IMEI value is bound, the intelligent card judges whether the IMEI value returned by the current terminal equipment is the same as the IMEI value bound with the terminal equipment in the intelligent card;
s5, if the current configuration is binding the appointed IMEI value or partial IMEI value, the intelligent card directly judges whether the obtained IMEI value is the same as the IMEI value of the terminal equipment to be bound prefabricated in the card;
s6, when the intelligent card detects that the IMEI value returned by the terminal equipment is consistent with the IMEI value of the bound terminal equipment, the current terminal equipment is allowed to access the network, and if the IMEI value returned by the terminal equipment is not consistent with the IMEI value of the bound terminal equipment, the current equipment is not allowed to access the network.
Further, after the terminal equipment is allowed to access the network according to the steps, the intelligent card checks whether the value of the IMSI file in the card is an effective value, and if the value is the effective value, the intelligent card exits the subsequent machine-card binding application process and directly accesses the network;
if the IMSI is not the valid value, the intelligent card writes the backup IMSI valid value into the IMSI file, and sends a refresh active command to enable the terminal equipment to restart the intelligent card.
Further, after the terminal equipment is determined not to be allowed to access the network according to the steps, the intelligent card detects whether the value of the IMSI file in the card is an invalid value, if so, the intelligent card exits the subsequent machine-card binding application process and cannot access the network;
if the IMSI file is not an invalid value, the intelligent card clears the IMSI file to be the invalid value, the first byte is 0, the subsequent bytes are full FF, and a refresh active command is sent to enable the terminal equipment to restart the intelligent card.
Further, if the refresh active command fails to be executed, the smart card retransmits the refresh active command until the refresh active command is successfully transmitted.
Further, at the time of resending the refresh active command, a timer management or status command is adopted for triggering.
Further, when the status command is adopted for triggering, the refresh active command fails to be executed, and the refresh is triggered to be executed when the number of the appointed status commands reaches the triggering number until the set retransmission times is clear 0.
Further, the smart card is an SIM card, a UIM card or a USIM card.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the SIM card end controls whether the terminal equipment inserted with the U SIM card can access the network or not by controlling the validity or invalidity of the network file value in the card, such as an IMSI file. The method can be used for binding (U) terminal equipment with the SIM card inserted for the first time, binding terminal equipment with the appointed IMEI value, and simultaneously is also suitable for binding terminal equipment with the appointed IMEI value part, and meanwhile, the scheme belongs to the development of card end application functions, is separated from COS functions, does not need the cooperation of a server end, and has higher flexibility.
