Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a cover plate structure suitable for a cable foundation pit with a drag chain system and the cable foundation pit, which not only do not influence the traveling of intelligent equipment and the daily maintenance requirement of a drag chain, but also can fill up the foundation pit, thereby ensuring the safe crossing of the foundation pit and the full utilization of space.

The cover plate structure for the cable pit with the drag chain system and the cable pit thereof provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects:
1) The large cover plate in the cover plate structure is connected by adopting the hinge, and the opening and closing state of the cable foundation pit is controlled by overturning, so that equipment maintenance is facilitated;
2) The small cover plates in the cover plate structure are connected with the large cover plates by adopting the hinge, and one large cover plate is connected with two small cover plates, so that the dead weight of a single small cover plate is reduced by adopting a sectional design, the opening and closing functions are convenient, and the potential safety hazard is eliminated;
3) The cantilever beam in the cover plate structure supports the whole large cover plate, the whole small cover plate and the load thereof, assists in overturning the support installation and fixation of large cover plate equipment and small cover plate equipment, and ensures that the space of a cable foundation pit at the lower part of the cantilever beam is smooth for equipment mechanisms;

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the cover plate structure for a cable pit with a drag chain system provided by the invention comprises a mounting bar 1, a cantilever beam 2, a large cover plate 3, a small cover plate 4 and a guide plate bracket 5.
The installation strip 1 is arranged on any longitudinal side edge of the top of the cable pit 100, the installation strip 1 adopts a square tube, and reinforcing ribs are arranged on the square tube.
The cantilever beam 2 is arranged on the top side surface of the cable pit 100 and is positioned on the same side of the mounting strip 1, and the height position of the cantilever beam is slightly lower than that of the mounting strip 1.
The large cover plate 3 is arranged on the cantilever beam 2, one side edge of the large cover plate 3 is movably connected with the mounting strip 1 through a hinge, and the other side edge of the large cover plate 3 is movably connected with the small cover plate 4 through a hinge 6.
The guide plate support 5 is disposed on the top side of the cable pit 100 and on the opposite side of the cantilever beam 2, and is movable along the side of the top length direction of the cable pit 100, and the guide plate support 5 is in contact with the small cover plate 4.
Referring to fig. 2, the large cover 3 includes a large cover body 301, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 302 disposed on the back of the large cover body 301.
The reinforcing ribs 302 are angle steel reinforcing ribs.
Two small cover plates 4 are arranged on one large cover plate 3.
The effect of the large cover plate 3 is to realize the overturning of the small cover plate 4 during cable running and the overturning function of the large cover plate body 301 during cable drag chain maintenance, and the overturning of the small cover plate 4 does not affect the operation platform above the cable pit 100.
As shown in connection with fig. 3, the cantilever beam 2 comprises a cantilever beam body 201 and a connection plate 202.
The cantilever body 201 adopts an L-shaped square tube, and the long arm end of the cantilever body is horizontally arranged.
The connection plate 202 has 2 pieces, and is separately disposed on two sides of the short arm end of the cantilever body 201.
Triangular reinforcing plates 203 are arranged between the long arm end of the cantilever beam body 201 and the short arm end of the cantilever beam body 201, and between the short arm end of the cantilever beam body 201 and the connecting plate 202.
Each of the connection plates 202 is provided with 2 expansion bolts 204.
The cantilever beam 2 is used for assisting the support installation and fixation of the large cover plate 3 and the small cover plate 4.
As shown in fig. 4, the guide plate bracket 5 includes a cable bracket 501, a guide plate body 502, and a guide reinforcing plate 503.
The cable support 501 is configured as a multi-bent channel so that it can hang against and move along the top lengthwise side of the cable pit 100.
The guide plate body 502 is obliquely (upwardly inclined) arranged on the cable support 501, so that a certain included angle is formed between the guide plate body 502 and the cable support 501.
The guide reinforcing plate 503 has 2 blocks, is provided in a triangle shape, is provided separately on both sides of the guide plate body 502, and is provided with the same inclination angle as the guide plate body 502.
The guide plate bracket 5 has the function of assisting in realizing the automatic opening and closing function of the overturning small cover plate 4.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, the present invention further provides a cable pit, which includes a plurality of cover plate structures laid on the top surface of the cable pit and arranged in sequence, and the specific installation is as follows:
1. the cover plate structure of the invention is selected:
the cover plate structure is selected according to the physical size of a cable foundation pit where the intelligent welding and assembling equipment travelling mechanism is located, the equipment operation working condition, the current operation condition and the operation requirement.
2. The specific installation steps of the cover plate structure of the invention are as follows:
1) The cantilever beam 2 is installed on one side wall of the cable pit 100, which is not a cable support, and is fixedly connected with the wall through an expansion bolt 204, and the top of the wall is fixedly reinforced by using a mounting strip 1, as shown in fig. 5;
2) Installing a guide plate bracket 5, determining the required turnover angle of the small cover plate 4 according to the height of the running mechanism operation platform, thereby determining the inclination angles of the guide plate body 502 and the guide reinforcing plate 503, and performing welding installation, as shown in fig. 6;
3) The large cover plate 3 is mounted on the cantilever beam 2 and is connected with the mounting strip 1 through a hinge, the small cover plate 4 is mounted on the large cover plate 3 and is also connected through a hinge 6, and the coaxiality of the hinge 6 is paid attention to during mounting, so that the large cover plate is flexibly turned over, as shown in fig. 7;
4) When the cable support 501 walks, the small cover plate 4 realizes automatic overturning and closing through the triangular lifting and slow descending functions of the guide reinforcing plate 503, so that the cable foundation pit 100 is always in a normally closed state, as shown in fig. 8.
