Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides a user information input system of an anesthesia respirator, which comprises: the system comprises a patient information input interface, a patient information database, an application mode selection module, a system detection module and a quick machine control module;
the patient information input interface is automatically popped up after the anesthesia respirator is started, and the default configuration patient type is male. Providing a patient type icon selection button, input fields for age, height, weight, blood type, name and medical record number, and selection fields for department and bed number. Patient types include adult males, adult females, boys, girls, and infants. The 5 patient types are arranged in parallel by icon buttons and divided into two parts, namely a new patient and a previous patient, which are separated by a vertical line. Displaying a warning message "selecting a new patient will clear the last patient's full data! ". The last patient displays the patient's age, height and weight to the right of the patient type icon.
Patient information is considered sensitive data and the entry fields are hidden by default. Age/month age, height and weight input boxes are only visible and available when a new patient type is selected. The calculated ideal weight IBW value is displayed on the right side of the height input box.
When the patient type is infant, the input field label displays the age of the month in units of months. Other patient types display labels as age in years. Set range and default values for patient type, as in table 1:
TABLE 1
Patient categories | Unit of | Setting range | Default value |
Adult male | Year of year | 15-120 | 50 |
Adult female | Year of year | 15-120 | 50 |
Boy | Year of year | 4-14 | 8 |
Girl child | Year of year | 4-14 | 8 |
Infant and pre-school children | Moon cake | 1-36 | 1 |
The display label of patient's height is the height, and the unit is cm, and the patient corresponds setting range and the default of height, and the default is that this system uses when getting into or recovering to leave factory setting for the operation for the first time, as table 2:
TABLE 2
Patient categories | Unit of | Setting range | Default value |
Adult male | cm | 130-250 | 176 |
Adult female | cm | 130-250 | 163 |
Boy | cm | 70-160 | 130 |
Girl child | cm | 70-160 | 130 |
Infant and pre-school children | cm | 40-130 | 55 |
The weight of the patient is indicated as weight in kg, and the patient has a set range and default value corresponding to the ideal weight, as shown in table 3:
TABLE 3
And the patient information database is used for storing the input patient information, and the information can be exported after the hospital information system is connected with the network.
An application mode selection module for providing a preset of invasive and non-invasive ventilation;
a system detection module: the "next (system test)" button is available when a new patient type or the current patient is selected. The user clicks the "next (system test)" button to enter the system test interface. The system test provides compliance and leak detection, and the interface is only displayed after the patient type is changed. The detection interface is not displayed if the last patient type is the same as the current patient type.
The quick machine control module: the "quick entry mechanical control" button is visible and available when a new patient type or the current patient is selected. The button will display a warning message "default settings for the patient type will be used" below. And when the user presses and keeps the background of the button as progress filling color, prompting to enter a machine control process. After the user presses and holds down for 1.5 seconds, the anesthesia ventilator enters the monitoring main interface and starts ventilation using the default ventilation mode. For example, the ventilation mode is PCV, ventilation is carried out by using default parameters of PCV, FiO is 2100 percent, and the total flow of fresh gas is 3L/min. If the button is pressed and lifted within 1.5 seconds, the button stays on the patient information input interface. After patient information is modified and confirmed, the anesthesia ventilator is adapted to a new patient mode, and parameters in the monitoring interface are refreshed, such as MAC (minimum effective alveolar concentration) in the anesthesia machine changes with age/month age modification. Monitored data (e.g., tidal volume VT) and associated parameters change with high modification.
The workflow of the system is shown in fig. 2.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and are not limited. Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
