Therefore, the method for displaying the image examination information solves the technical problem that the image reading efficiency of the image reading software in the related technology is low.
The following describes a method for displaying image inspection information according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a method for displaying image examination information according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein a user may select a single image examination of a specified patient as shown in FIG. 2; the film reading software can automatically search and load other historical image examinations of the appointed patient according to the single image selected by the user; and automatically selecting and applying an optimal three-dimensional display layout; and automatically entering a three-dimensional synchronous association comparison state.
In an alternative embodiment, combining the first historical image inspection information, the second historical image inspection information and the third historical image inspection information to obtain the target historical image inspection information includes: and screening the combined historical image inspection information I, the historical image inspection information II and the historical image inspection information III according to the inspection date to obtain target historical image inspection information conforming to the inspection date.
In this embodiment, the partial history image inspection obtained after the merging may be subjected to secondary screening by the inspection date to obtain the target history image inspection information.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a display method of image examination information according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, after a single image examination based on a specified patient is automatically loaded to all the historical image examinations of the specified patient, the historical image examinations are screened and combined according to examination description information, equipment type and examination location, and then the second screening historical image examination is lifted according to the examination, so as to obtain the single image examination and a plurality of historical image examinations of the specified patient.
Specifically, at this stage, the user selects the opened single image check S0 of the specified patient as the initial input condition, and starts the algorithm flow of automatically loading the history image; all historical image exams of a given patient are looked up from an overall list of image exams stored by the system based on judgment logic of the same patient name and same patient number, or other similar judgment logic, or judgment logic pre-specified by the user. The set of search results constitutes an image examination set M0, M0 comprising a number of image examinations of a given patient, denoted by [ S0, S1,., sn ]; and traversing other image inspections except for S0 in M0 by taking the inspection description information field of S0 as a key word, and performing matching by S1-Sn. Taking Sn as an example, calculating the similarity of the character strings by using the inspection description information field of Sn and the inspection description information field of S0. There are various methods for calculating the similarity of the strings, and one implementation may be to calculate the maximum lengths of the same substrings included in the two strings a and B after being unified into a lowercase character. For example, if the string a is "Heart Exam" and the string B is "HEART SCAN", the same substring contained in a and B is "heart", and the similarity between a and B is 5. If a Chinese character exists, no case-to-case conversion is performed on the Chinese character. According to the experience value, two character strings with similarity being more than or equal to 5 can be set as successful matching. All the images successfully matched with S0 are checked to form a set M1; and traversing other image checks except for S0 in M0 by taking the equipment type field of S0 as a key, and performing matching by S1-Sn. Taking Sn as an example, the device type information field of Sn and the device type information field of S0 are used to calculate the character string similarity. The string similarity calculation may be performed in a similar manner as described above, or in other ways. All the images successfully matched with S0 are checked to form a set M2; and traversing other image inspections except for S0 in M0 by taking the inspected part field of S0 as a key word, and performing matching by S1-Sn. Taking Sn as an example, the character string similarity is calculated by comparing the inspection site information field of Sn with the inspection information field of S0. The string similarity calculation may be performed in a similar manner as described above, or in other ways. All the images successfully matched with S0 are checked to form a set M3; a similar method to the above steps 3-5 can be added, and other information fields are adopted for matching to form a set M4, a.mn.; the generated sets M1 to Mn are combined to exclude duplicate items, and an image inspection set L including S0 is obtained. L is taken as the output of this stage.
In an alternative embodiment, determining the target display mode of the target historical image inspection information and the single image inspection information includes: acquiring a predefined layout list, wherein display mode information for displaying target historical image inspection information and single image inspection information is recorded in the predefined layout list; and screening the predefined layout list to obtain a target display mode.
In an alternative embodiment, the predefined layout list is filtered, including at least one of: screening the predefined layout list with the number of available displays; and screening the predefined layout list by using the total amount of the target historical image checking information and the single image checking information.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram III of a method for displaying image examination information according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, for a single image examination of a specified patient and a historical image examination of a specified patient, a predefined layout list may be screened according to the number and direction of available displays, and the predefined layout list may be screened according to the number of the input historical image examinations of the patient, then the predefined layout list may be scored and ordered according to the input historical image examination type of the patient, and finally an alternative predefined layout list may be obtained.
For example, the image inspection set L is used as an initial input in this stage. The built-in predefined layout list and the number and direction of available displays are used as additional input parameters. The built-in predefined layout list is a list comprising a number of different display layout configurations. Each layout configuration contains the following information fields: a. the number of displays applicable; b. suitable display orientations, e.g., landscape display, portrait display; c. the number of suitable patient history image examinations, for example, for simultaneously displaying 2, 3, 4 image examinations; d. a list of suitable patient history imaging examination types, e.g., [ CT, CT ] for displaying 2 CT imaging examinations, [ MR, MR, MR ] for displaying 3 MR imaging examinations, [ CT, MR, MR ] for displaying 1 CT+2 MR imaging examinations; e. the window arrangement mode and the window display mode on each display, for example, the number of applicable displays is 2, one window is displayed on each of the first display and the second display, and a three-dimensional image of one image inspection is displayed in each window.
In addition, the predefined layout list is filtered according to the number of available displays, and only layout configurations with the number of applicable displays greater than or equal to the number of available displays are reserved. The remaining layout configuration list is denoted by D1. And screening the predefined layout list according to the input patient history image examination number, and reserving and only reserving layout configurations applicable to the patient history influence examination number which is larger than or equal to the input patient history image examination number. The remaining layout configuration list is denoted by D2. Grading the predefined layout list according to the input patient historical image examination type list, and grading to be 10 points if the input patient historical image examination type list is completely matched with the patient historical image examination type list applicable to layout configuration; if the two parts are matched, the score is 5; if there is no match, the score is 0. For example, if D2 includes 2 CT image examinations, the input patient history image examination type list is [ CT, CT ], and the applicable patient history image examination type list included in the layout configuration is [ CT, CT ], and the two are completely matched, and the score is 10. For example, if D2 includes 2 CT image examinations and 1 MR image examination, the input patient history image examination type list is [ CT, MR ], and the applicable patient history image examination type list included in the layout configuration is [ CT, CT ], and the two are partially matched, and the score is 5. For example, if D2 contains 2 CT image examinations, the input patient history image examination type list is [ CT, CT ], and the applicable patient history image examination type list contained in the layout configuration is [ MR, MR ], and the two are completely mismatched, and the score is 0. After all the layout configurations contained in the D2 are scored, sorting is carried out according to the order from high score to low score, and the sorted layout configuration list is D3 and is output as the stage.
In an alternative embodiment, determining the target display mode of the target historical image inspection information and the single image inspection information includes: evaluating the screened predefined layout list by using the inspection type corresponding to the target historical image inspection information to obtain an alternative predefined layout list; the target display mode is selected from the selectable predefined layout list.
In this embodiment, the target display mode may be selected from the alternative predefined layout list by evaluating the predefined layout list to obtain the alternative predefined layout list.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram IV of a method for displaying image exam information according to an embodiment of the invention, wherein, as shown in FIG. 5, the first ranked predefined layout is automatically applied from the candidate predefined layout list for a single image exam of a specified patient and for a historical image exam of a specified patient, with initial auto-association: scaling, translating, rotating, flipping, window width and window level adjustment operations; the user can manually open or close, zoom, translate, rotate, overturn and window width and window level association adjustment, and the user performs adjustment operation on a certain historical image inspection, and other historical image inspections perform corresponding linkage according to the current association adjustment setting of the user.
Wherein, L and D3 can be taken as the input of the stage, the first-ranked predefined layout configuration is automatically selected and applied from D3, and the automatic association is initiated: scaling, translating, rotating, flipping, window width and window level adjustment operations; allowing the user to manually open or close: scaling, translating, rotating, flipping, window width and window level adjustment operations; the user performs adjustment operation on a certain historical image inspection, and other historical image inspection performs corresponding linkage according to the current association adjustment setting of the user.
It can be seen from the above that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the single image detection and the target historical image detection can be automatically selected and the optimal three-dimensional display layout is applied, and the three-dimensional correlation contrast state is automatically entered, so that the image adjustment operation performed on one image detection, including rotation, scaling, translation, window width adjustment, and window level adjustment, is automatically correlated and synchronized to other image detection, so as to realize the synchronization of the display states of different image detection of the patient, thereby facilitating the doctor to perform contrast observation. For example, the user can synchronize the rotation and zoom operations on the first image examination to the other two image examinations, so that the 3 historical image examinations of the patient are kept in a consistent display state, and the doctor can observe the images conveniently.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the method for displaying the image examination information may automatically search and record other image examinations of the patient according to the single image examination of the patient specified by the user, and automatically enter a three-dimensional synchronization association contrast state; then selecting a history inspection which is most matched with the currently selected inspection according to inspection description information or inspection position information contained in the image file, and loading; according to the examination description information or examination part information contained in the image file, selecting a three-dimensional display layout mode which is most matched with the current examination type or content, and automatically entering a three-dimensional display layout; in addition, after entering the three-dimensional layout, the automatic association is performed through various image adjustment operations of the user: rotation, scaling, translation, transparency adjustment and the like, thereby providing a doctor with a three-dimensional comparison full-automatic loading function of the historical images. The doctor only needs to double-click to open a single examination image of the patient, automatically searches the historical image of the patient meeting the condition, automatically opens the image, enters three-dimensional comparison, and simultaneously automatically associates and synchronizes various adjustment operations of the image by a user, so that two or more three-dimensional reconstructed images automatically reach and maintain a synchronous display state, the doctor can directly enter a three-dimensional comparison observation working state without redundant manual operation, the workload of the doctor is reduced, and the film reading efficiency of the doctor is improved.
