In this embodiment, a gear shaft 157 is connected to the third gear 156, and the gear shaft 157 is connected to the rocker 158 for driving the third gear 156; in other embodiments, a motor may be used to drive the third gear 156 as the driving force.

As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the wind power generation module 202 includes a fan 2021, a generator 2029, a mounting cylinder 2022, a steering rod 2023, and a pneumatic piston 20231; one end of the generator 2029 is connected to the fan 2021, the other end of the generator 2029 is a hemispherical end 2024, the hemispherical end 2024 is provided with a straight groove 2025, the outer wall surface of the generator 2029, which is close to the hemispherical end 2024, is symmetrically provided with a cylindrical boss 2026, the inner wall of the mounting cylinder 2022 is provided with a first fixing groove 20232 for the cylindrical boss 2026 to slide, the end of the mounting cylinder 2022 is convexly provided with symmetrically arranged ear bars 20221, the ear bars 20221 are provided with a second fixing groove 20222, and the second fixing groove 20222 is an extension of the first fixing groove 20232.
Furthermore, one end of the steering rod 2023 is hinged to the pneumatic piston 20231, the other end is hinged to the hemispherical end 2024, the hinged portion of the steering rod 2023 and the hemispherical end 2024 deviates from the axis of the generator 2029, and the pneumatic piston 20231 is accommodated in the mounting cylinder 2022; the mounting cylinder 2022 communicates with the rotary shaft 201; an electrical lead 2027 is connected to the generator 2029, and the electrical lead 2027 is connected to a battery.
Further, as shown in fig. 13, 14 and 15, the rotating shaft 201 is a hollow pipe body with two closed ends, a fixing rod 205 is disposed along an axial direction of the rotating shaft 201, one end of the fixing rod 205 is fixedly connected to a center of the fixing block 204, the other end of the fixing rod 205 is fixedly connected to a first disc 206, a first air hole 2061 is formed in an eccentric area of the first disc 206, and the first disc 206 is hermetically connected to an inner wall of the rotating shaft 201.
A second disk 207 is arranged above the first disk 206, the second disk 207 is integrally arranged with the inner wall of the rotating shaft 201, a mounting hole is formed in the center of the second disk 207 and used for the fixing rod 205 to pass through, the mounting hole is hermetically connected with the fixing rod 205, and a second air hole 2071 is formed in the eccentric area of the second disk 207; for ease of understanding, the second disk 207 is shown moved upwardly in FIG. 15 in order to illustrate the relative positions of the first apertures 2061 and the second apertures 2071, rather than the actual mounting position, in which the first disk 206 and the second disk 207 are in a snug, sealed condition. When the second disk 207 rotates by 90 °, the first air holes 2061 communicate with the second air holes 2071. Specifically, when the strip advertising panel 20 is in the position shown in fig. 7, the first disk 206 and the second disk 207 are in a sealed state, the included angle between the first air hole 2061 and the second air hole 2071 is 90 °, when the strip advertising panel 20 is in the position shown in fig. 8, the first air hole 2061 is communicated with the second air hole 2071, a high-pressure air chamber is arranged between the second disk 207 and the end of the rotating shaft 201, an air inlet is arranged in an eccentric area of the end of the rotating shaft 201, an air inlet pipe 203 is connected to the air inlet, an air pump is connected to the end of the air inlet pipe 203, and the storage battery is used for supplying electric energy to the air pump; therefore, the high-pressure air in the air pump is introduced from the high-pressure air chamber to the other end of the rotary shaft 201, and the air piston 20231 and the steering rod 2023 are pushed by the mounting tube 2022, since the hinge joint of the steering rod 2023 and the hemispherical end 2024 is offset from the axis of the generator 2029, when pushed to the end, the generator 2029 deflects, the axial direction of the fan 2021 and the mounting tube 2022 is brought from the overlapping state of fig. 11 to the angle position shown in fig. 10, and as shown in fig. 8, thereby ensuring that the direction of the airflow is parallel to the axial direction of the fan 2021 when the airflow passes through the circulating channel between the two strip-shaped propaganda panels 20, thereby ensuring that the generating efficiency of the fan 2021 reaches the highest, and at the same time, when the wind is large, if the bar-shaped publicity panel 20 is in the state shown in fig. 7, the windward side area is large, the force of wind acting on the bar-shaped publicity panel 20 is the largest, and the risk of blowing down the device exists; by rotating the strip shaped promotional panel 20 to the position shown in fig. 8, the frontal area is greatly reduced and wind energy can also be converted into electrical energy for storage.
In order to make the rotating shaft 201 rotate to drive the strip-shaped publicity panel 20 to rotate, the fixing rod 205 is further provided with a ring-shaped boss 2051, and the ring-shaped boss 2051 is located at the end of the rotating shaft 201, is close to the inner side wall surface, and abuts against the inner wall of the end of the rotating shaft 201 to support the rotating shaft 201; a fixing rod 205 positioned between the rotating shaft 201 and the fixing block 204 is integrally provided with a mounting plate 208, the mounting plate 208 is fixedly connected with a first driving motor 2081, the tail end of the first driving motor 2081 is connected with a first gear 2082, the outer surface of the end part of the rotating shaft 201 is integrally provided with a second gear 2011, and the first gear 2082 is meshed with the second gear 2011; as shown in connection with fig. 14.
As shown in fig. 16 and 17, the guide rail 25 includes an in-line section located on the first and second mounting portions 21 and 22, and a curled section located in the winding box 23, the winding box 23 being fixed to the mounting post 10; the winding boxes 23 are respectively arranged on the mounting column 10, and a telescopic rod 24 is connected between the two winding boxes 23. When the propaganda format needs to be increased, the telescopic rod 24 is unfolded to pull out the strip propaganda panel 20 in the rolling box 23; and conversely, the scale is reduced.
A first fixing part is installed at the upper end of the rotating shaft 201, and the bar-shaped advertising panel 20 is fixed on the guide rail 25 through the first fixing part; as shown in fig. 18, 13 and 14, a guide groove 2210 for sliding the first fixing portion is formed on the guide rail 25, the first fixing portion includes a fixing block 204 and a roller 2041, the roller 2041 is disposed below two sides of the fixing block 204, and a protrusion is protruded on an inner wall of the guide groove 2210, and the protrusion is used for bearing the roller 2041.
Referring to fig. 3 and 19, a water collecting groove 301 is formed on the top cover 30, a water collecting hole 302 is formed at the bottom of the water collecting groove 301, and a filter plate 3020 is disposed at the water collecting hole 302.
Further, a water collecting pipe 3021, an overflow pipe 3022, a first filtering barrel 3023, a second filtering barrel 3024, a purified water barrel 3025, a water pump 300, and a water outlet pipe 303 are arranged in the mounting column 10; the water collecting pipe 3021 is respectively communicated with the water collecting hole 302, an overflow pipe 3022 and the first filtering barrel 3023, and the communication port of the overflow pipe 3022 and the water collecting pipe 3021 is higher than that of the first filtering barrel 3023; the first filter vat 3023, the second filter vat 3024 and the fresh water vat 3025 are communicated in sequence, the first filter vat 3023 and the second filter vat 3024 are communicated through a first communication port 30231, the first communication port 30231 is positioned above the first filter vat 3023, the second filter vat 3024 and the fresh water vat 3025 are communicated through a second communication port 30241, and the second communication port 30241 is positioned above the second filter vat 3024; a third communicating port is formed in the bottom of the purified water barrel 3025, the water pump 300 is arranged at the third communicating port, the other end of the water pump 300 is connected with the water outlet pipe 303, the tail end of the water outlet pipe 303 is connected with the water faucet 13, and the storage table 131 is arranged below the water faucet 13, as shown in fig. 1.
