the step of acquiring the user identity information and calling the log data corresponding to the user identity information comprises the following steps:
acquiring personal basic information of a user based on the user identification number, and reading the occupation, the specialty and the mobile phone number of the user;
positioning an interactive terminal based on the user mobile phone number, establishing a connection channel with the interactive terminal, and acquiring browsing frequency Mi and browsing duration Ti of the common APP through the interactive terminal;
based on the browsing frequency Mi and the browsing duration Ti, calculating a preference value L of the user to the common APP, wherein the preference value L is calculated according to the following formula:

obtaining search records in the common APP sequenced in an ascending order according to the preference value L through the interactive terminal;
extracting part or all nouns based on the search record;
calculating the coincidence rate P of the nouns and the professional information in the professional information base, and screening out at least three keywords in a descending order according to the coincidence rate P;
the step of ordering all the government affair data information comprises the following steps:
calculating the priority S of the keywords, wherein the calculation formula of the priority S is as follows:
s is beta P/L, wherein P is the coincidence rate of the noun and the occupation information in the occupation information base, L is the preference value of the APP corresponding to the noun, and beta is a correction coefficient;
and arranging and outputting the government affair data information in a descending order based on the priority.
2. The electronic government information service method based on big data analysis according to claim 1, wherein the step of judging the user access pattern based on the request comprises:
obtaining login information containing a user ID, and determining user registration information corresponding to the login information;
and determining the user type based on the identification code in the user registration information, and determining a user access mode according to the user type.
