Abstract
The invention provides a movable stage shaft drainage device and a drainage method, comprising an original shaft drainage pipe, a deep well water lifting device and a movable pipeline; the drainage pipe of the original vertical shaft is provided with at least two gates at intervals along the vertical direction, one side wall of the drainage pipe of the original vertical shaft is provided with a horizontal three-way valve, the three-way valve is arranged between two adjacent gates, and the three-way valve is arranged above the water level of accumulated water in the vertical shaft; the deep well water lifting device is suspended in the accumulated water in the vertical well through a suspension device; the lower end of the mobile pipeline is connected with the deep well water lifting device, and the upper end of the mobile pipeline is connected with the water inlet end of the three-way valve. The invention belongs to the technical field of equipment in a well, and particularly relates to a movable stage type vertical shaft drainage device and a drainage method.
Background
In the process of mine roadway construction, sometimes, the condition that a shaft is flooded due to the fact that a water pump in the shaft cannot be discharged due to too large underground water quantity of the shaft is met, and at the moment, although drainage pipelines and equipment are arranged in the shaft, the water pump and the pipelines are largely flooded due to water burst and cannot be used.
The current practice is to remove the accumulated water in the shaft by reinstalling the downhole drainage system; not only does it require the re-purchase of the drainage system, but it also requires a lot of time and labor for installation and construction, increasing the cost of equipment and time. There is currently a lack of an effective solution to this problem.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a mobile staged shaft drainage device and a drainage method, so as to solve the problems in the prior art that when the water amount in the shaft is too large and the water pump in the shaft cannot be removed, and the shaft is submerged, the underground drainage system needs to be reinstalled, which increases the equipment and time cost.

Aiming at the problems that in the prior art, when a shaft is flooded due to the fact that a water pump in the shaft cannot be discharged due to too large underground water quantity of the shaft, equipment and time cost are increased due to the fact that an underground drainage system needs to be installed again, and the like, the mobile stage shaft drainage device and the drainage method have the advantages of saving equipment and time cost, being high in universality, flexible in arrangement and the like.
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 to 4 collectively show that the mobile staged shaft drainage device provided by the invention comprises an original shaft drainage pipe 1, a deep shaft water lifting device 2 and a mobile pipeline 3; at least two gates 11 are arranged on the original vertical shaft drain pipe 1 at intervals along the vertical direction, a horizontal three-way valve 12 is arranged on one side wall of the original vertical shaft drain pipe 1, the three-way valve 12 is arranged between two adjacent gates 11, and the three-way valve 12 is arranged above the water level of accumulated water 41 in the vertical shaft 4; the deep well water lifting device 2 is suspended in the accumulated water 41 of the vertical shaft 4 through a suspension device; the lower end of the mobile pipeline 3 is connected with the deep well water lifting device 2, and the upper end is connected with the water inlet end of the three-way valve 12.

The deep well water lifting device 2 suspended in the water accumulation 41 of the vertical shaft 4 is more stable in work through the structure, and the lifting forces on the two sides of the deep well water lifting device are balanced.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the first rope 51 and the second rope 52 are both steel wire ropes; and/or the first lifting device 53 and the second lifting device 54 are both winches; and/or the deep well water lifting device 2 is a submersible pump. The steel wire rope has high strength and is durable; the winch can ensure the smooth operation of lifting and suspending; the submersible pump is a common deep well water lifting device.
In order to facilitate the fixing of the first pulling rope 51 and the second pulling rope 52 at the wellhead of the shaft 4 and the transportation of various materials in the shaft 4, an earth surface derrick 6 is arranged at the wellhead of the shaft 4, in order to facilitate the suspension of the first pulling device 53 and the second pulling device 54 on the deep well water lifting device 2, the suspension device further comprises a suspension head sheave 55 arranged at the wellhead of the shaft 4, and the upper ends of the first pulling rope 51 and the second pulling rope 52 are connected with the first pulling device 53 and the second pulling device 54 respectively by bypassing the suspension head sheave 55.
As a preferred solution of the invention, the position of the three-way valve 13 is at least ten meters above the level of the water 41 collected in the shaft 4. Ensuring the normal drainage.

the lower end of the vertical moving pipeline is connected with the deep well water lifting device, and the upper end of the vertical moving pipeline is connected with the lower end of the high-pressure hose;
the upper end of the high-pressure hose is connected with the water inlet end of the three-way valve.

the vertical moving pipeline is connected with the high-pressure hose through a flange.
7. The mobile staged shaft drainage device of claim 5,
the vertical moving pipeline is fixed with the suspension end of the suspension device through a pipeline fixing clamp.
8. The mobile staged shaft drainage device of claim 5,
a support cross beam is arranged in the vertical shaft;
the vertical moving pipeline is fixed on the support beam through a clamp type support.
9. A method for draining a mobile staged shaft, wherein a mobile staged shaft drainage device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 is used for draining standing water in a shaft, comprising the steps of:
installing the mobile staged shaft drainage device;
closing a gate on the original shaft drain pipe, which is positioned at the lower end of the three-way valve, and opening the gate positioned at the upper end of the three-way valve and a valve of the three-way valve, so that the mobile staged shaft drain device is in a state of waiting to work;
the method comprises the steps that a deep well water lifting device in a mobile stage vertical well drainage device in a to-be-operated state is started, so that accumulated water in a vertical well rises along a mobile pipeline and enters an original vertical well drainage pipe through a three-way valve;
and accumulated water entering the drainage pipe of the original vertical shaft is discharged from an upper discharge port of the drainage pipe of the original vertical shaft.
10. The mobile staged shaft drainage method as recited in claim 9,
the installing the mobile staged shaft drainage device comprises:
connecting the mobile pipeline with the deep well water lifting device to form a mobile stage vertical well drainage device for standby;
lowering the mobile stage vertical shaft drainage device to be used to a preset position of a vertical shaft through a suspension device, wherein the preset position is positioned below the water level of accumulated water in the vertical shaft;
fixing the mobile pipeline and the deep well water lifting device at the preset position, and connecting the upper end of the mobile pipeline with a three-way valve pre-installed on the original vertical well drainage pipe to obtain a mobile staged vertical well drainage device; and the three-way valve and the gate are predetermined and installed on the original vertical shaft drain pipe according to the water level of accumulated water in the vertical shaft.
