Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of steel structure equipment for seed processing, and particularly relates to a structure for connecting a plate and a column plate.
Background
The existing connection between a plate and a column mainly comprises two construction methods, namely a construction method based on external connection and a construction method based on clamping type.
In the construction method based on external connection, an extending surface with the same shape as the plate is welded on the cylindrical surface, the extending surface is connected with the plate through a bolt, in addition, a method for directly welding the plate and the contact surface of the column is adopted, and then concrete is poured in the column to form a whole. The former can cause the nut cap outstanding because of the mode of external connection, can take place to save the phenomenon of tiny granule, and the practicality is not good. In the latter, because the construction of welding position also probably causes the phenomenon of depositing small granule, and the welding causes welding deformation easily, and the design size is difficult to accurate assurance, and need spray paint rust-resistant, influences usability and aesthetic property, increases the cost of labor, is unfavorable for green construction. Moreover, the equipment of welded structure, its construction cycle is long.
The construction method based on the clamping type is that the whole cylindrical surface is longitudinally separated according to the shape of a plate, the edges of the separated column are bent inwards or the surfaces of the separated column are welded to extend out, the plate is inserted into the edges of the two sides of the column to form a clamping type, the column is connected through bolts, and then concrete is poured into the column to form a whole. Because the column cross-section is less, the internal operation space is relatively limited, and the column needs to be connected layer by layer during construction, so that the number of constructors is large, the engineering quality is unstable, and the economy is poor.

the method has the advantages that: in the prior art, in order to have higher reliability, the joints of the plates and the column plates are uniformly distributed on the plate surfaces of the joints by using high-strength bolts, the inserting plates are directly inserted into the inserting holes, the other surfaces of the column plates are fixed by using a positioning device, and the tail ends of the inserting plates are welded and fixed with the end plates.
The method has the advantages that: the positioning device is arranged in the positioning hole, the reinforcing plate is positioned in the connection of the column plates, the connecting position of the plate and the column plates is unchanged when concrete is poured, the welded fixed end plate and the inserting plate are vertical, the stress surface is expanded, the compressive strength of filled concrete is fully utilized, and the connecting strength of the plate and the column plates is improved.
The method has the advantages that: the connecting parts are formed by the plate and the column plate, the main connecting parts are less manually intervened, the mounting precision is high, no convex part exists on the connecting surface after the parts are assembled, and the situation of material storage does not exist when the connecting parts are used for storing materials such as seeds.
The advantages are that: the invention overturns the integral connection mode of the traditional plate and the column plate, the equidistant inserting plates are longitudinally arranged in the circumferential direction of the plate, the shapes of the inserting plates are uniform, the plate and the column plate are connected and dispersed into the connection of each inserting plate and the column plate, and the raw materials are saved.
The advantages are that: the traditional construction method is characterized in that the plates and the column plates are connected, and the plates and the column plates are spliced simultaneously.
The method has the advantages that: the exposed parts of the invention are all made of zinc plating materials and are connected by bolts after being assembled. No welding point, no secondary spray painting or galvanization corrosion prevention, prolonged service life and green construction.
The method has the advantages that: the concrete is poured after the plate and the column plate are connected, the space between the fixed end plate and the column plate is filled with the concrete, the stress area is increased, the connection strength of the column plate is improved, the stability of the whole structure is high, and meanwhile, the concrete is poured in the column, and the phenomenon that the column plate is bent after being stressed can not occur.
