When the cover part 11 and the rotation support part 14 rotate, the rotation support part 14 can be ensured to rotate along the same axis without twisting or tilting;
as shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the conical portion 15 is convexly provided with a hemispherical body portion 16, the bottom of the conical cavity 13 is provided with a hemispherical cavity 17, the hemispherical body portion 16 is embedded in the hemispherical cavity 17 matching with the conical portion, the axes of the conical portion 15 and the hemispherical body portion 16 are overlapped with the axis of the hemispherical cavity 17, and when the cover lid portion 11 and the rotation support sub-portion 14 rotate, the rotation support sub-portion 14 is further ensured to rotate along the same axis line.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, an annular groove is formed on an axial surface of the boss portion 10, an annular sealing ring 18 is accommodated in the annular groove, the annular sealing ring 18 is disposed between the cap portion 11 and the boss portion 10, and the annular sealing ring 18 can improve the sealing performance between the cap portion 11 and the boss portion 10 to prevent water leakage. Specifically, in this embodiment, the annular sealing ring 18 is a silica gel sealing ring, the water absorption portion 5 is tubular, one end of the water absorption pipe 8 is sleeved on the water absorption portion 5, and the other end is provided with a balancing weight.
