Description

Single-component transparent hydrophobic protective coating and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a single-component transparent hydrophobic protective coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the development of economy, the progress of social infrastructure, municipal construction and the like is continuously accelerated, and the social and living environment of people is greatly improved. But at the same time, the ecological environment is seriously influenced by the environmental pollution caused by human activities such as industrial production, urban traffic and the like. Surfaces such as road facilities, traffic lights, city furniture, and building exterior walls are subject to dust and oil adhesion, weather erosion, and artificial pollution. According to statistics of relevant departments, nearly 50 parts of cities in China have more than moderate pollution, and 18 parts of cities have severe pollution. The investment of China in the aspect of urban appearance environmental sanitation is up to 1735 million yuan in 2017. Therefore, how to effectively solve the surface protection of public facilities and industrial devices becomes one of the major problems facing people. The surface coating of protective coatings is a method which is generally adopted at present, and particularly, silicone resin is one of protective coatings which are developed more rapidly in recent years. The Si-O bond energy in the organic silicon resin is also larger, and the organic silicon resin has the characteristics of small surface tension, low surface energy and the like, so that the coating has excellent hydrophobicity, and also has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, moisture resistance, weather resistance, stain resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and the like.
However, the film forming property of the silicone resin is relatively poor, the curing temperature is relatively high, the adhesion to a substrate is poor, and the durability of the coating is poor. And the common protective film forming system can seal the surface of the substrate and make water vapor not penetrate through the substrate. Water in a humid environment for a long time may penetrate the damaged area, easily causing further damage.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In specific examples, the starting materials are all commercially available.
The silicone resin is a thermosetting polysiloxane polymer with a highly cross-linked structure, has the dual characteristics of organic resin and inorganic materials, has unique physical and chemical properties, and has good electrical insulation property, temperature resistance and waterproof effect. The silicon resin has better weather resistance than common organic resin. Therefore, it is an ideal material for coating a surface layer protected by heat-resistant, heat-resistant and moisture-proof treatment. In the present example, BS290 silicone, wacker, germany, was used. Further, the defoamer and silane diluent used in the examples of the present invention were 102F defoamer and 1701 silane diluent, respectively. Among them, 102F defoamer is a defoamer model of dow corning corporation, which has the main components of methyl ethyl ketone and n-propyl acetate, and is used as a high-efficiency foam control agent for solvent-based coating systems. 1701 silane diluent is a silane model number from wacker, germany, is a mixture of octyltriethoxysilane isomers, has isooctyltriethoxysilane as the main component, and can be used in hydrophobic coatings to improve durability.
The vinyl trimethoxy silane is a silane coupling agent with wide application, has a molecular structure comprising one vinyl functional group with an unsaturated double bond structure and three hydrolyzable methoxyl groups, and has slightly good stability and difficult volatilization in a system. Can improve the mechanical property of the resin-based composite material and improve the bonding strength, water resistance and other properties of the resin coating.
A151 vinyl triethoxysilane, having the formula: CH (CH)2=CHSi(OC2H5)3. Has the functions of both coupling agent and cross-linking agent, and is suitable for use in glass fiber, plastic, glass, cable, ceramic, rubber, etc.
A171 vinyltrimethoxysilane of the formula: CH (CH)2=CHSi(OCH3)3. The polyethylene and the copolymer are suitable for polyethylene and copolymers with various complex shapes and all densities, are suitable for composite materials with larger processing technology latitude and filling, and have higher use temperature, excellent pressure cracking resistance, memory, wear resistance and impact resistance. The silane coupling agent A171 can be grafted to the main chain of the polymer so as to modify polyethylene and other polymers, and the side chain of the polymer is provided with the lactone group which is used as an active point for warm water crosslinking. The grafted polyethylene can be made into shaped products such as cable jacketing and insulation, tubing or other extruded and molded articles, and the like.
It should be noted that: the single-component transparent hydrophobic protective coating provided by the invention can generate a small amount of low molecular alcohol in the reaction, and a proper ventilation system is considered to be used for treatment in the production process. The product container must be sealed to avoid long-term contact with air.
