(7) opening holes in the foaming plate: opening the cut finished product in the step (6) for later use by using a laser cutting machine, wherein the diameter of the opening of the foaming plate is 2cm, and the distance between the openings is 3 cm;
(8) the bonding method of the foaming plate and the water-absorbing sponge comprises the following steps: smearing the open-cell foam board in the step (7) by using the gelatinized cross-linking agent in the step (2), then adhering water-absorbing sponge to the open-cell foam board, and arranging three layers of open-cell foam boards and two layers of water-absorbing sponge at intervals, thereby obtaining a finished product for later use;
(9) opening holes in the paperboard: punching the finished product carton in the step (5) at a position, close to the bottom, of the side face of the carton by using a punching machine, wherein the height of a punched hole from the bottom face of the carton is 3cm, and the diameter of the punched hole is 6 cm;
(10) and (3) manufacturing a finished product: and (4) embedding the buffering and damping foaming plate in the step (8) into the bottom of the perforated paperboard in the step (9), so that the white spirit transportation packaging box with the damping effect is obtained.

1. The production process of the white spirit transport packaging box with the shock absorption effect is characterized in that the production of the white spirit transport packaging box with the shock absorption effect comprises the following components: the base paper, U-shaped pit paper, core paper, lining paper, a foaming board, a water-absorbing sponge, purified water, puffed starch, potassium permanganate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium benzoate, sodium bentonite and rivets sequentially comprise the following steps:
(1) the preparation method of the cross-linking agent comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the expanded starch, potassium permanganate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium benzoate and sodium bentonite according to a ratio, and sieving for later use;
(2) the pasting preparation method of the cross-linking agent comprises the following steps: adding the finished product sieved after being uniformly mixed in the step (1) and purified water into a stirring tank according to a proportion and uniformly stirring for later use;
(3) the gluing mode of the base paper, the core paper and the lining paper is as follows: smearing the gelatinized cross-linking agent in the step (2) on the base paper, the core paper and the lining paper, wherein the base paper and the lining paper are subjected to single-sided gluing and double-sided gluing of the core paper;
(4) the paperboard arrangement method comprises the following steps: sequentially arranging and bonding the base paper, the U-shaped pit paper, the core paper, the U-shaped pit paper and the lining paper in the step (3) according to the sequence to obtain a finished paperboard for later use;
(5) the paperboard splicing method comprises the following steps: the finished paperboard in the step (4) is firstly put into a slitting and line pressing machine for slotting, then die cutting is carried out, then the die-cut finished product is bonded by the gelatinized cross-linking agent in the step (2), and finally a rivet is used for nailing a box, so that the finished paper box is obtained and stored for later use;

(7) opening holes in the foaming plate: drilling holes on the cut finished product in the step (6) for later use by using a laser cutting machine;
(8) the bonding method of the foaming plate and the water-absorbing sponge comprises the following steps: smearing the open-cell foam board in the step (7) by using the gelatinized cross-linking agent in the step (2), then adhering water-absorbing sponge to the open-cell foam board, and arranging three layers of open-cell foam boards and two layers of water-absorbing sponge at intervals, thereby obtaining a finished product for later use;
(9) opening holes in the paperboard: punching the finished carton in the step (5) at a position of the side surface of the carton close to the bottom by using a punching machine;
(10) and (3) manufacturing a finished product: and (4) embedding the buffering and damping foaming plate in the step (8) into the bottom of the perforated paperboard in the step (9), so that the white spirit transportation packaging box with the damping effect is obtained.

The production process of the white spirit transportation packaging box with the shock absorption effect as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the mixture ratio in the step (1) is 83-166 parts of expanded starch, 2-4 parts of potassium permanganate, 2-4 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 3-6 parts of sodium benzoate and 10-20 parts of sodium bentonite.

The production process of the white spirit transportation packaging box with the shock absorption effect as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the dosage of the gelatinized cross-linking agent in the step (2) is 1-3 parts, the dosage of water is 5-15 parts, and the stirring and mixing time is 4.5-6 h.
