one end of the fixed support bottom plate is vertically connected to the bottom end of the fixed support vertical plate, and the other end of the fixed support bottom plate is provided with a fixed support flange extending in a direction deviating from the fixed support vertical plate;
the bottom end of the fixed support is provided with a long circular hole, and the long axis of the long circular hole extends along the transverse direction; the long round hole is formed in the bottom plate of the fixed support.
2. The mounting bracket according to claim 1, wherein a fixing hole is formed in the top end of the adjusting bracket and is opposite to the long circular hole;
the adjusting bracket is arranged on the fixed bracket through a fastener penetrating through the long round hole and the fixed hole.

The mounting bracket of claim 2, wherein the adjusting plate is provided with adjusting plate mounting holes arranged in a vertical direction, and the adjusting plate is mounted on the adjusting bracket by fasteners penetrating through the adjusting plate mounting holes and the adjusting sliding grooves.
4. The mounting bracket of claim 3, wherein the adjustment bracket comprises an adjustment bracket top plate disposed at a top end and an adjustment bracket adapter plate vertically connected to an end of the adjustment bracket top plate;
the fixing hole is formed on the top plate of the adjusting bracket;
the adjusting sliding groove is formed on the adjusting bracket adapter plate;
the adjusting bracket top plate is lapped on the fixed bracket bottom plate and is arranged on the fixed bracket bottom plate through a fastener penetrating through the long round hole and the fixed hole.
5. The mounting bracket of claim 4, wherein the fixing bracket flange is provided with a row of through holes which penetrate through the thickness of the fixing bracket flange and are uniformly distributed along the transverse direction;
the adjusting bracket adapter plate is provided with an adapter plate mounting hole corresponding to the through hole;
the adjusting bracket adapter plate is attached to the fixed bracket flanging, and is arranged on the fixed bracket flanging through a fastener penetrating through the through hole and the adapter plate mounting hole.
6. The mounting bracket of claim 5, wherein the adjustment bracket adapter plate is provided with a plurality of adapter plate positioning holes arranged in a vertical direction at one side of the adjustment chute;
the adjusting plate is provided with an adjusting plate positioning hole opposite to the adapter plate positioning hole;
positioning pieces are arranged in the corresponding positioning holes of the adjusting plate and the adapter plate in a penetrating way.
7. The mounting bracket of claim 6 wherein a reinforcement plate is disposed between the fixed bracket bottom plate and the fixed bracket top plate;
and reinforcing ribs are arranged on the adjusting bracket top plate and the adjusting bracket adapter plate.
8. The mounting bracket according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the fixing bracket is provided with lightening holes;
the fixed support is made of stainless steel materials.
9. A rail vehicle comprising a vehicle body, characterized in that it further comprises a mounting bracket according to any one of claims 1-8, the top end of the fixed bracket of the mounting bracket being fixedly connected to the vehicle body.
