Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a method for printing notes in batch is provided, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 102, acquiring a current bill image to be printed.
The current bill image to be printed is an image obtained according to the current bill to be printed.
And step 104, scanning and printing the current bill image to be printed.
And 106, when the current bill image to be printed is scanned and printed, drawing a bill from the last printed bill, photographing the next bill to be printed, and storing the next bill image to be printed obtained by photographing into a local image.
The last printed bill refers to the last bill of the current bill to be printed. The ticket issuing means that the ticket with the scanning and printing actions is transferred to a ticket taking port. The next ticket to be printed refers to the next ticket of the current ticket to be printed. The next bill to be printed image refers to the image of the next bill to be printed. The local image refers to a local image set for storing the ticket image to be printed. Therefore, the printing apparatus can process three notes simultaneously during operation.
According to the batch bill printing method, the current bill image to be printed is scanned and printed, and meanwhile, when the current bill image to be printed is scanned and printed, the bill discharging process is carried out on the last printed bill, the photographing process is carried out on the next bill to be printed, and the next bill to be printed is stored in the local image. The invention improves the bill processing mode under the condition of batch printing of bills, adopts a parallel processing mode combining simultaneous processing of a plurality of bills, can ensure that each working mechanism of the printing equipment is in a working state at the same time, and can further improve the printing efficiency of the printing equipment.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, step 102 obtains a current ticket image to be printed, including:
step 102A, when detecting that the current bill to be printed is the first bill in the current batch of bills to be printed, starting a camera to photograph the current bill to be printed, and obtaining a current bill image to be printed.
The current batch of notes to be printed refers to all notes to be printed which need to finish the printing task in the current batch. The quantity of the notes to be printed in the current batch is different according to the printing requirements of different batches. If the current bill to be printed is the first bill in the current batch of bills to be printed, when the current bill to be printed is photographed through the camera to obtain the current bill image to be printed, the printing part in the printing equipment does not start to execute the scanning and printing actions, and a channel for receiving image data in the printing part is a passage, so that the printing part is allowed to directly acquire the image data of the current bill image to be printed.
Step 102B, when detecting that the current ticket to be printed is not the first ticket in the current batch of tickets to be printed, extracting the current ticket image to be printed which is stored in the local image.
If the current bill to be printed is not the first bill in the current batch of bills to be printed, the current bill image to be printed is shot when the last bill image to be printed performs the scanning and printing actions, because the last bill image to be printed in the printing part is performing the scanning and printing actions at this time, the channel for receiving the image data in the printing part is not a passage, the image data of the current bill image to be printed cannot be directly obtained, the current bill image to be printed needs to be stored in the body image, and the current bill image to be printed stored in the local image is not extracted until the current bill image to be printed performs the scanning and printing actions.
According to the batch bill printing method, when the current bill to be printed is the first bill in the current batch of bills to be printed, the current bill image to be printed obtained by photographing is directly obtained. And when the current bill to be printed is not the first bill in the current batch of bills to be printed, acquiring the current bill to be printed image stored in the local image. Aiming at different situations of the current bill to be printed, the invention adopts different bill image acquisition modes, and ensures that the batch bill printing method can be normally realized under different situations.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a method for printing notes in batch is provided, the method further comprising:
and step 108, when the current bill image to be printed is scanned and printed, separating the next bill to be printed.
The separating of the notes refers to transferring a blank note from a note box for storing notes to a printing part for executing scanning and printing actions. The ticket separation can ensure that the next ticket image to be printed can execute scanning and printing actions in time.
According to the batch bill printing method, when the scanning and printing actions are executed on the current bill image to be printed, the next bill image to be printed is separated. The invention supplements blank bill in time, prepares the next bill image to be printed for scanning and printing in advance, and saves the time for printing bill in batches.
In one embodiment, before the scanning and printing of the current ticket image to be printed in step 104, the method further includes:
detecting whether the acquisition of the current bill image to be printed is finished or not and separating the current bill to be printed, if yes, entering the step of scanning and printing the current bill image to be printed.
The method comprises the steps that a current bill image to be printed is obtained, and the current bill to be printed is divided when the scanning and printing actions are executed on the last bill image to be printed, and when the two actions are detected to be completed, the scanning and printing actions of the current bill image to be printed can be executed.
According to the batch bill printing method, whether the scanning and printing actions of the current bill to be printed can be executed is judged by detecting whether the acquisition of the current bill image to be printed is finished or not and separating the current bill to be printed. The invention ensures that all preamble preparation work is completed before the current bill to be printed performs scanning and printing actions.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, before acquiring the current ticket image to be printed in step 102, the method further includes:
step 402, obtaining a current batch of notes to be printed, and adding an end mark to the last note of the current batch of notes to be printed.
The ending mark is a mark for reminding the current batch of notes to be printed of finishing the printing task. Because the quantity of the bills to be printed in different batches is different, the end mark is added to the last bill to be printed, and the printing task of the current batch of bills to be printed can be timely reminded to be completed.
Step 404, detecting the current bill to be detected.
The current bill to be detected refers to the bill which is being detected whether to carry an end mark. And when different results are detected, corresponding processing actions are made.
And step 406, adding a mark to be printed to the next bill to be detected when the fact that the current bill to be detected does not carry the end mark is detected.
The next bill to be detected refers to the next bill to be detected currently. The to-be-printed mark is used for indicating that the next to-be-printed bill belongs to the to-be-printed bill of the current batch, and printing can be performed in the current batch. When the current bill to be printed does not have the ending mark, the current bill to be printed and the next bill to be printed are both specified to belong to the current batch of bills to be printed, and printing can be performed in the current batch.
And step 408, when the fact that the current bill to be detected is provided with the ending mark is detected, determining that the current bill to be detected is the last bill to be printed.
The last bill to be printed refers to the last bill in the current batch of bills to be printed, and when the current bill to be printed is detected to have an end mark, the next bill to be printed is not the current batch of bills to be printed, and when the current bill to be printed finishes printing, the current batch of bills to be printed finishes a printing task.
According to the batch bill printing method, the end mark is added to the last bill of the current batch bill to be printed, all the bills to be detected are detected, and when the fact that the current bill to be detected does not have the end mark is detected, the mark to be printed is added to the next bill to be detected; and when the fact that the current bill to be detected is provided with the ending mark is detected, determining that the current bill to be detected is the last bill to be printed. The invention does not need to detect the quantity of the current batch of notes to be printed, and only needs to judge whether the current notes to be detected are the last notes to be printed by detecting whether the current notes to be detected have the end mark.
In one embodiment, a method of batch printing notes is provided, the method further comprising:
and ending the printing of the current batch of to-be-printed notes when the fact that the bin storing the blank notes is empty is detected or the fact that the last to-be-printed note finishes drawing the notes is detected.
When the ticket box for storing the blank tickets is empty, the ticket dividing action cannot be completed, and the printing task of the tickets to be printed in the current batch cannot be completed correspondingly. When the last bill to be printed finishes the bill drawing, the printing task of the current batch of bills to be printed is finished, and the printing task is not needed. And when any one of the conditions is met, ending the printing of the notes to be printed in the current batch.
According to the batch bill printing method, when the bill box for storing the blank bill is empty or the last bill to be printed is detected to finish bill drawing, printing of the current batch of bills to be printed is finished. The method and the device can judge the end of the notes to be printed in the current batch in time.
