Abstract
The invention discloses a three-color die, which is provided with three beer positions, namely a first beer position, a second beer position and a third beer position, and is characterized in that: the first beer position, the second beer position and the third beer position are distributed around a central axis of the die in an equal distribution mode, the three-color die comprises a movable die and a fixed die, and the movable die rotates by 120 degrees around the central axis every time to realize the transfer of a product from the first beer position to the first beer position and then to the second beer position, so that the injection molding of a three-color product is completed. The invention is applied to the injection molding of three-color products through the design of the mold structure, and has the advantages of simple and convenient processing, small mold structure and low molding cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of injection mold design, in particular to a three-color mold.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standards, the requirements of people on the appearance, the function and the quality of living goods are higher and higher, the appearance of the products needs a mold with higher requirements, the structure of the mold is more complex, three sets of molds are generally needed in the traditional method, and three colors are formed by twice injection molding after a plastic part is taken down in the production process; or different parts are firstly formed by injection molding through different molds and then assembled to form a finished product, and the finished product has high appearance reject ratio and poor dimensional stability no matter the product is formed by multiple times of separate injection molding or assembly molding.
Therefore, the prior art is in need of improvement.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a three-color die which is provided with three beer positions, namely a first beer position, a second beer position and a third beer position, and the specific scheme is as follows:
the first beer position, the second beer position and the third beer position are distributed around a central axis of the mold in an equal distribution mode, the three-color mold comprises a movable mold and a fixed mold, and the movable mold rotates by 120 degrees around the central axis every time to realize the transfer of a product from the first beer position to the first beer position and then to the second beer position, so that the injection molding of a three-color product is completed;
the fixed die comprises a runner plate and an A plate, a first beer cavity component, a second beer cavity component and a third beer cavity component are respectively arranged on the first beer position, the second beer position and the third beer position on the A plate, the movable mold comprises a B plate, a plurality of rear mold inserts are arranged on each beer position on the B plate, the rear mold inserts of the three beer positions have the same structure, the first beer cavity component, the second beer cavity component and the third beer cavity component have different structures, the first beer cavity assembly and the rear mold insert form a first color glue position of a product after mold assembly, the rear mold insert and the rear mold insert form a first color glue position of a product after mold closing, the second beer cavity component and the rear mold insert form a second color glue position of the product after mold closing, and the third beer cavity component and the rear mold insert form a third color glue position of the product after mold closing.

The embodiment provides a three-color die, which is provided with three beer positions, namely a first beer position, a second beer position and a third beer position, wherein the first beer position, the second beer position and the third beer position are distributed around a central axis of the die in an equal division manner, the three-color die comprises a movable die 1 and a fixed die 2, and the movable die 1 rotates by 120 degrees around the central axis every time to realize the transfer of a product from the first beer position to the first beer position and then to the second beer position, so that the injection molding of a three-color product is completed; the fixed mold 2 comprises a panel 21, a hot runner plate 22, a nozzle plate 23, a runner plate 24 and an A plate 25, a first beer cavity assembly 26, a second beer cavity assembly 27 and a third beer cavity assembly 28 are respectively arranged on the A plate 25 at the first beer position, the second beer position and the third beer position, the movable mold 1 comprises a B plate 11, four rear mold inserts 12 are arranged on each beer position on the B plate 11, the rear mold inserts 12 of the three beer positions have the same structure, the first beer cavity assembly 26, the second beer cavity assembly 27 and the third beer cavity assembly 28 have different structures, the first beer cavity assembly 26 and the rear mold inserts 11 form a first color glue position of a product after mold closing, the rear mold inserts 12 and the rear mold inserts 12 form a first color glue position of the product after mold closing, the second beer cavity assembly 27 and the rear mold inserts 12 form a second color glue position of the product after mold closing, and the third beer cavity assembly 28 and the rear mold insert 12 form a third color glue position of the product after mold closing.
