The quantity of sliding guide 12 is two, and two sliding guide 12 are installed respectively in the both sides of frame 11, and the both sides of initiative curtain board 2 and the both sides of every driven curtain board 4 all are equipped with one and buckle otic placode 8, and the otic placode 8 of buckling of initiative curtain board 2 and driven curtain board 4 both sides leads with two sliding guide 12 cooperations respectively, and the sliding fit structure is more stable, can guarantee the straight line slip of initiative curtain board 2 and driven curtain board 4.
The sliding guide rail 12 is a square guide rail, the bent ear plate 8 is matched with the side wall of the driving curtain plate 2 or the side wall of the driven curtain plate 4 to form a right angle, and the bent ear plate 8 abuts against the square guide rail to slide, so that the driving curtain plate 2 and the driven curtain plate 4 slide back and forth along the sliding guide rail 12.
The number of the fixed curtain plates 3 and the driven curtain plates 4 is two, the number of the driving curtain plates 2 is one, and the driven curtain plates 4 and the fixed curtain plates 3 are arranged on the driving curtain plates 2 in two moving directions. The fixed curtain 3 is fixed to the frame 11 by a connecting member such as a bolt. Each driven curtain plate 4 comprises four driven units 41 which are sequentially arranged in a staggered manner, and a small gap is reserved between every two adjacent driven units 41, so that the driven units 41 can be mutually driven when sliding. Alternatively, the gap between two adjacent driven units 41 may be in the order of a filament. Each driven unit 41 is provided with a bent ear plate 8.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 6, each driven unit 41 is provided with a sliding slot 5 and a guiding post 6, the fixed curtain 3 is provided with a guiding post 6, the driving curtain 2 is provided with a sliding slot 5, the sliding slot 5 of the driving curtain 2 is in sliding fit with the guiding post 6 of one of the driven units 41, the guiding post 6 of the fixed curtain 3 is in sliding fit with the sliding slot 5 of one of the driven units 41, and the four driven units 41 are in sequential sliding fit with each other through the sliding slot 5 and the guiding post 6.
Referring to fig. 8, 10 and 11, the driving curtain plate 2, each driven unit 41 and the fixed curtain plate 3 are further fixedly provided with a reinforcing plate 7, and the driving curtain plate 2 and the reinforcing plate 7 of each driven unit 41 are provided with a slot hole matched with the sliding slot 5. Set up reinforcing plate 7 and can strengthen initiative curtain 2, the thickness of fitting surface between every driven unit 41 and the fixed curtain 3, with the increase structural strength, especially can effectively avoid leading to the problem that structural strength weakens because of having seted up spout 5 on initiative curtain 2 and the driven unit 41, can also increase the degree of depth of spout 5 and the mounting structure intensity of guide post 6, guide post 6 can stretch into spout 5 more deeply, with avoid long-time after using because of taking place wearing and tearing lead to guide post 6 to deviate from spout 5. In addition, the sliding grooves 5 are arranged at the folding positions of the driving curtain board 2, the driven unit 41 and the fixed curtain board 3, and the reinforcing boards 7 are arranged at the folding positions, so that the whole weight of the protective curtain can be relatively light under the condition of ensuring the structural strength of the protective curtain.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 7, two enhanced plates of the four driven units 41 have guide blocks 71, which are the first driven units 42; the other two reinforcing plates 7 do not have the guide blocks 71 and are the second driven units 43. The bottom plate 13 is provided with a slide rail 131, and the guide block 71 extends into the slide rail 131 and slides back and forth in the slide rail 131.
The first driven unit 42 and the second driven unit 43 are arranged at intervals. Since the driven units 41 are arranged in staggered layers, if the reinforcing plate 7 of each driven unit 41 is provided with the guide blocks 71, the bottom plate 13 is correspondingly provided with the same number of slide ways 131 as the driven units 41, and the distance between two adjacent slide ways 131 is short, which reduces the structural rigidity of the bottom plate 13. The first driven unit 42 and the second driven unit 43 are arranged at intervals, and only the slide rails 131 are arranged at positions corresponding to the guide blocks 71 on the first driven unit 42, and the distance between every two adjacent slide rails 131 is relatively long, so that the structural rigidity of the bottom plate 13 can be ensured. In addition, since the first driven units 42 can slide back and forth along a straight line by the sliding fit structure formed by the guide blocks 71 and the slide rails 131, each second driven unit 43 can maintain the straight line sliding under the restriction of the front and rear first driven units 42 which slide along a straight line.
The number of the guide blocks 71 on each reinforcing plate 7 of the first driven unit 42 is two, and the two guide blocks 71 are disposed at intervals. Because the first driven unit 42 has a certain length, the two guide blocks 71 arranged at intervals have a linear guide limiting effect when the first driven unit 42 moves, and the first driven unit 42 is ensured to slide back and forth along a straight line.
Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, the guide post 6 includes a shaft portion 61 and a head portion 62 connected to each other, and a plurality of teeth 63 for being fitted are provided on an end surface of the head portion 62 facing the shaft portion 61. Through the setting of tooth 63, tooth 63 can imbed the surface of initiative curtain board 2 or driven curtain board 4 in the guide post 6 assembling process, reaches the effect of blocking, makes guide post 6 firmly fix on the surface of initiative curtain board 2 or driven curtain board 4, has fine locking function, long service life. Wherein, a plurality of teeth 63 are symmetrically distributed or annularly and uniformly distributed on the periphery of the connecting position of the rod part 61 and the head part 62, and the anti-loosening effect is good.
The teeth 63 are perpendicular to the end face of the head 62, and when the teeth 63 are embedded into the surface of the driving curtain board 2 or the driven curtain board 4, the positioning effect is good, and the looseness is not easy to occur. Specifically, the guide post 6 may be a clinch bolt.
Optionally, the groove 64 on the head 62 is used for positioning an external punching tool, the groove 64 is a regular hexagon groove 64, and when the punching tool is inserted into the groove 64 to press the guide post 6 into the surface of the driving curtain plate 2 or the driven curtain plate 4, the punching tool is not easy to rotate, so that the deformation of the teeth 63 is avoided, and the assembly effect of the guide post 6 is not affected. However, the head 62 may not be provided with the groove 64, and the shape of the head 62 may be adapted to the punching tool, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 12, the lengths, widths, and heights of the driving curtain plate 2, the driven unit 41, and the fixed curtain plate 3, which are sequentially arranged, are all decreasing, when the protection curtain is in a retracted state, the driving curtain plate 2 can completely cover the driven curtain plate 4 and the fixed curtain plate 3, and the volume of the telescopic side of the protection curtain is minimum, so that the protection curtain has a longer stroke length.
Optionally, soft edge sealing strips (not shown) are arranged between the driving curtain plate 2 and the driven curtain plate 4, between the driven units 41 of the driven curtain plate 4 and between the driven curtain plate 4 and the fixed curtain plate 3 to increase the sealing performance between the curtain plates and reduce the noise of the protective curtain during back and forth sliding. Optionally, the soft edge banding may be made of rubber, silica gel, pvc, or the like.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, each of the sliding guide rails 12 includes four guide rail units 121, and two adjacent guide rail units 121 are disposed with a space therebetween to form a deformation gap 122. Along with long-time use, the protection curtain can change the amount of deflection of the sliding guide rail 12 in the process of constantly moving back and forth, namely the sliding guide rail 12 can be bent and deformed, the sliding guide rail 12 is arranged into four guide rail units 121 arranged at intervals, and the deformation gap 122 between every two adjacent guide rail units 121 can meet the deformation space, so that the deformation problem of the sliding guide rail 12 is effectively improved. In addition, the guide rail unit 121 can play a role of a sizing block, has a shock absorption function, and can be used for a machine tool to attenuate the vibration of the machine tool and reduce the vibration force from transmitting outwards.
The invention also provides a machine tool, which comprises the protective curtain, as shown in figures 1-12, the protective curtain is stable and smooth in movement and high in structural strength, and can effectively protect components such as a hard guide rail, a linear guide rail, a ball screw or a transmission rack in the machine tool.

Claims (6)

1. A protective curtain, comprising:
installing a frame body;
the driving curtain plate is in sliding fit with the mounting frame body along the moving direction;
the fixed curtain plate is fixedly assembled with the installation frame body; and
the driven curtain plate is in sliding fit with the installation frame body along the moving direction, the first end of the driven curtain plate is in sliding fit with the driving curtain plate along the moving direction, and the second end of the driven curtain plate is in sliding fit with the fixed curtain plate along the moving direction;
the driving curtain board and the driven curtain board are arranged in a staggered mode, and the driven curtain board and the fixed curtain board are arranged in a staggered mode;
the mounting frame body comprises a frame and a sliding guide rail, the sliding guide rail is fixedly mounted on the frame, the driving curtain plate and the driven curtain plate are respectively provided with a bending lug plate, and the bending lug plates are in sliding fit with the sliding guide rail;
the driven curtain board comprises a plurality of driven units which are in sliding fit in sequence along the moving direction, and the driven units are arranged in a staggered mode in sequence; the driving curtain plate and the driven units are provided with sliding chutes respectively, and the fixed curtain plate and the driven units are provided with guide posts in sliding fit with the sliding chutes respectively;
the driving curtain plate, the driven units and the fixed curtain plate are also fixedly provided with reinforcing plates, the mounting frame body comprises a bottom plate, and the bottom plate is provided with a slide way; part of the reinforcing plates of the driven units are provided with guide blocks, and the guide blocks extend into the slide ways and are in sliding fit with the slide ways;
the driven unit with the guide block of the reinforcing plate is a first driven unit, the driven unit without the guide block of the reinforcing plate is a second driven unit, and the first driven unit and the second driven unit are arranged at intervals.

The protective curtain of claim 1, wherein the sliding slot of the driving curtain plate is slidably engaged with the guide post of one of the driven units, the guide post of the fixed curtain plate is slidably engaged with the sliding slot of one of the driven units, and the plurality of driven units are sequentially slidably engaged with each other through the sliding slot and the guide post.
3. The protective curtain of claim 2 wherein said guide post comprises a stem portion and a head portion connected thereto, said head portion having a plurality of teeth on an end surface thereof facing said stem portion for engagement during installation;
the teeth are perpendicular to the end face of the head, and the head is provided with a regular polygonal groove.
4. The protective curtain of claim 3 wherein said driving curtain plate and said plurality of reinforcing plates of said driven units have slotted holes adapted to said sliding slots.
5. The protective curtain of claim 4, wherein the mounting frame further comprises a protective shield for protecting the sliding guide, the protective shield being fixedly mounted to one side of the base plate.
6. A machine tool comprising a protective curtain as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
