the cylinder 1 is connected with a heat insulation plate 11, and the heat insulation plate 11 is connected with a guard plate 10; the protective plate 10 is connected with the bottom of the gun body 2 through two guide posts 9, and the bottom of the gun body 2 is fixed with the top of the gun body 2 through screws; the thimble 3 is arranged in the cavity of the gun body 2, and the valve needle sleeve 6 is fixed between the bottom of the gun body 2 and the top of the gun body 2; the sealing ring 5 and the nut 7 are fixed with the thimble 3 through thread fit, and the connector 8 is connected to the bottom of the thimble 3 through a taper pin; the piston rod of cylinder 1 is connected with needle seat 6, and needle seat 6 is inside to link to each other with connector 8, is connected with 3 bottoms of thimble through connector 8.

the cylinder 1 is connected with a heat insulation plate 11, and the heat insulation plate 11 is connected with a guard plate 10; the protective plate 10 is connected with the bottom of the gun body 2 through two guide posts 9, and the bottom of the gun body 2 is fixed with the top of the gun body 2 through screws; the thimble 3 is arranged in the cavity of the gun body 2, and the valve needle sleeve 6 is fixed between the bottom of the gun body 2 and the top of the gun body 2; the sealing ring 5 and the nut 7 are fixed with the thimble 3 through thread fit, and the connector 8 is connected to the bottom of the thimble 3 through a taper pin; the piston rod of cylinder 1 is connected with needle seat 6, and needle seat 6 is inside to link to each other with connector 8, is connected with 3 bottoms of thimble through connector 8.

A pure mechanism sealed glue injection device is characterized by comprising a cylinder (1), a gun body (2), a thimble (3), a valve needle sleeve (4), a sealing sleeve (5), a valve needle seat (6), a clamping nut (7), a connector (8), a guide pillar (9), a guard plate (10) and a heat insulation plate (11);
the cylinder (1) is connected with a heat insulation plate (11), and the heat insulation plate (11) is connected with the guard plate (10); the protective plate (10) is connected with the bottom of the gun body (2) through two guide posts (9), and the bottom of the gun body (2) is fixed with the top of the gun body (2) through screws; the thimble (3) is arranged in the cavity of the gun body (2), and the valve needle sleeve (4) is fixed between the bottom of the gun body (2) and the top of the gun body (2); the sealing sleeve (5) and the nut (7) are fixed with the thimble (3) in a threaded fit manner, and the connector (8) is connected to the bottom of the thimble (3) through a taper pin; the piston rod of the cylinder (1) is connected with the valve needle seat (6), the interior of the valve needle seat (6) is connected with the connector (8), and the valve needle seat is connected with the bottom of the ejector pin (3) through the connector (8).
