The positioning device further comprises a positioning assembly 11, the positioning assembly 11 comprises a sliding barrel 110, a positioning rod 111 and a seventh spring 112, the sliding barrel 110 is arranged on the right side of the top of the base 1, the positioning rod 111 is arranged in the sliding barrel 110 in a sliding mode, the seventh spring 112 is arranged between the positioning rod 111 and the sliding barrel 110, and the positioning rod 111 is matched with the rotating frame 41.
When the rotating frame 41 rotates, the positioning rod 111 is pushed to the right, the seventh spring 112 is compressed, and when the groove on the rotating frame 41 is aligned with the positioning rod 111 again, the positioning rod 111 is reset to the left under the action of the seventh spring 112, so that the rotating frame 41 cannot rotate excessively every time.

the sliding rail (63) is arranged on one side of the base (1) close to one side of the rotating seat (40);
a rack (64), wherein the rack (64) is arranged on the sliding rail (63) in a sliding manner;
