Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field related to fitness aids, in particular to a spring-grip dumb-bells structure.
Background
A common grip exerciser, as disclosed in the previous case of taiwan patent No. M330845, can only provide a user with grip exercise of a palm, and cannot be used for other purposes; therefore, users need to purchase training equipment of special items according to different training items, which is very wasteful and occupies space.
The structure of the M330845 proposal adjusts the tension of a tension spring by adjusting a screw rod of a screw piece; however, the adjusting screw does not have an additional fixing structure, and is easily self-rotated by external force or vibration, so as to change the tension of the tension spring, and therefore, the user must adjust the tension to the required tension before using the device every time, which is very inconvenient and troublesome.
In addition, pressing the crutch to act like the third foot (even the fourth foot) of a human being is used for assisting the user to stand and walk. The body weight is transferred to the crutch through the hands, so that the weight and the pressure applied to the legs are reduced, and the fulcrum can be increased on an uneven road to keep the body balance.
The main structure of a common crutch is a straight and rigid crutch body and a crutch head connected to the crutch body for a user to hold, one end of the crutch body abuts against the ground, and the body weight is supported and pressed on the crutch to disperse the pressure applied to the legs and knees.
However, when a user holds the crutch to support the ground, although the weight of the body is applied to the crutch, the opposite crutch will also transmit the reaction force (acting force) of the ground back to the hand of the user, causing discomfort to the hand of the user, and causing soreness to the hand of the user after a long time.
In addition, the walking stick is similar to a walking stick in use and is also a alpenstock, which provides a person who climbs and walks and can easily finish the journey. The mode of use is to hold the handle of the alpenstock in a holding mode, like the state of clenching the fist for a long time, which causes the user to feel uncomfortable and increases the fatigue feeling of the user in climbing mountains.

The above is a description of the components and assembly of the spring-grip dumb-bells structure according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the operation features of the preferred embodiment of the present invention are described below.
First, the user can hold the straight handle portion 12 and the curved handle portion 21 of the first and second handles 10, 20 and apply force to achieve the purpose of training the palm grip of the user. When the strength of the grip strength does not meet the requirements of the user, the strength can be changed by adjusting the tension of the tension spring 32.
Referring to fig. 7, to adjust the tension of the tension spring 32, the tightening wheel 37 is first rotated and retreated away from the transverse slot 22 to form a clearance space, so that the support lock seat 36 and the grip adjusting wheel 35 can move away from the transverse slot 22, and the two end faces of the spline portion 353 of the grip adjusting wheel 35 are no longer engaged with the ring spline 3624 of the support lock seat 36 and the positioning spline 336 of the positioning ring 33.
At this time, the twisting grip adjusting wheel 35 synchronously drives the adjusting screw 34 to rotate, so that the adjusting seat 31 screwed on the outer periphery of the adjusting screw 34 moves along the axial direction of the adjusting screw 34, and the tension of the tension spring 32 connected with the adjusting seat 31 is changed.
Referring to fig. 8 to 9, because different shapes, ages, and the like of the first and second handles 10 and 20 have different palm openness, the first and second handles 10 and 20 can be pressed to make the openness of the straight handle portion 12 and the curved handle portion 21 be at the minimum (or preset openness) according to the palm openness requirement of different users, and then the straddle 38 is shifted to adjust the positions of the straddle 38 recessed in the different elevation slots 254 of the elevation portion 25 to form the positioning slot portions 15 with different elevation angles abutting against each other, so as to adjust the openness of the straight handle portion 12 and the curved handle portion 21 of the first and second handles 10 and 20.
In addition to holding the first and second handles 10, 20 for grip strength training, when the tube-holding hole 422 of the third handle 40 facing downward is sleeved on the outer periphery of a fixed column (not shown), the user can further cooperate with the arm to apply a downward pressure to further achieve muscle strength training of the arm.
Referring to fig. 2 and 10, when the third handle 40 is disposed on the outer periphery of a fixed post, the angles of the first and second handles 10 and 20 can be adjusted according to the body shape of the user and the quick-release assembly 50.
The adjustment method is to pull the quick-release wrench 54 to link the quick-release screw 53 so that the screwed quick-release nut 51 no longer tightly clamps the extending pivot 27 of the second handle 20, so that the second handle 20 can be adjusted in angle relative to the third handle 40 with the quick-release screw 53 as the axis, according to the body shape or holding manner of different users.
After the second handle 20 is adjusted to the default position, the reverse quick-release wrench 54 forces the eccentric pivot 542 to abut against the second handle 20 again and drives the quick-release nut 51 at one end of the quick-release screw 53 to clamp the extending pivot 27 together, so as to position the angles of the first and second handles 10, 20 relative to the third handle 40.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, when the third handle 40 is inserted into one end of the crutch unit 80 and used as a crutch or a trekking stick, the user can hold the first and second handles 10 and 20 in a half-open holding manner to move the crutch unit 80 and abut against the ground (not shown), and the counter-vibration force generated when the crutch unit 80 abuts against the ground is offset by the tension spring 32; so, the user walking in-process, the palm presents the repetitive motion of holding one, is different from the state that the long-time fist of clenching of prior art and finger are tight, borrows this to alleviate the anti-seismic capacity who transmits the user hand, more can let the motion that the user palm is tight, loose, amazing peripheral blood circulation, effectively alleviate the fatigue of health.
In addition to the above-mentioned reduction of the palm pressure by holding the first and second grips 10, 20, the wrist band 70 can be further engaged with the palm of the user to further reduce the grip of the palm of the user and disperse the grip on the wrist, thereby dispersing the body weight transferred by the palm and enabling the user to walk more easily.
Referring to fig. 11, 13 to 14, the supporting lock seat 36 further selectively provides a supporting clamp 60 for locking to conveniently clamp the mobile device (such as a mobile phone), and then forms a self-timer in cooperation with the crutch unit 80.
When the angle of the mobile device is adjusted by clamping the mobile device with the clamp 61 of the support clamp 60, the clamp screw 63 (clamp nut 62) can be loosened to expand the clamp pivot groove 614, so that the support clamp 60 can be adjusted. The tightening wheel 37 can be further rotated and retreated away from the transverse slot 22 to form a retreating space, so that the support lock seat 36 can move away from the transverse slot 22, and the ring toothed portion 3624 of the support lock seat 36 is no longer engaged with the toothed portion 353 of the grip adjusting wheel 35, at this time, the support lock seat 36 is twisted to adjust the direction, and the locking can be performed by the above-mentioned reverse operation after the positioning is reached.
Thus, the user can hold the crutch unit 80 by hand to take a self-portrait or raise the mobile device to take a photograph.
Referring to fig. 15 to 19, a second embodiment of a tension adjusting mechanism is provided to replace the first tension adjusting mechanism, which includes an adjusting seat 31, a tension spring 32, a positioning ring 33, an adjusting rod 34 ', a supporting lock seat 36', a bridge 38 and an eccentric wrench 39; the structures of the adjusting seat 31, the tension spring 32, the positioning ring 33 and the straddle 38 are the same as those of the above embodiment, and therefore, the description is omitted, except that:
the adjusting rod 34 'is formed with a rod pivot hole 345, a thread section 343 and a ring groove 344 in sequence along the outer circumference of the adjusting rod 34' in the extending direction.
