Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
this embodiment provides a fabric, which is formed by plying yarns 1, as shown in fig. 1, the roots of the yarns 1 are straight and vertically upward, and the shape extending upward from the roots is a vertical wave shape. The yarns 1 are plied to form a fabric in the form of a bundle.
Specifically, the yarn 1 is made of chemical fibers.
Example two:
the embodiment provides a bathing towel cloth, as shown in fig. 2, the bathing towel cloth comprises a bathing towel base layer 2 and a fabric layer 2, wherein the fabric layer 2 is the fabric of the first embodiment. Compared with the yarn 1 with the looped pile winding structure, the bath towel cloth has higher softness and higher use comfort because the yarn does not have twist. In addition, because the yarns 1 are in a shape of being vertically upward one by one, and the cross-sectional area of the yarns 1 is smaller compared with the yarns 1 in the looped pile winding structure, the yarns 1 in the structure can be sufficiently contacted with the skin, and particularly have better cleaning force for dust in pores.
Because the root of the yarn 1 is in a straight line shape, and the upper end of the yarn 1 is in a wave-shaped structure, the strength of the yarn 1 is improved by the wave-shaped structure, and the cleaning force of the yarn 1 is also improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the fabric made of two types of yarns 1 is a fabric layer 2, namely a roving fabric 4 and a spun yarn fabric 5.
The roving fabric 4 and the spun yarn fabric 5 are arranged in the transverse direction, respectively, and the roving fabric 4 and the spun yarn fabric 5 are alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction, that is, a row of the roving fabric 4 and a row of the spun yarn fabric 5 are sequentially arranged. The roving fabric 4 mainly plays a role in cleaning skin, and the spun yarn fabric 5 mainly plays a role in adsorbing dust on the surface of the skin and dust cleaned by the roving. The roving fabric 4 cleans dust down, and the dust separated from the skin is adsorbed by the spun yarn fabric 5, so that the amount of dust re-entering the skin is reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
In order to make the roving fabric 4 and the spun yarn fabric 5 better perform cleaning and absorption matching, the height of the roving fabric 4 is higher than that of the spun yarn fabric 5, a gap is left between adjacent fabrics arranged in the transverse direction, and the adjacent fabrics are arranged in a staggered mode. Therefore, each strand of fabric has enough moving space, the friction force of the cloth is improved, and the structure that the fabric layer 2 is inclined instead of being vertical to the bath towel base layer 2 when the bath towel is used ensures that dust cleaned by the roving fabric 4 can be adsorbed by the spun yarn fabric 5 as soon as possible in the moving process of the roving fabric 4.
In this embodiment, the specification of the yarn 1 adopted by the roving fabric 4 is 400D/56F, and the number of plied yarns of each roving fabric 4 is 800 yarns 1; the spun yarn fabric 5 uses a yarn 1 having a gauge of 300D/78F, and the number of plied yarns per roving fabric 4 is 1000 yarns.
Example three:
on the basis of the second embodiment, the number of the 1-ply yarns of each fabric is changed. In this embodiment, the specification of the yarn 1 adopted by the roving fabric 4 is 400D/56F, and the number of plied yarns of each roving fabric 4 is 1200 yarns 1; the spun yarn fabric 5 uses a yarn 1 having a gauge of 300D/78F, and the number of plied yarns per roving fabric 4 is-00 yarns.
