The sleeve 26 includes a rotation shaft 261 and a flange 262, and the flange 262 protrudes outside the outer circumference of the rotation shaft 261.
The rotating shaft 261 is fixedly disposed at the front side of the hanging rack 21, and optionally, the rotating shaft 261 is fixedly connected to the supporting seat 211 of the hanging rack 21 through a screw. The rotation shaft 261 penetrates through the second through hole 2211 of the platform 221 and the first through hole 2111 of the support seat 211, so that the shaft sleeve 26 maintains a static state as the platform 221 rotates.
The rotating shaft 261 is provided with a third through hole 2611 through which the power supply line passes, and the electric wire is convenient to arrange through the third through hole 2611. The axis of the third via 2611 is collinear with the axis of the second via 2211. The third through hole 2611 of the rotating shaft 261 keeps static along with the rotation of the platform 221, so that the offset of the electric wire in the rotation process of the platform 221 is effectively reduced, confusion of a plurality of electric wires in the rotation process of the platform 221 is avoided, and the regularity of the plurality of electric wires after reset is improved. Optionally, both ends of the third via 2611 are provided with fillets, which reduce the rigid friction between the multiple wires and the inner wall of the third via 2611, so as to better protect the multiple wires.
The flange 262 is located at the front side of the platform 221, and optionally, the flange 262 is attached to the second turn ring 27 to prevent axial movement of the second turn ring 27, thereby improving the rotational stability of the platform 221 and thus the rotational stability of the rotating plate 22.
The second turn-around ring 27 is a hollow structure, the second turn-around ring 27 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 2212, is sleeved on the side wall of the accommodating groove 2212, is sleeved on the outer peripheral wall of the rotating shaft 261, and is attached to the inner side wall of the accommodating groove 2212, so that the platform 221 rotates relative to the shaft sleeve 26, in addition, the platform 221 is rotatably connected to the hanging frame 21 through the second turn-around ring 27 and the first turn-around ring 25, the front end of the platform 221 and the second turn-around ring 27 form a rotating connection, and the rear end of the platform 221 and the first turn-around ring 25 form a rotating connection, thereby being beneficial to improving the rotating smoothness of the platform 221.
Specifically, the second rotating ring 27 includes a second inner ring 271 and a second outer ring 272 that rotate with each other, the second inner ring 271 is sleeved on the outer peripheral wall of the rotating shaft 261, and the second outer ring 272 is attached to the inner side wall of the accommodating groove 2212, so that the platform 221 can be rotatably mounted on the shaft sleeve 26 due to the mutual rotation between the second inner ring 271 and the second outer ring 272.
Fig. 2 is an exploded view of the television hanger 2 of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, the spacer 28 is disposed between the rotating plate 22 and the hanging rack 21 and fixed on the hanging rack 21. The plurality of spacers 28 are arranged, the plurality of spacers 28 are circumferentially spaced around the rotation center axis of the platform 221, the plurality of spacers 28 support the rotating plate 22 together, the load of the rotating plate 22 is increased by the plurality of spacers 28, and the rotating plate 22 is prevented from being inclined during the rotation.
The position sensor 29 is mainly used to detect the rotation angle of the rotating plate 22. A position sensor 29 is installed between the hanging rack 21 and the rotating plate 22, and specifically, the position sensor 29 may be a hall position sensor, which is not limited herein.
Alternatively, the position sensor 29 is mounted on the hanger 21, and a sensing member sensing the position sensor 29 is mounted on a side of the rotating plate 22 facing the hanger 21. The sensing member corresponds to the position sensor 29 according to the rotation of the rotation plate 22, and at this time, the position sensor 29 senses the sensing member, thereby determining the rotation angle of the rotation plate 22. Specifically, the position sensor 29 has a plurality of position sensors 29, and the plurality of position sensors 29 are circumferentially arranged at equal angles around the central rotational axis of the rotating plate 22.
The operation of the tv hanger 2 is explained as follows:
(1) referring to fig. 9, when the tv main body 1 is in the original state, the tv main body 1 is horizontally suspended on a wall through the tv hanger 2, and the tv hanger 2 is in the stationary state.
(2) Referring to fig. 13, when the television main body 1 is switched from the original state to the rotated state, the television hanger 2 is in the rotated state, the driving member 231 of the television hanger 2 is connected to and drives the second transmission wheel 2322 to rotate, and the second transmission wheel 2322 is transmitted to the rotating plate 22 through the transmission member 2323 and the first transmission wheel 2321, so that the driving member 231, the second transmission wheel 2322 and the rotating plate 22 rotate around the clockwise or counterclockwise direction, thereby driving the television main body 1 to rotate around the clockwise or counterclockwise direction at a full angle. When the output shaft of the driving member 231 rotates forward, the rotating plate 22 rotates clockwise. When the output shaft of the driver 231 is rotated in the reverse direction, the rotating plate 22 rotates in the counterclockwise direction. Taking fig. 13 as an example, the tv hanger 2 rotates 90 ° clockwise from the original state, and drives the tv main body 1 to rotate 90 ° clockwise.
According to the technical scheme, the embodiment of the invention at least has the following advantages and positive effects:
in the television 100 and the television hanger 2 thereof according to the embodiment of the present invention, the rotating mechanism 23 drives the platform 221 of the rotating plate 22 to rotate, so as to rotate the rotating plate 22, and the rotating plate 22 can be used for being fixedly connected with the television main body 1, so that the television main body 1 is driven by the rotating plate 22 to rotate. The through second via hole 2211 is arranged at the rotation center of the platform 221, so that the second via hole 2211 is kept static along with the rotation of the platform 221, the first via hole 2111 is communicated with the second via hole 2211, the electric wires penetrate through the first via hole 2111 and the second via hole 2211 and are kept static along with the rotation of the platform 221, the offset of the electric wires in the rotation process of the rotating plate 22 is effectively reduced, the disorder of the electric wires in the rotation process of the rotating plate 22 is avoided, and the regularity of the electric wires after reset is improved. In addition, the driving member 231 is fixedly disposed on the rotating plate 22, so that the driving member 231 and the rotating plate 22 rotate around the same direction, the electric wire on the driving member 231 can also pass through the first through hole 2111 and the second through hole 2211, thereby avoiding confusion of the electric wire on the driving member 231 in the rotating process of the rotating plate 22, and ensuring the electric connection between the electric wire on the driving member 231 and the driving member 231.

1. A television, comprising:
a television main body, and
the television hanging rack is connected with and drives the television main body to rotate;
the television hanger comprises:
the hanging frame is provided with a first through hole;
the rotating plate is detachably connected with the back surface of the television main body; the rotating plate is provided with a platform in a backward protruding manner, and the platform is rotatably arranged on the front side of the hanging rack; a through second through hole is formed in the rotating center of the platform and communicated with the first through hole, and a power supply line penetrates through the second through hole; and
the rotating mechanism comprises a driving piece and a transmission assembly; the driving piece is fixedly arranged on the rotating plate and is spaced from the platform; one end of the transmission component is connected with the driving part and driven by the driving part, and the other end of the transmission component is fixedly arranged on the hanging rack and movably sleeved with the periphery of the platform, so that the rotating plate rotates relative to the hanging rack.
2. The television of claim 1, wherein the drive assembly comprises:
the first driving wheel is fixedly arranged on the hanging rack and movably sleeved with the periphery of the platform;
the second transmission wheel is arranged at intervals with the first transmission wheel; the second driving wheel is connected with the driving piece and is driven by the driving piece to rotate; and
the transmission part is wound on the first transmission wheel and the second transmission wheel;
the driving part drives the second driving wheel to rotate, and the rotating plate is driven to rotate through the transmission of the transmission part and the first driving wheel.
3. The television of claim 2, wherein the diameter of the second drive wheel is smaller than the diameter of the first drive wheel.
4. The television of claim 2, wherein a first swivel is provided between the first drive wheel and the platform such that the platform is rotatably coupled to the first drive wheel and rotates relative to the hanger.
5. The television set as claimed in claim 2, wherein the hanging rack is provided with a supporting seat protruding forwards, and the middle part of the supporting seat is penetrated by the first through hole; the first driving wheel is fixedly arranged on the supporting seat of the hanging rack and is opposite to the front side surface of the hanging rack at intervals;
the first driving wheel is a first chain wheel; the second transmission wheel is a second chain wheel; the transmission part is a chain.
6. The television of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a front side surface of the platform is provided with a receiving groove communicating with the first via;
the television hanger further comprises:
the shaft sleeve comprises a rotating shaft and a flange protruding out of the periphery of the rotating shaft; the rotating shaft is fixedly arranged on the front side of the hanging rack and penetrates through the second through hole and the first through hole; the rotating shaft is provided with a third through hole through which the power supply line penetrates; the flange is located on a front side of the platform; and
the second rotary ring is sleeved on the peripheral wall of the rotating shaft and attached to the inner side wall of the accommodating groove, so that the platform rotates relative to the shaft sleeve.
7. The television of any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the television hanger further comprises a plurality of spacer blocks, the plurality of spacer blocks being circumferentially spaced about the central axis of rotation of the platform; the cushion blocks are fixedly arranged on the hanging rack.
8. The television of any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the television hanger further comprises a position sensor mounted between the hanger and the turn plate to detect a rotation angle of the platform.
9. The television of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the hanger is provided with a plurality of spaced apart hanging holes; the television hanging rack also comprises a fixed plate, wherein a boss is convexly arranged on the front side surface of the fixed plate, the boss is provided with an accommodating cavity and an opening for passing a wire, and the accommodating cavity is communicated with the opening, the first through hole and the second through hole; the boss is convexly provided with a clamping table forwards, and the clamping table is clamped with the corresponding hanging hole, so that the hanging rack and the fixed plate can be detachably installed.
10. The television of claim 9, wherein the hanging hole comprises a first circular hole and a second circular hole, the second circular hole communicating with an upper portion of the first circular hole; the radius of the second round hole is smaller than that of the first round hole;
the clamping table comprises a cylinder and a circular table extending outwards along the edge of the cylinder; the radius of the circular truncated cone is between the radius of the first round hole and the radius of the second round hole; the radius of the cylinder is smaller than that of the second round hole.
