Detailed Description
A specific embodiment of the harness assembly according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following detailed description and drawings are included to illustrate the principles of the invention, which is not to be limited to the preferred embodiments described, but is to be defined by the appended claims.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a harness assembly according to an embodiment of the invention. A harness assembly according to an embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the seatbelt assembly 10 is for a vehicle (not shown) and includes a fixing plate 100 and a seatbelt 200. The seatbelt 200 is used to restrain an occupant on the vehicle. The fixing plate 100 is used to fix one end of the seatbelt 200 to the vehicle. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the fixing plate 100 includes left and right through-holes, and one end of the seat belt is fixed to a seat frame of the vehicle by the left through-hole of the fixing plate 100 in combination with a fixing means (a bolt shown in fig. 1), and the seat belt 200 is coupled at the right through-hole of the fixing plate. As can be clearly seen from fig. 1, the safety belt 200 is connected to the fixing plate 100 in such a manner that one end thereof is fixed to the safety belt 200 itself after passing around the right through-hole on the fixing plate 100, but this is merely an example, and the connection manner between the safety belt and the fixing plate in the safety belt assembly of the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, one end of the safety belt may be provided in a two-piece structure, and the safety belt is connected to the fixing plate by being connected together at the through-hole of the fixing plate through the two-piece structure.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a fixing plate of a harness assembly according to an embodiment of the invention. A fixing plate of a harness assembly according to an embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, in the seatbelt assembly 10 of the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing plate 100 includes a base plate, and the base plate of the fixing plate 100 includes a first base plate portion 110 and a second base plate portion 120 extending in two different planes. Although the above embodiments show that the base plate of the fixing plate in the seatbelt assembly of the present invention includes two portions extending in different planes, this is merely an example and the seatbelt assembly of the present invention is not limited thereto, for example, the base plate of the fixing plate may also be provided to extend in the same plane.
As shown in fig. 2, the fixing plate 100 further includes a first sidewall 130, the first sidewall 130 being located at the entire edge of the substrate and inclined at a first angle with respect to the substrate. Also, a first through hole 1101 (i.e., the above-mentioned left side through hole) is provided on the first base plate portion 110, a second through hole 1201 (i.e., the above-mentioned right side through hole) is provided on the second base plate portion 120, the first through hole 1101 is used to incorporate a fixing means for fixing the fixing plate 100 to the vehicle, and the second through hole 1201 is used to connect one end of the seatbelt 200. As described above, the safety belt 200 may be, for example, connected to the fixing plate 100 in such a manner that one end thereof is fixed to the safety belt 200 itself after passing around the second through hole 1201 on the fixing plate 100.
In the harness assembly of the present invention, since the side wall is provided at the entire edge of the fixing plate, the fixing plate can have high tensile strength even if the base plate of the fixing plate is thin. Therefore, the present invention can provide a fixing plate with a small weight and a small amount of material while taking strength into consideration, thereby providing a seatbelt assembly with low cost and a small weight.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the fixing plate 100 further includes a second sidewall 150, the second sidewall 150 being located at an entire edge of the second through-hole 1201 and inclined at a second angle with respect to the second substrate portion 120. It can be appreciated that providing the side wall at the second through hole 1201 of the fixing plate 100 is advantageous to ensure the integrity of the safety belt 200 to prevent the base plate of the fixing plate from being too thin to cut the safety belt. In addition, the fixing plate 100 further includes a third sidewall 140, the third sidewall 140 being located at an entire edge of the first through-hole 1101 and being inclined at a third angle with respect to the first substrate portion 110. It can be understood that providing the side wall at the first through hole 1101 of the fixing plate 100 can enhance the strength of the portion of the fixing plate near the first through hole to prevent the portion of the fixing plate near the first through hole from being torn due to the fastening force when the fastening force is applied by the fastening means. The third sidewall 140, the second sidewall 150 and the first sidewall 130 are located on the same side of the substrate, i.e., the upper side of the substrate in fig. 2. However, this is merely an example, and the safety belt assembly of the present invention is not limited thereto, for example, the first and second sidewalls of the fixing plate may be disposed at one side of the fixing plate, and the third sidewall may be disposed at the other side of the fixing plate.
In the embodiment of the present invention described with reference to fig. 1 and 2, the first angle, the second angle, and the third angle are all 90 degrees. However, the seatbelt assembly of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the above-mentioned angle may be set to other values according to actual circumstances.
In the embodiment of the invention described with reference to fig. 1 and 2, the fixing plate is provided with a second side wall and a third side wall. However, the seatbelt assembly of the present invention is not limited thereto, and one or both of the second side wall and the third side wall may not be provided according to actual circumstances.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the base plate, the first side wall, the second side wall, and the third side wall are configured to be formed of the same plate, and the first side wall, the second side wall, and the third side wall are formed integrally with the base plate, for example, by punching the base plate of the fixing plate to form the side walls in the form of burring. However, the seatbelt assembly of the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the base plate, the first sidewall, the second sidewall and the third sidewall may be different plate materials and connected together by welding to manufacture the fixing plate.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixing plate is made of a steel plate. However, the seatbelt assembly of the present invention is not limited thereto, and other materials may be selected according to the actual situation.
As described above, although the exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been described in the description with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the scope of the present invention should be defined by the claims and their equivalents.
