Referring to fig. 1, the electric pick according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a reduction box 10 and an impact mechanism, wherein the impact mechanism includes a cylinder 20 and an impact assembly connected to the reduction box 10; the electric pick further comprises a plastic housing 40 disposed outside the cylinder 20.
The reduction gearbox 10 includes a housing 110 and a drive mechanism at least partially disposed within the housing 10. Wherein, the box body 110 is formed by butt joint of a left half and a right half. The cylinder 20 has a first end and a second end opposite to each other in the axial direction, wherein the first end is connected and positioned in the box 110, the second end is an end of the cylinder 20 far away from the box 110, and the second end is provided with a pick chuck 50, wherein the pick chuck 50 is used for accommodating a working head.
The impact assembly is used for receiving power transmitted by the transmission mechanism to impact the striker 330 intermittently, so that the other end of the striker 330 impacts the working head mounted at the electric pick chuck 50 intermittently, and the reciprocating motion of the working head is realized, thereby realizing the hammering action. Specifically, the impact assembly includes a piston assembly 310 driven by a transmission mechanism, a ram 320 disposed in the cylinder 20 and driven by the piston assembly 310 to reciprocate, and a ram 330 disposed in the cylinder 20 and receiving an impact of the ram 320, and the ram 320 intermittently impacts the ram 330 as it reciprocates.
In one embodiment, the piston assembly 310 includes a piston 311 driven by a transmission mechanism to reciprocate, and an air cushion 312 disposed in the cylinder 20 and located between the piston 311 and the ram 320. The transmission mechanism comprises a large gear 122 driven by a motor 121 to rotate, an eccentric wheel 123 driven by the large gear 122 to rotate, an eccentric pin 124 arranged on the eccentric wheel 123, and a connecting rod 125 connected with the eccentric pin 124, wherein the connecting rod 125 is connected with a piston 311 through a piston pin 126. The motor 121 provides power for the electric pick to work, and the transmission mechanism transmits the power of the motor 121 to the impact mechanism.
Specifically, after the motor 121 is started, the large gear 122 is driven to rotate, and the large gear 122 drives the eccentric wheel 123 to rotate; the eccentric pin 124 provided on the eccentric wheel 123 rotates with the axis of the eccentric wheel 123 to move the connecting rod 125, and the connecting rod 125 in turn reciprocates the piston 311. The piston 311 compresses the air spring 312 while reciprocating in the cylinder 20, thereby transmitting the energy of the piston 311 to the ram through the air spring 312, so that the ram 320 reciprocates. The ram 320 intermittently impacts the ram 330 as it reciprocates. The ram 330 then impacts the working head, thereby outputting the energy of the whole machine.
A plastic housing 40 is provided around the cylinder 20. The plastic housing 4 is connected to the cylinder 20, and the plastic housing 40 serves as a heat insulator. One end of the plastic case 4 is connected to the case 110.
Compared with the prior art that the cylinder is positioned on the metal straight cylinder, the electric pick of the embodiment has the advantages that the cylinder 20 is directly positioned on the box body 110, so that the supporting strength of the cylinder 20 is ensured, the plastic shell 40 has the advantage of light weight, the electric pick has the characteristic of light weight, and the operation is more flexible and convenient.
A first end of the cylinder 20 is connected to and positioned in the housing 110. In a specific scheme, referring to fig. 1, the first end of the cylinder 20 comprises an embedded part 211 embedded in the box body 110, and an end part 212 abutted against the outer wall of the box body 110 in the axial direction of the cylinder 20, wherein the end part 212 is fixedly connected with the box body 110.
The insertion portion 211 is inserted into the case 110 to be supported by the case 110. Meanwhile, the end 212 may be fixedly coupled to the case 110 by a screw. In this manner, the cylinder 20 is securely connected and positioned to the case 110.
When the cylinder 20 is connected to the case 110, a plurality of first sealing rings 213 are provided between the fitting portion 211 and the inner wall of the case 110 so as to be fitted over the fitting portion 211, and a plurality of second sealing rings 214 are provided between the end portion 212 and the outer wall of the case 110. In this way, the sealability between the cylinder 20 and the case 110 is ensured.
In a specific embodiment, the insertion portion 211 is provided with two annular grooves (not numbered) along the axial direction of the cylinder 20, and each annular groove is sleeved with a first sealing ring 213. The end 212 has a groove (not numbered) on the surface opposite to the housing 110, and a second sealing ring 214 is embedded in the groove. The first and second seal rings 213 and 214 are both O-rings.
The plastic housing 40 serves as a thermal insulation. In some embodiments, the plastic housing 40 includes an inner barrel 410 and an outer barrel 420 with a cavity 430 formed between the inner barrel 410 and the outer barrel 420. The cavity 430 serves as insulation. Through verification, when the radial dimension of the cavity 430 along the cylinder is 2mm-8mm, the cavity 430 can achieve a good heat insulation effect, and meanwhile, the influence on the volume of the electric pick whole machine due to the overlarge diameter of the plastic shell 40 is avoided.
The inner cylinder 410 and the outer cylinder 420 are integrally coupled to each other. In a specific embodiment, one end of the inner cylinder 410 away from the box body 110 is in contact with and connected with the outer cylinder 410, one end of the inner cylinder 410 close to the box body 420 is connected with the outer cylinder 420 through a rib plate 440, and the rib plate 440 is annular and has an inner circumferential surface matched with an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder 20 so as to be sleeved on an outer wall of the cylinder 20.
One end of the inner cylinder 410, which is far away from the box body 110, is contacted with and connected with the outer cylinder 410 into a whole, so that the structural reliability between the inner cylinder 410 and the outer cylinder 420 is ensured.
In order to stably support the plastic housing 40 to the cylinder 20, an annular support portion 412 that abuts against an outer wall of the cylinder 20 is further projected on the inner cylinder 410. The support part 412 is preferably provided on the inner cylinder 410 near an end of the inner cylinder 410 remote from the case 110. The strength of the cylinder 20 within the range of the wall thickness is improved, the cylinder can bear the output torque during working independently, and meanwhile, the weight increase caused by the increase of the wall thickness is smaller than that of a traditional metal straight cylinder, so that the strength of the cylinder 20 is guaranteed, the light weight of the electric pick is guaranteed, and the operation is flexible.
