Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the upper cover 22 may be detachably connected to the bottom cover 21, the upper cover 22 may have an air outlet on a side portion thereof for communicating the accommodating space with an external environment, and the air guide hole 215 of the bottom cover 21 is in communication with the inlet 311 of the exhaust pipe 3, so that when the kettle lid 2 is covered on the kettle body 1, steam in the kettle body 1 can be discharged to the external environment through the air guide hole 215, the inlet 311, the exhaust pipe 3 and the air outlet of the upper cover 22 in sequence. The kettle cover 2 is arranged in the structure, and has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in processing and manufacturing.
In the alternative of this embodiment, kettle body 1 still is provided with handle 11, and when the insulating pot topples over, handle 11 can support kettle body 1 so that the insulating pot is in the operating mode of toppling over.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, since the handle 11 is disposed on the periphery of the kettle body 1, the handle 11 can make the gravity distribution of the whole kettle body 1 uneven, and when the kettle body 1 is accidentally toppled, the handle 11 can make the toppling condition of the kettle body 1 shown in fig. 5 under the action of gravity, or the toppling condition which is a mirror image of that shown in fig. 5. At this moment, because the pouring working condition of the kettle body 1 can be fixed when pouring, only two exhaust pipelines 3 shown in figure 2 can be arranged, along the height direction H, the exhaust pipeline 3 positioned above plays a role in pressure relief and exhaust, and the exhaust pipeline 3 positioned below plays a role in sealing and leakage prevention. The handle 11 can play a role in fixing the pouring condition of the kettle body 1 during pouring.
Of course, the handle 11 may not be provided, but an eccentric weight is provided in the side wall of the kettle body 1, and when the kettle body 1 is accidentally dumped, the eccentric weight can also play a role in fixing the kettle body 1 in the dumping condition.
In the alternative of this embodiment, two exhaust pipes 3 are provided, and two air vents 215 are provided corresponding to the exhaust pipes 3 one by one; when the electric kettle is in a dumping condition, the two air guide holes 215 are respectively located at the highest edge and the lowest edge of the bottom cover 21 along the height direction H.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, because kettle body 1 can be in the fixed operating mode of empting under the effect of the gravity of handle 11, only set up two exhaust pipe 3 and can realize the effect that the pressure release is exhausted and sealed leak protection, when electric kettle was in the operating mode of empting, two air guide holes 215 are located bottom 21's highest place and lowest edge along direction of height H respectively, no matter electric kettle was in the operating mode of empting that fig. 5 was shown or was the operating mode of empting of mirror image with fig. 5 was shown like this, all can have an air guide hole 215 to be located bottom 21's highest place edge along direction of height H, an air guide hole 215 is located bottom 21's lowest edge along direction of height H, the structure of pot lid 2 has not only been simplified, and can make this electric kettle have the biggest rated capacity.
In an alternative of the present embodiment, the bottom cover 21 is further provided with a first mounting portion 211, a second mounting portion 212, a third mounting portion 213, and a fourth mounting portion 214 for mounting the exhaust duct 3; the air inlet pipe 31, the connection pipe 32, the seal pipe 33, and the exhaust pipe 34 are respectively provided with insertion portions corresponding to the first mounting portion 211, the second mounting portion 212, the third mounting portion 213, and the fourth mounting portion 214.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the air inlet end of the air inlet pipe 31 may be specifically configured as an insertion tube for being inserted into the first mounting portion 211, and the air guide hole 215 may be opened at a position of the bottom cover 21 corresponding to the first mounting portion 211; the wall of the connecting pipe 32 may be provided with an inserting plate for inserting into the second mounting portion 212; the pipe wall of the sealing pipe 33 can be specifically provided with a semicircular inserting foot for inserting into the third mounting part 213; a plug-in board can be specifically disposed on the wall of the exhaust pipe 34 for being plugged into the fourth mounting portion 214.
The exhaust pipeline 3 is fixed on the bottom cover 21 in the inserting installation mode, the structure is simple, the installation is convenient, the connection stability between the sub pipelines of the exhaust pipeline 3 can be ensured when the electric kettle is toppled, and the problems of connection looseness and sealing failure between the sub pipelines are avoided.
In addition, in an alternative of this embodiment, the pot lid 2 further includes a water outlet lid 221 and a button switch 222; the water outlet cover 221 is hinged on the upper cover 22 and is used for covering the water outlet of the kettle cover 2; the button switch 222 is in transmission connection with the water outlet cover 221 and is used for controlling the water outlet cover 221 to lock and cover the water outlet or unlock the water outlet.
The button switch 222 can be a self-locking type press switch in the prior art, and can be self-locked when being pressed for the first time, so that the water outlet cover 221 is covered and locked at the water outlet of the kettle cover 2; when pressed again, the lock will be unlocked, so that the water outlet cover 221 opens the water outlet of the kettle cover 2, and the kettle has the advantages of simple structure and convenient use.
Of course, the water outlet cover 221 and the water outlet of the pot lid 2 may be installed in other ways, for example, the water outlet cover 221 and the water outlet of the pot lid 2 are connected by a screw thread.

Claims (10)
1. An electric kettle, comprising:
a kettle body (1);
the kettle cover (2) covers the opening of the kettle body (1), and at least two exhaust pipelines (3) are arranged in the kettle cover (2);
the exhaust pipeline (3) is a U-shaped pipeline, and an inlet end (311) of the exhaust pipeline (3) is arranged at the edge of the kettle cover (2);
a dumping sealing piece (4) is arranged in the exhaust pipeline (3);
when the electric kettle is toppled, the toppling sealing member (4) can enable the inlet end (311) to be positioned below the liquid level of the kettle body (1), the exhaust pipeline (3) is closed, and the exhaust pipeline (3) with the inlet end (311) positioned above the liquid level of the kettle body (1) is opened.
2. An electric kettle as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the exhaust line (3) is arranged to spiral up in the height direction (H) of the kettle lid (2).
3. An electric kettle according to claim 1, characterized in that said exhaust line (3) comprises:
an intake pipe (31);
a connecting pipe (32) having one end in conductive connection with the air inlet pipe (31);
the sealing pipe (33) comprises a first sealing pipe section (331) and a second sealing pipe section (332) which are communicated and connected with each other, and the other end of the first sealing pipe section (331) is communicated and connected with the connecting pipe (32);
an exhaust pipe (34) with one end in conduction connection with the other end of the second sealing pipe section (332);
wherein the pouring seal (4) is arranged on the second sealing pipe section (332) and can move in the second sealing pipe section (332) under the action of gravity to change the blocking state of the exhaust pipe (34).
4. An electric kettle according to claim 3, characterized in that said pouring seal (4) is a sealing ball;
the shape of the nozzle of the second sealing pipe section (332) is oval, and an air guide gap can be formed between the sealing ball and the second sealing pipe section (332);
the sealing ball can roll in the second sealing pipe section (332), and when the sealing ball rolls to the connecting end of the second sealing pipe section (332) and the exhaust pipe (34), the exhaust pipe (34) can be plugged, so that the exhaust pipeline (3) is plugged.
5. An electric kettle according to claim 4, characterized in that the connection end opening of the exhaust tube (34) to the second sealing tube section (332) is shaped as a tapering cone mouth, said sealing ball being able to block said cone mouth.
6. An electric kettle as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the angle formed between the extension direction of the exhaust pipe (34) and the horizontal plane is an acute angle, and the value of the acute angle is in the range of 5 ° to 30 °.
7. An electric kettle as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the kettle lid (2) comprises:
the bottom cover (21), one side of the bottom cover (21) facing the kettle body (1) is correspondingly provided with an air guide hole (215) for communicating the exhaust pipeline (3) with the inner cavity of the kettle body (1);
the upper cover (22) covers the bottom cover (21), a containing space for containing the exhaust pipeline (3) is formed by the upper cover (22) and the bottom cover (21), and an air outlet for communicating the exhaust pipeline (3) with an external environment is correspondingly arranged on the upper cover (22).
8. An electric kettle as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the kettle body (1) is further provided with a handle (11);
when the electric kettle is toppled over, the handle (11) can support the kettle body (1) so that the electric kettle is in a toppling-over working condition.
9. An electric kettle according to claim 8, characterized in that two exhaust lines (3) are provided, and two air holes (215) are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the exhaust lines (3);
when the electric kettle is in a dumping working condition, the two air guide holes (215) are respectively positioned at the edges of the highest part and the lowest part of the bottom cover (21) along the height direction (H).
10. An electric kettle according to claim 7, characterized in that the bottom cover (21) is further provided with a first mounting part (211), a second mounting part (212), a third mounting part (213) and a fourth mounting part (214) for mounting the exhaust duct (3);
the air inlet pipe (31), the connecting pipe (32), the sealing pipe (33) and the exhaust pipe (34) are respectively and correspondingly provided with a plug-in part corresponding to the first installation part (211), the second installation part (212), the third installation part (213) and the fourth installation part (214).
